Recently, a new discovery has revealed the serious problem of illegal aliens, many of whom do not even speak English, who’ve been issued commercial driver’s licenses to drive semi trucks weighing between 25,000 – 80,000 lbs on U.S. highways.
In October, an illegal immigrant from India reportedly caused a horrific, fiery crash that left 3 people dead on the Florida turnpike. The illegal alien received his commercial driver’s license from Gavin Newsom’s sanctuary state of California.
After Singh’s arrest, another video appeared on social media showing him being pulled over in New Mexico only months before killing 3 innocent Americans. In the video, Singh can be seen attempting to communicate with the police officers after making an illegal U-turn. Unfortunately, like most illegal aliens driving these massive rigs, Singh could not speak English, which means he likely can’t read road signs on our highways and roads.
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem recently revealed shocking statistics about the number of illegal aliens who are driving big rigs on our roads and highways, including an illegal alien from Indiana who killed one person while driving a semi truck without a valid license.
Rep. Byron Daniels (R-FL), appeared on Fox Business News to a discuss an illegal alien in Indiana who didn’t have a commercial license when he killed one person in a crash that could’ve been avoided. He discussed HR 5177 a federal bill that that would crackdown on illegal alien truck drivers . Byron said should be a non-partisan issue, but the fact is, he claims that Democrats are the ones giving out these licenses to truck drivers.
Speaking of Democrats giving commercial licenses to illegal aliens, today, ICE announced the arrest an illegal alien from Mauritania with a Michigan Commercial Driver’s license who was arrested 3 weeks ago in Indiana.
On October 16, ICE, in partnership with the Indiana State Police, arrested Ahmed Nenni, an illegal alien from Mauritania. In Nemi’s possession was a commercial driver’s license issued by the Michigan Secretary of State under the leadership of the Democrat candidate for governor, Jocelyn Benson.
So, how did an illegal alien from Mauritania illegally enter the United States through our southern border?

In 2023, the AP reported about a sudden surge of migration from Mauritania to the United States took off—driven by the discovery of a new backdoor route through Nicaragua, a country whose relaxed visa rules opened the way for thousands. There, Mauritanians and select other foreign nationals can buy low-cost visas with no need to show onward travel plans.
What began as whispers among travelers soon became a booming business. Travel agencies and social-media influencers on TikTok began advertising “migration packages” — complete with connecting flights from Mauritania to Turkey, Colombia, and El Salvador, ending in Managua. Once on Nicaraguan soil, migrants join bus convoys heading north, guided by smugglers moving streams of asylum seekers toward the U.S. border.
According to the CIA, Mauritania is 100% Muslim. The constitution defines the country as an Islamic republic and designates Islam as the sole religion of the citizenry and state. The law prohibits blasphemy and apostasy and defines them as crimes punishable by death.
According to ICE, Ahmed Nenni illegally entered the US on September 15, 2023, in San Diego, CA, and was RELEASED by the Biden administration.
In 2025, Nenni married an American woman and was in what appears to be a Christian(?) chapel on their wedding day. The photo appears on her GoFundMe page, where she asks for help with her bills and to pay for her husband’s legal defense.
The Mauritian resident, who, according to the driver’s license that he never should have received from the MI Secretary of State’s office, was residing in the rural community of Shelby Twp., MI, when he was arrested. At the time of his arrest, he was employed by Zain Express Inc., a trucking company that’s been in business since 2013 and is located in Dearborn, MI. Zain Trucking Inc. is registered under the name of Imad Aljabur in Dearborn, MI and has been in business since 2013.
The Zain Trucking Company website clearly lists the qualifications to drive for their company.
