Texas Governor Greg Abbott has placed a temporary block on construction of EPIC City—the 402-acre section of the 1,500 acres fundamentalist Muslims have purchased, which is designed to become a fully self-sustaining Sharia-adherent community complete with Islamic schools, commercial centers, and a mega-mosque. But make no mistake, Muslims will get this block removed and Epic City will be built along with several other Islamic enclaves in the works for Texas.
RAIR Foundation Texas is under siege—not by foreign invaders with weapons, but by an ideological expansion that hides behind words like ‘inclusivity’ and ‘community service’ while unapologetically advancing Islam’s footprint in America. The latest battleground? Aubrey, Texas, where the Islamic Center of Aubrey has just purchased 25 acres of land to launch an enormous, multi-phase Islamic expansion project.
Aubrey, Texas, is not a sprawling metropolis; it’s a small city with a population of just over 8,200 people. Historically known for its horse ranches and agriculture, Aubrey has long been a part of Texas’ rural heritage. But all of that is set to change as it becomes the latest target of Islamic expansion. Yet it is now in the crosshairs of a calculated Islamic expansion strategy. And Aubrey isn’t the only target—Blue Ridge, another small Texas city, is now facing the construction of the Qariyah of Princeton, a massive planned Islamic residential community covering nearly 100 acres.
One of the most alarming aspects of this expansion is the massive funding pouring into these projects.
- They are raising tens of millions of dollars to construct Islamic-controlled districts in Texas.
- They boast that “as we build it, they will come,” openly admitting that their plan is to rapidly expand their presence and influence as quickly as possible.
This isn’t just about religious worship—it’s about creating a self-sufficient, Islamic-controlled society within Texas.
What is happening in Texas mirrors what has been seen in Europe, where entire districts have been transformed into unrecognizable Islamic enclaves with their own laws, customs, and leadership.
These projects are not random. They are designed to establish Islamic bases in small, unassuming towns and suburban areas, ensuring that Muslims gain massive influence over local governance, resources, and political structures, while drawing in more Islamic migrants and converts from across the U.S. and abroad.
What they are building in their own words:
- Islamic School and Full Seminary Program → Indoctrination centers to ensure future generations remain committed to Islamic supremacy.
- Revenue-Generating Business and Retail Spaces → Economic control that funds further expansion while keeping money within the Islamic community.
- A “State-of-the-Art, Self-Sustaining” Masjid → A fully autonomous operation, designed to be financially independent and untouchable.
- Community Spaces for ‘Outreach’ → Dawah (Islamic proselytization), which aggressively pushes Islamic ideology under the guise of “interfaith dialogue.” Dawah isn’t just about outreach. It is a legal requirement in Islam before force can be used. Quran 17:15 “We do not punish until We send a messenger.”
- Senior Living Facility Adjacent to the Mosque → A retirement community that ensures the elderly live within an Islamic society and attend mosque prayers five times a day, reinforcing Islamic lifestyle adherence until death.
- Planned Residential Communities Across the Street → An entire neighborhood designed for Islamic families to live within walking distance of the mosque, ensuring total immersion in Islamic ideology.
- Islamic Political Engagement → They openly state that part of their plan is to “bring our politicians” to the mosque to “educate them” about Islam. This is not just about community-building—it’s about influencing policy and increasing Islamic political power.
Hijrah in Action: The Stealth Invasion Strategy
For those unfamiliar with the term, Hijrah refers to Islamic migration meant to spread Islam into new territories—a strategy as old as Muhammad himself. This is how Islam has expanded for 1,400 years, and it’s happening right now in Texas.
The purpose of Islamic migration, known as Hijrah, is the expansion of Islam through emigration; they are just following the example of Muhammad (their religious, political, and military leader) and his followers from Mecca to Medina. Hijrah remains the model to this day for jihadists who seek to populate and dominate new lands. To emigrate in the cause of Allah is considered in Islam to be a highly meritorious act.
Hijrah is considered an essential act of faith, directly linked to Islamic expansion and eventual jihad. As Muhammad himself commanded: “I charge you with five of what Allah has charged me with: to assemble, to listen, to obey, to immigrate, and to wage Jihad for the sake of Allah.” (Hadith, Sunan Abu Dawood 2608)
This is not the first time we’ve seen this happen. Across the West, these expansion projects follow similar patterns:
Start small with a rented space.
Claim overcrowding to justify a larger facility.
Secure millions in donations from wealthy Gulf states and/or foreign and domestic Islamic donors.
Construct a mega-mosque with a school, businesses, and housing.
Expand Islamic influence—rooted in Sharia—into government, schools, dress, commerce, food, banking, and local law enforcement, eroding Western values while steadily increasing power and expanding the Islamic base.
