Yesterday I wrote one of the most popular, highly trafficked and controversial columns of the year. It blew up the Internet!

It was about former President Barack Obama (my Columbia college classmate)- who I openly branded as evil, a criminal mastermind, and a “Manchurian candidate.”

If the shoe fits, wear it.

Today I will lay out the criminal case against Obama, based only on my common sense and gut instincts.

 

But on Monday, I’ll publish Part 3- the detailed insights of a high-level retired CIA insider on the crimes of Obama.

I’m not a lawyer, prosecutor, or expert on the law and national security. I only play one on TV. So, what you are about to read are the opinions of a TV and radio talk show host who has only two unique talents- common sense and accurate gut instincts built from survival on the mean streets of New York…

Here is my criminal case against Barack Obama…

 

*We all know the US government spied on presidential candidate Donald J. Trump and the Trump presidential campaign. That’s a fact.

But here’s the important part: You’d have to be a moron to not understand President Obama ordered and/or approved of that spying. Which is a crime.

Maybe you’ve heard of “Watergate.”

 

 

When a Republican president ordered the spying of an opponent, the media went ballistic and President Nixon’s world came crashing down. Richard Nixon resigned in disgrace rather than face impeachment and criminal charges.

Trust me on this one- no one in the DOJ, CIA, FBI, or NSA ordered spying on a presidential candidate and his presidential campaign without getting the approval and permission from President Obama. Obama signed off on this dirty deed. But much more likely, he was the one who gave the order to spy on trump.

*We just found out in recent days that FBI Director James Comey was running a secret undercover operation involving two female agents placed inside the Trump presidential campaign to travel with Trump and his staff.

Again, you’re either a moron, or completely blind, deaf and really dumb, if you believe this happened without the approval, cooperation and coordination of President Obama. He absolutely knew about it. The odds are high that he ordered and orchestrated it.

Again, think “Watergate.” This was a crime at the highest levels.

By the way, you must understand everything the government saw and heard was passed onto Trump’s presidential opponent, Hillary Clinton. That was the whole point of the spying- to give Hillary “the inside scoop” on everything Trump planned to do, before he did it, so she would defeat Trump and win the presidency- to keep Obama, Biden and Hillary from going to prison for their dirty deeds.

*Hillary gave a large portion of America’s plutonium stock to a state-owned Russian company in return for a $145 million donation to The Clinton Foundation. That’s called “pay for play.” That donation was a bribe. Hillary sold out our country. This deal jeopardized our national security.

Again, if you think this happened without the blessing of President Obama, you either believe in fairy tales, or you’re a moron. Secretaries of State don’t extort money from foreign enemies of America without the President knowing, approving, or most likely, giving the order.

*Vice President Biden and his son Hunter extorted world leaders- in particular Ukraine and China. Do you believe this all happened without the knowledge and approval of President Obama? Not a chance in hell. 

Obama was either the one giving the orders to his frontman and patsy Biden, or at the very least, Obama was getting a piece of the loot in return for looking the other way.

*Russian Collusion. Ditto. Rinse and repeat. This whole plot was obviously invented by Obama once Trump pulled off the upset, to distract President Trump and keep him from investigating the dirty deeds of Obama, Hillary and Biden.

*The January 6th scam. Ditto. Rinse and repeat. Another plot/set-up devised by Obama to destroy Trump’s reputation- so he’d never again have the chance to serve as President. You didn’t think Nancy Pelosi was smart enough to think up this scam, did you? Obama’s fingerprints are all over it.

 

*The Trump Impeachments. Ditto. Rinse and repeat. A way to distract President Trump and keep him from investigating Obama, Hillary, and Biden- because Trump was too busy defending himself.

*The unprecedented raid on Maralago (President Trump’s home). Ditto. Rinse and repeat. This was all a set-up to embarrass Trump, and keep him from ever running for President again. Because Obama understood no other GOP candidate could win a rigged election. With Trump out of the way, Biden’s re-election was assured. That kept Obama, Hillary and Biden safe for another four years.

And with four more years of the open border, no Republican would ever be elected again. 

*The four manufactured federal and state indictments against Trump. Ditto. Rinse and repeat. Obama’s fingerprints all over it.

*The civil cases in New York that tried to take Trump’s entire fortune away from him. Ditto. Rinse and repeat. Obama’s fingerprints all over it.

If you’re not a moron…or blind, deaf and really dumb…or bought off by a foreign government… 

It’s clear as day this was all ordered, orchestrated, and coordinated by Obama. And I’m guessing Obama got his marching orders from either China, or George Soros, or the World Economic Forum, or most likely all three.

All of this was meant to either distract, intimidate, destroy, imprison or bankrupt President Trump- in order to keep him away from the White House and any attempt to investigate, or prosecute the high crimes of Obama, Biden and Hillary.

 “How Often Do Your Worries Actually Come True?”  According to a study published in Psychology Today,

a whopping 91 percent of worries were false alarms. And of the remaining 9 percent of worries that did come true, the outcome was better than expected about a third of the time. For about one in four participants, exactly zero of their worries materialized.

As I watch the left’s apoplectic response to Donald Trump’s first month in office, I’m struck by how concerned leftists are that his policies and actions are going to be failures for the American people.  How thoughtful, right?

Ah, no.  Their fear is not that the steps he’s taking at the border, or with DOGE, or with reciprocal tariffs, or in ending the conflict in Ukraine are going to fail, but that they are likely to succeed.

Democrats have zero affirmative platforms to run on.  Their only play is to hope, wish, pray that Donald Trump’s policies and actions don’t pan out as the president has forecasted that they will.  And to what end are they partnering with their media sycophants to stoke fear and derision?

People are going to die.  Who will collect our taxes?  Tariffs are going to stimulate inflation.  Budget savings and tax cuts are going to further enrich Elon Musk and other oligarchs.  So-and-so Cabinet pick is an existential threat to democracy.  The president hates black people, immigrants, and gays.  Republicans are going to eliminate Social Security and Medicare.  The military is being re-chartered to serve white supremacy and King Trump.  Donald Trump is committing ethnic cleansing in the Middle East.  Elon is calling the shots and wants my Social Security number so he can plunder my $45.99 bank account.  Donald Trump is Putin’s puppet.  Donald and Elon are going to take over our national parks and get rich by turning them into oil fields.  Constitutional crisis, quack!

The fear porn is off the charts.  To the left’s credit, it has managed to convince a (not too bright) subset of the American electorate that America is on the brink of collapse.

The DNC and Legacy Media (but I repeat myself) hysterics would be comical if their motivations were not so dreadful.  For the Democrats to win, the president and America must fail.  Oh, how the left would rejoice if its prognostications came to fruition.

DOXXED: Far-Left New York Times Identifies DOZENS of DOGE Employees, Potentially Endangering Their Lives – Elon Musk Issues Ferocious Response

 The Times referred to as The New York Slime and they proved that to be true again.  Elon ought to apeshit on that Stinking Garbage for Doxxing them

 

One of the most destructive corporate media outlets on the planet may have just endangered the lives of dozens of hard-working DOGE employees working to shrink the government and save America.

The far-left New York Times announced on Thursday that it had identified at least 45 people working for DOGE. They note that few come from inside the Beltway, while many are software engineers.

The Times also notes that the individuals have backgrounds in artificial intelligence and include former Musk employees and multiple others who have helped the operation. Moreover, the DOGE workers encompass both young and middle-aged adults, along with a variety of races.

The Gateway Pundit will NOT be publishing these patriots’ names, given that most are private figures.

The outlet reveals that several have recently deleted their social media accounts. Given the death threats issued against members of the Trump administration, one can understand why.

The Times claims they tried to contact each DOGE staffer on this ‘hit’ list via a combination of email addresses and social media accounts.

Please also note that while they had no issue doxxing these employees, the reporters responsible were too cowardly to identify themselves.

Musk responded to the doxxing with understandable fury on X.

“The New York Times is pure propaganda, and a bunch of a$$holes,” he wrote.

This is not the first time a leftist media outlet has doxxed members of DOGE.

 As Jim Hoft reported earlier this month, the outlet Wired released the names of six young brilliant engineers working for DOGE.

Their names are:

• Akash Babba
• Luke Farritor
• Ethan Shaotran
• Edward Corristine
• Gauthier Cole Killian
• Gavin Kliger

Musk later confirmed these names in a follow-up tweet.

LEFTIST EXTREMISM: Indiana Thug Arrested for Threatening to ‘Gut’ Elon Musk and ‘Parade His Corpse Through the Streets’ — Police Seize AR-15, Handgun, and Ballistic Vest

A 28-year-old Indiana man, David Cherry, has been arrested and charged with felony intimidation after allegedly making violent threats against high-profile individuals, including billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk, on the social media platform X.

According to an affidavit filed obtained by the New York Post, Indiana State Police launched an investigation into Cherry after proactive online monitoring detected multiple threatening posts from the account @effective_pawn. The flagged posts, spanning from December 2024 to February 2025, included direct threats such as:

• “I am going to plant a bomb in Elon Musk’s house.”
• “You’re robbing the American people. We will gut you and parade your corpse through the streets.”
• “You’re on the hit list.”
• “We’re gunning you down next, Muskrat.”

Law enforcement officials used digital forensic tools to track Cherry’s cell phone location, leading them to his place of employment at Batteries Plus in Clarksville, Indiana. Detectives from the Indiana State Police (ISP) arrested Cherry at his workplace, where he allegedly admitted to posting the threats but claimed he was simply trying to be “edgy” and provoke reactions online.

As stated on a fundraising page set up for Cherry:

He did nothing more than voice an opinion on social media (shown in photo 2). Something everyone, everywhere does every day, but because his opinion was about a billionaire, the government has decided he is no longer entitled to his First Amendment rights.

The media is portraying him as a monster and an unstable villain when he is merely an opinionated man trying to make ends meet for his family.

Upon further questioning at the Indiana State Police Post in Sellersburg, Cherry reaffirmed that he had no real intent to harm anyone, instead stating that he sought online attention.

Investigators also discovered that Cherry operates a business called Red Pawn Dynamics, which sells tactical gear, armor plate carriers, and merchandise with anti-government rhetoric.

A search warrant was subsequently executed at Cherry’s residence. 

A search on his residence, authorized by the Harrison County Superior Court, led officers to confiscate a semi-automatic AR-15-style rifle, a handgun, a stockpile of ammunition, and a ballistic vest, according to the press release.

Cherry has been charged with Level 5 felony intimidation, a crime that carries a sentence of one to six years in prison under Indiana law.

He pleaded not guilty and was released from jail after posting a $2,500 bond, according to WAVE.

Transgender Activist Arrested for Allegedly Leaving Explosives at Tesla Dealership — Fox News Mocked for Referring to Him as a ‘Woman’

A transgender activist has been arrested for allegedly leaving explosives at a Colorado Tesla dealership.

The activist, “Lucy Grace Nelson,” whose birth name appears to be Justin Thomas Nelson, 40, has been accused of repeatedly vandalizing the dealership in “protest” of Elon Musk.

The dealership had been targeted on January 29, February 2, and February 7 — with the severity increasing each time.

Nelson was caught red-handed at the dealership with incendiary devices and materials to vandalize the building, again, on February 24.

In a press release about the arrest, the Loveland Police Department wrote:

“On Monday, February 24th, 2025, just before midnight, the Loveland Police Department arrested 40-year-old Lucy Grace Nelson. The arrest was based on probable cause obtained through an extensive investigation which started on January 29th. This arrest comes after the Loveland Tesla dealership was vandalized several times, with incendiary devices discovered on the scene. On Monday evening, Nelson returned to Loveland Tesla while in possession of additional incendiary devices, along with materials attributed to vandalism. Detectives apprehended Nelson prior to further damage occurring.”

The department added, “Magistrate Sage has issued a $100,000 cash surety bond.”

Fox News referred to Nelson as a woman in their reporting, running the headline from Alexandra Koch, “Woman arrested after explosives discovered at Tesla dealership.”

Koch repeatedly used female pronouns to refer to him throughout her report.

Naturally, the article was widely mocked on social media.

Nelson has been charged with explosives or incendiary devices use, felony criminal mischief, and criminal attempt to commit felonies.

JUST IN: Federal Judge Rules Against CIA DEI Hires, Says Trump CAN Fire Employees

 Supreme court also answered an emergency filing from Trump and and gave him a win

A federal judge on Thursday ruled against CIA employees who sued the Trump Administration to keep their jobs.

Earlier this month, Judge Trenga, an appointee of George W. Bush, temporarily blocked President Trump’s move to clean house in the intelligence community—specifically targeting agents involved in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives that have compromised national security in favor of leftist ideology.

This ruling comes after a group of anonymous intelligence officers, who had been temporarily reassigned to roles implementing controversial Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) programs, have filed a lawsuit against the U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the CIA.

The lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, names ODNI, the CIA, and leadership — Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and CIA Director John Ratcliffe—as defendants.

The plaintiffs, identified as “John Does 1-6” and “Jane Does 1-5,” claim they were unfairly targeted simply for their prior assignments to DEIA programs.

On Thursday Judge Trenga ruled that Trump can fire the CIA DEI employees.

NBC News reported:

A federal judge ruled Thursday that the Trump administration can go ahead with plans to fire dozens of officers from the CIA and other intelligence agencies who had temporary jobs working on diversity programs.

U.S. District Judge Anthony Trenga said if fairness and morals were the standard on which he had to rule, he might have delivered a different decision. But the law dictates otherwise, he said.

“They had the misfortune of being last assigned to a DEI program,” he said, calling it a “difficult situation.”

The ruling could open the way to wider firings at the CIA and across the intelligence community as the Trump administration presses ahead with plans to slash the federal workforce and the size of the federal government. At least 51 CIA and Office of the Director of National Intelligence officers now face imminent dismissal, according to Kevin Carroll, the lawyer representing some of the officers.

The CIA is planning to conduct its largest mass firing since 1977, according to The New York Times reported last week.

According to The Times, the CIA is firing officers working on “recruiting and diversity.”

And more firings are to come.

Ex-Biden Press Sec Admits Campaign Was ‘Gaslighting’ Public Over Joe’s Decline.

 

Former First Lady Jill Biden‘s press secretary, Michael LaRosa, says his colleagues in the Democrat White House ‘gaslit’ the public and their own media allies regarding then-President Joe Biden’s cognitive decline and even his election polling. Speaking with Tara Palmeri at American University’s Sine Institute of Policy and Politics on a new book by Jake Tapper detailing Joe Biden’s decline, LaRosa acknowledged White House staff in the Biden family’s inner circle worked to hide the octogenarian Democrat’s physical and mental problems. However, he brushed off the ‘cover-up’ by arguing: “Every politician, everybody, every human being tries to cover up age.”

“We were always—from day one—cognizant that age was going, that age was an issue,” the former Jill Biden press secretary said, before revealing: “There are some things that are true, the gaslighting. There was a lot of denial of the polling. And I will use the term gaslight because that is what they were doing—the campaign, former colleagues.”

LaRosa claims he was most bothered by “the data denial” rather than the machinations of a handful of senior White House staff to hide Biden’s cognitive decline from the American people. The National Pulse reported last summer that White House Deputy Chief of Staff Annie Tomasini, Anthony Bernal, and Ashley Williams—all staffers with close ties to Jill Biden—formed a protective bubble around Joe Biden, shielding him from even his own Cabinet Secretaries.

Palmeri goes on to press LaRosa if he was concerned about Biden, in his advanced age, running for re-election in 2024, to which the former Jill Biden press secretary bluntly responds, “Yes.”

“The President’s team was scared to death of impromptu, unscripted, unrehearsed, unpracticed, unchoreographed anything,” LaRosa states, arguing that while Joe Biden loved doing television and big public events, his staff was terrified his failing cognitive state would become readily apparent to the public.
