Official Customs and Border Protection website contains blueprint for illegals to evade capture

Who would have guessed?

In the course of patting itself on the back for its Sensitive Locations Program, the Customs and Border Protection Service tells the entire world where its agents will not go to apprehend illegals.  In other words, a road map.  Fox News reports:

Safety and sanctuary can generally be found at schools, churches, hospitals and protests, where Customs and Border Protection agents are barred under a "sensitive locations policy" from carrying out their duty of enforcing border security. In fact, the agency’s website states that actions at such locations can only be undertaken in an emergency or with a supervisor’s approval.

“The policies are meant to ensure that ICE and CBP officers and agents exercise sound judgment when enforcing federal law at or focused on sensitive locations, to enhance the public understanding and trust, and to ensure that people seeking to participate in activities or utilize services provided at any sensitive location are free to do so, without fear or hesitation,” the government website states in both English and Spanish.

Now, you can look at this as bureaucratic stupidity, or you can see it as a conscious policy to implement massive illegal immigration while pretending to enforce the border.  I suppose both, depending on the level in the organization.

CPB has online guide telling illegals how to avoid deportation

The federal agency responsible for keeping illegal aliens from entering the country has a page on its official website explaining how border-jumpers can avoid deportation.

Daily Caller:

The page contains detailed answers about areas the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the CBP have deemed “sensitive,” which include:

• Schools, such as known and licensed daycares, pre-schools and other early learning programs; primary schools; secondary schools; post-secondary schools up to and including colleges and universities; as well as scholastic or education-related activities or events, and school bus stops that are marked and/or known to the officer, during periods when school children are present at the stop
• Medical treatment and health care facilities, such as hospitals, doctors’ offices, accredited health clinics, and emergent or urgent care facilities;
• Places of worship, such as churches, synagogues, mosques, and temples;
• Religious or civil ceremonies or observances, such as funerals and weddings; and
• During public demonstration, such as a march, rally, or parade.

How very helpful of our government, don't you think?  It gets worse:

CBP explicitly states that these “sensitive locations” are still subject to “enforcement actions,” but notes that they are still highly unlikely to occur in these zones.

Enforcement actions include apprehensions, arrests, interviews, searches and surveillance, but they can only be carried out in sensitive locations if one of two conditions are met:

• When prior approval is obtained from one of four government officials: the Assistant Director of Operations, Homeland Security Investigations; the Executive Associate Director, Homeland Security Investigations; the Assistant Director for Field Operations, Enforcement and Removal Operations; the Executive Associate Director, Enforcement and Removal Operations 
• There are “exigent circumstances necessitating immediate action”

In other words, unless the government can directly prove an immigrant is “related to national security, terrorism, or public safety,” they cannot be deported from secure locations.

In other words, unless you cross the border screaming "Allahu Akbar," your chances of avoiding deportation are pretty good.

I recommend that the government build a huge gate with a neon sign ten feet tall saying, "Enter Here And Avoid Deportation."  It will save the illegals time in trying to figure out the best places to cross into the U.S.
