Alex Wagner OK With Racial Fear Tactics—If That's What It Takes for Dems to Win -

This shows its about Power and Control and not about Substance! What a bunch of Douchbags!

Could this be the most cynical statement of the campaign season?  The woman whose recent wedding President Obama attended is okay with stoking the racial fears of black Americans—if that's what it takes to drive them to the polls and secure Dem victories. Alex Wagner devoted a segment of her MSNBC show today to the naked appeals to the racial fears of black Americans that Democrats are making in campaign ads.  Wagner discussed Dem ads that seek to stoke black fear toward Republicans by invoking Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown. You might think Wagner would have condemned these ugly tactics, explicitly aimed at driving Americans apart based on their race.  Think again. To the contrary, Wagner concluded the segment by saying that it shouldn't have to be the kind of threats contained in these ads that get people to vote, "but if it does, so much stronger the party is for it."

ALEX WAGNER: Democrats hoping to get minority voters to the polls have instead focused on race and racial bias. In North Carolina, Harry Reid's Senate Majority PAC ran this radio spot attacking GOP Senate candidate Tom Tillis.
AD: Tillis won't fight for us. Instead he made it harder for communities of color to vote, by restricting early voting and voter registration. Tillis even led the effort to pass the type of stand your ground laws that caused the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.
WAGNER: In Georgia, state Democrats printed a flyer warning that the way to prevent "another Ferguson" is to vote. Arkansas residents meanwhile, received a mailer showing a man in a hands-up, don't shoot position made infamous in the wake of Michael Brown's killing. The mailer reads: "If we want to end senseless killings like Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, we need to vote . . . It's important to say that it shouldn't have to be the threat of undermining civil rights that gets people to vote, but if it does, so much stronger the party is for it.

Non-Citizens Are Voting

Holy Crap we have more voter Fraud  ready to go!

According to this Video they were getting their license and voter registration but it is illegal to do this. These Guys are the Scum of the political system to encourage Illegals to vote knowing it is a felony!

James O’Keefe documents the problem in North Carolina, where the Senate race is close.

Could non-citizen voting be a problem in next week’s elections, and perhaps even swing some very close elections?
A new study by two Old Dominion University professors, based on survey data from the Cooperative Congressional Election Study, indicated that 6.4 percent of all non-citizens voted illegally in the 2008 presidential election, and 2.2 percent in the 2010 midterms. Given that 80 percent of non-citizens lean Democratic, they cite Al Franken ’s 312-vote win in the 2008 Minnesota U.S. Senate race as one likely tipped by non-citizen voting. As a senator, Franken cast the 60th vote needed to make Obamacare law.
North Carolina features one of the closest Senate races in the country this year, between Democratic incumbent Kay Hagan and Republican Thom Tillis. So what guerrilla filmmaker James O’Keefe, the man who has uncovered voter irregularities in states ranging from Colorado to New Hampshire, has learned in North Carolina is disturbing. This month, North Carolina officials found at least 145 illegal aliens, still in the country thanks to the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, registered to vote. Hundreds of other non-citizens may be on the rolls.
A voter-registration card is routinely issued without any identification check, and undocumented workers can use it for many purposes, including obtaining a driver’s license and qualifying for a job. And if a non-citizen has a voter-registration card, there are plenty of campaign operatives who will encourage him or her to vote illegally.
O’Keefe had a Brazilian-born immigrant investigator pose as someone who wanted to vote but was not a citizen. Greg Amick, the campaign manager for the Democrat running for sheriff in Mecklenburg County (Charlotte), was only too happy to help.

Greg Amick: Here’s a couple of things you can do. You do not have to have your driver’s license, but do you have any sort of identification?
Project Veritas investigator: But I do have my driver’s license.
Amick: Oh, you do. Show ’em that and you’re good.
PV: But the only problem, you know, I don’t want to vote if I’m not legal. I think that’s going to be a problem. I’m not sure.
Amick: It won’t be, it shouldn’t be an issue at all.
PV: No?
Amick: As long as you are registered to vote, you’ll be fine.
But North Carolina officials shouldn’t be “fine” with Amick, who appears to be afoul of a state law making it a felony “for any person, knowing that a person is not a citizen of the United States, to instruct or coerce that person to register to vote or to vote.”

Gov. Bobby Jindal blasts Sen. Mary Landrieu for ‘throwing entire state under bus’ as racist, sexist

What a Disgusting Pig, no sexist intended! Trying to use the racist sexist crap! She is now scraping the bottom to try to get votes by the looks of this!

  1. Senator Landrieu’s comments are remarkably divisive. She appears to be living in a different century. http://www.nbcnews.com/politics/meet-the-voters/landrieu-obama-south-not-always-friendliest-place-african-americans-n237826
@BobbyJindal its called desperate

Is there a campaign this fall that can’t be described as “remarkably divisive”? That doesn’t mean there isn’t still time to win the award for “most divisive,” and Louisiana Sen. Mary Landrieu Thursday made a bid for the prize by attributing President Obama’s unpopularity in the state to his race.
In an interview with NBC News, Landrieu explained, “I’ll be very, very honest with you. The South has not always been the friendliest place for African-Americans. It’s been a difficult time for the president to present himself in a very positive light as a leader.”
Gov. Bobby Jindal wasn’t about to let that remark go unchallenged.

Update: Here’s video of Landrieu making her comments.

DOJ Won’t Prosecute Vet Affairs Criminal Referrals

Remember,  this "Regime" will fire nobody that does wrong, why would this be any different?? Sad Day for the victims that died from these actions!

The Veterans Affairs Inspector General referred at least 17 cases tied to allegations of wait-time manipulation to the Department of Justice for prosecution, and the agency has declined to prosecute all of them. Both agencies have refused to comment on the reasons behind the lack of prosecutions.
But according to a list obtained by theWashington Free Beacon from a source close to the House committee investigating the VA’s conduct, the most common reason given for the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) denial was that the referred cases involved lacked evidence of criminal intent.
At least two cases were declined, in part, because they were deemed as “best resolved through administrative actions” or “declined in lieu of administrative remedies.”
In others there was reportedly insufficient evidence of criminal misconduct.
The VA’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) has acknowledged that there are ongoing criminal investigations at 93 Veterans Health Administration (VHA) facilities, and that number has been public since June. Officials with the OIG have also made reference to it in various hearings in the House andSenate.
However, beyond that, the OIG has provided little information on the status of the investigations, despite repeated request from the House Veteran Affairs Committee, and they have declined or ignored similar press inquires.
Rep. Mike Coffman (R., Co.), the chairman of the House Veteran Affairs Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigation, made a formal request to the VA Acting Inspector General Richard Griffin on Aug. 27.
In the letter, Coffman requested that Griffin “indicate how many criminal investigations have been referred to a United States’ Attorney’s Office or to any other component of the Department of Justice for prosecution,” and asked that Griffin “also indicate how many of the cases were declined for prosecution.”
Griffin’s response came on Sept. 12 and said that “currently, 17 cases have been declined for prosecution by the responsible Office of the United States Attorney,” but that questions about the details of those declined cases would need to be answered by the Department of Justice.
According to the documents viewed by the Free Beacon, the inspector general received explanations behind each of the denials from the DOJ and then gave that information to committee staffers. But sources on the committee say they have yet to receive any information regarding the total number of cases that the VA referred for prosecution.
At least seventeen cases were referred and declined, but the statuses of the other seventy-six are unknown.
“The committee has asked VA OIG for that info, but has not received it,” a staffer explained, adding that the agency has “not briefed anyone from [the House Veteran Affairs Committee] on the 93 investigations and has not released a list of facilities that are under investigation.”
A spokesperson for the DOJ declined to confirm the contents of the list, but in a previous correspondence said that “the guidelines for why a referral might be declined is covered in the U.S. Attorney’s Manual.”
The Free Beacon reached out to the VA’s Office of Inspector General on Oct. 14 and spoke with congressional relations officer Catherine Gromek asking for information on how many of the 93 ongoing investigations were referred to the DOJ and how many were declined or accepted. Gromek asked that the request be sent through email, and one was sent shortly after the phone call.
Later that day, the Free Beacon emailed Gromek to confirm that she received the request. “I got it,” Gromek wrote. “What is your deadline—this is not my only request.”
The email was the last response the Free Beacon received from Gromek. Subsequent phone calls and emails went unanswered.
The Department of Justice told the Free Beacon in an email that their prosecutors are “coordinating with the Veterans Affairs Office of Inspector General as it conducts its ongoing review,” but declined to comment on the referrals because the investigations are incomplete.
“We’ll decline to comment on an ongoing matter,” wrote DOJ spokesman Peter Carr, “but in general the department often consults with inspectors general on legal matters and acts on any referrals should they find sufficient predicate for a criminal investigation.”
The VA Office of Inspector General did not respond to additional request for comments by press time.

Report: Dozens of Former Gitmo Detainees Now Fighting With ISIS

Thank our "Regime" For this!

Of course they are. The Guantanamo recidivism problem has been very real for years at this point, with at least one former Gitmo guest reportedly participating in the September 11, 2012 Benghazi attacks.  We also know that of the 'Taliban Five' the Obama White House horse-traded for an alleged deserter, at least one has already made his intentions to rejoin the jihad explicitly clear.  Some of the detainees released over the last two administrations genuinely posed little threat, and had been caught up at the wrong place at the wrong time.  Many others, however, were dangerous Islamist radicals.  It stands to reason, then, that a number of them would inevitably link up with the ISIS death squads.  As you read this, keep in mind that these figuresare limited to ISIS' Syrian fighting force alone:
As many as 20 to 30 former Guantanamo Bay detainees -- some of whom were released within the last three years -- are suspected by intelligence and Defense officials of having joined forces with the Islamic State and other militant groups inside Syria, Fox News has learned. The development has cemented fears that the U.S. military would once again encounter militants taken off the battlefield. The intelligence offers a mixed picture, and officials say the figures are not exact. But they are certain at least some of the released detainees are fighting with the Islamic State, or ISIS, on the ground inside Syria. Others are believed to be supporting Al Qaeda or the affiliated al-Nusra Front in Syria. A number of former detainees also have chosen to help these groups from outside the country, financing operations and supporting their propaganda campaigns...Of the 620 detainees released from Guantanamo Bay, 180 have returned or are suspected to have returned to the battlefield.

Those who remain at Gitmo are the worst of the worst, which is likely one of the reasons why Congress has repeatedly blocked funding to close the facility and move the detainees onto US soil -- a move overwhelmingly opposed by the American people.  The Obama administration, naturally, is working on a schemeto bypass Congress and shutter the place anyway:

The White House is drafting options that would allow President Barack Obama to close the detention facility in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, by overriding a congressional ban on bringing detainees to the U.S., senior administration officials said. Such a move would be the latest andpotentially most dramatic use of executive power by the president in his second term. It would likely provoke a sharp reaction from lawmakers, who have repeatedly barred the transfer of detainees to the U.S...The discussions underscore the president’s determination to follow through on an early campaign promise before he leaves the White House, officials said, despite the formidable domestic and international obstacles in the way.Administration officials say Mr. Obama strongly prefers a legislative solution over going around Congress. At the same time, a senior administration official said Mr. Obama is “unwavering in his commitment” to closing the prison—which currently has 149 inmates detained in connection with the nation’s post-9/11 war on terrorism—and wants to have all potential options available on an issue he sees as part of his legacy.

His preference is to follow the law, you see.  But he'll do whatever it takes to get his way.  Here's Sen. Kelly Ayotte calling on Obama to suspend all Gitmo detainees, in light of the ISIS revelation.  I'm sure he'll get right on that.  Be sure to read Allahpundit's post on this, especially the bit about two Al Qaeda leaders we targeted early in our anti-ISIS air campaign in Syria.  US intelligence now believes both escaped, and may be "actively plotting" attacks.  I'll leave you with a few clips on what ISIS has been up to lately, now that the American public's attention has wandered elsewhere:

Votes? Inherent Value or a Political Means to an End?

With midterm elections around the corner,  we have to ask ourselves if our voting system should be about the inherent value of our votes, or simply about winning elections?
Currently,  voter ID laws are the object of fights around the country in a game played out by politicians wanting to broaden their base and win elections.  Unfortunately, the only losers in this game are the American people.
When you are a citizen of the United States, born or naturalized, you are blessed with the opportunity and the right to cast your vote for a representative of your choice. Along with the vote comes great power and  responsibility. You, the individual voter, has the power to grant a politician, of your choice, the responsibility to govern our states and our country with integrity, based on the rule of law and our  constitution, framed by the morals and ethics which have guided this country for generations.
We MUST protect and preserve the integrity of our voting system.  If we allow the system to become corrupt, or to be manipulated then we will see our way of life fundamentally transformed and/or destroyed by the few who have become so powerful that they are willing to do anything, including ignoring and encouraging voter fraud, to hold onto that power.
Since the 2012 elections, there have been hundreds of people and/or groups charged, investigated and convicted of voter fraud. Many involving our government officials.  In a recent news story, it was reported that a Connecticut Democrat Representative, Christina Ayala was arrested on 19 charges of voter fraud. If we cannot trust our elected officials to maintain the integrity of our voting system, then who are we to trust?
Although Democrats continue to claim there is no such thing as voter fraud,  the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES) found,
”Because non-citizens tended to favor Democrats (Obama won more than 80 percent of the votes of non-citizens in the 2008 CCES sample), we find that this participation was large enough to plausibly account for Democratic victories in a few close elections. Non-citizen votes could have given Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health-care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress.”
In looking at a small sample of voter fraud headlines, you may tend to disagree with Democrats’ claims,
  • A Shorewood man was charged with 143 counts of voter fraud.
  •  Three women were arrested and charged with 56 counts of voter fraud, in Houston.
  •  A California Senator gets jail time in Voter Fraud Case.

We have also seen alleged cases of fraud involving the stuffing of ballot boxes, non officials allowed to  transport ballots, voters using absentee ballots of friends, neighbors and even dead family members to cast more than one vote, double registration within 2 or more states, and illegal immigrants registering and casting ballots in elections.
Recently, in North Carolina, when SBOE officials did a sample cross check of their database, they discovered 6% or 600 non-U.S. citizens were registered to vote.  Jay DeLancy, executive director of the Voter Integrity Project of North Carolina, said
“We want to know how such a large number of non-U.S. citizens were ever registered to vote in the first place. There is clearly a system failure here and we need the Board of Elections and the DMV to help the Legislature and the public understand where the problem lies.”
So, if voter fraud is alive and well, why would any reasonable person or official, elected to uphold the law of our land, fight against a process that ensures the very integrity of the voting booth? Why are our elected officials refusing to acknowledge and repair the issues at hand within our voting system?  Why would Democratic representatives across the country be fighting to give immigrants who entered our country illegally, the right to vote?
In 2012, election officials from more than 60 countries traveled to the United States to observe the presidential elections as part of a program run by the International Foundation for Electoral Systems. (IFES).  The majority of the officials agreed that the open voting system used in the United States, would never work, or be allowed in their countries. They felt the lack of IDs along with online and mail-in voting, allowed for too much fraud. They were also surprised that provisional ballots were even offered and shocked that local poll workers were allowed to “handle” the ballots.
The majority of countries around the world, take their election process extremely seriously. Most require IDs along with voter confirmation notices in order for a ballot to be cast.   Many countries mark voters with indelible ink to insure that each citizen casts only one vote. Why, would the most powerful, and once, the most influential nation in the world not take steps to ensure the integrity of our election process?
In a recent decision by the Supreme Court on voting restrictions in Texas, Justice Stevens noted that there was sufficient evidence of voter fraud,
“It remains true, however, that flagrant examples of such fraud in other parts of the country have been documented throughout this Nation’s history by respected historians and journalists, that examples have surfaced in recent years, demonstrate that not only is the risk of voter fraud real but that it could affect the outcome of a close election.”
However, in the United States, although photo ID’s are required in order to complete the most menial of tasks on a daily basis, it is not required in all states in order to perform the most sacred action entrusted to every citizen of our nation; voting.
There have also been many reports of voting machine errors. Representative Jim Moynihan of Illinois,  said his vote was changed when he cast his ballot.
“While early voting at the Schaumburg Public Library today, I tried to cast a vote for myself and instead it cast the vote for my opponent. You can imagine my surprise as the same thing happened with a number of races when I tried to vote for a Republican and the machine registered a vote for a Democrat.”
In a similar situation, where a selection was changed three times by the voting machine, I contacted the State Board of Elections, who responded by saying,
“Apparently there was an issue in which one candidate was selected and the screen selected another. We regret that this happened. The sensors in the touch screens occasionally need to be calibrated so the area touched on the screen reflects the voter’s choice.”
If this is a situation that has occurred on other occasions, why are these machines not calibrated prior to election day? If these machines can, in any way, change, alter or switch a voters selection, without their knowledge, then why are they even used?
In testing the EDGE voting machines used in Virginia, researchers found “significant security weaknesses throughout the system.” “The nature of these weaknesses raise serious questions as to whether the software can be relied upon to protect the integrity of elections, and lack reliable measures to detect or prevent tampering.”(https://www.verifiedvoting.org/resources/voting-equipment/sequoia/avc-edge/)
If there is even the slightest chance that a vote can be altered, or that a non-citizen can cast a ballot, then  the public at large and our elected officials should  be working together to validate our voting system. You must ask  yourself the question,
“Why would one political faction be so determined to expose our voting system to fraud, by allowing anyone, citizen or not, ID or not, to participate in the selection of our elected officials? “
In this day and age of such political polarization, and a time when the media and our elected officials refuse to listen to the voice of the people,  we should all be concerned about the loss of the only voice that we have left, OUR VOTE!   When we lose our voice in the voting booth, the very foundation of our Nation will exist no more.
