Don't know the company and never used them. Not trashing the Company either. They advertise all over Illinois and say if we don't sell your house we will buy it. Someone posted this interesting bit about a sale?  Who actually sold it?

                 

This realtor DID NOT sell my house. Caldwell Banker sold it to one of his clients. As soon as the deal was closed, he put HIS sold sign in the yard. It is a gimmick to make people believe his wonderful (🤢) company listed/sold this house. That wasn't the only questionable thing done during the sell of this home, but I'll leave it at that. It disgusts me! I would NEVER recommend them.
