Trump’s Agenda Triumphs as the Opposition Implodes and Calls Him Delusional

RUSH: Now, Snerdley came in to me today, I guess it was about 40 minutes ago. He said, “How did you know? How did you know?”
I said, “What are you talking about?”
“You told us on Tuesday the Senate was gonna pass the tax reform bill. You said they were gonna vote for it.”
I said, “That’s right, I did.”
“How did you know?”
I said, “It was just instinct. I didn’t know anything. I hadn’t talked to anybody. I just knew that it was gonna happen.” Well, I felt. I thought that it was gonna happen. So looking at why, did you hear what the New York Times did yesterday? Everybody is trying to figure out, okay, McCain and Flake have got nothing to lose here. I mean, if McCain and Flake want to hammer Trump it would be easy to vote “no” on this thing and head off into the sunset of Arizona and be at peace with themselves. If they really hate Trump and want to sabotage Trump it’d be easy to say, “No, can’t vote for it.”
But they’re both gonna vote for it. Flake not running again, McCain not running again. So what explains this? Well, the optimal answer to that is that these guys have finally seen the light after a year and gotten on board the Trump agenda, but that’s a bit much to believe. But look at what — and I don’t know if this a factor, but it may well be because all these people in the establishment turn to and look at the New York Times. And do you know what they did?
The New York Times basically turned to Twitter and became a bunch of political activists. The New York Times editorial board tweeted all over the place yesterday the names and phone numbers of Republican senators that voters should call and tell them to vote “no” on the Republican tax bill. All day yesterday the New York Times opinion page was sending out tweets that seemed to be from a campaign headquarters. They’re not just telling people what’s wrong with the tax bill. They’re urging people to call.
Remember when I used to do that? No. I never did it. When I was accused of doing it? I’m going back now 25, 28 years. I have long been accused of artificially impacting and affecting the outcome of legislation because the media routinely accused me of telling you to call members of Congress. And I said, “I don’t do it. I am not an activist. I don’t use this program for activism.”
My audience is smart enough to figure out to do this anyway if they want to. I do not tell people what to do. I don’t even tell people what to think. I just don’t give them much of a choice between right and wrong. And so here now the New York Times comes along and activist-ly urges people to get hold of these Republican senators and give them what-for.
Now, you may be saying, “Well, what’s the big deal?” Well, the big deal, yeah, we’ve known for a long time that the New York Times is the Democrat Party house organ. And we’ve known that the New York Times basically serves as a PAC for the Democrat Party. But this kind of seals the deal. And it illustrates there is futile desperation out there. And it is climbing, it is mounting, it is effervescing, and it’s overflowing. The frustration on the left. None of them can believe this is happening. They can’t believe Trump is still there. And let’s go to the audio sound bites.
As Trump succeeds, as the nation improves — I mean, the stock market now past 24,000, 52 Republican senators say they are going to vote for the tax bill. The president is succeeding on a number of levels, and with each new success, the Democrats mount a campaign that he needs to be gotten rid of under the terms of the 25th Amendment, that he is senile, that he’s incompetent, that he is mentally unfirm, that he is out to lunch, that he is simply suffering dementia.
MSNBC, CNN, a number of other Drive-By news outlets are once again raising this allegation. We have a couple of examples. David Axelrod last night on CNN with Anderson Cooper. Question: “Mr. Axelrod, reports on Trump’s seemingly reborn birther views and the Access Hollywood tape…” You know what this is really about? Trump had the audacity to retweet some video of militant Islamic atrocities. And these original videos were posted by a far-right-wing, so-called far-right-wing group in Britain.
And as you know, inside-the-Beltway, it is simply not permitted and it is unacceptable to relate or try to relate militant Islam to terrorism.” It is a religion of peace! There is no terrorism in Islam, and this is the way it’s always been. It’s the way it’s always gonna be,” and Trump comes along and blows it to smithereens and retweets video of militant Islamic atrocities. And of course the establishment in the U.K., the establishment here are beside themselves. This just isn’t done! And in their world, this means Trump is losing his marbles.
Now, this question here, you know, Trump’s denying what they say he said on the Access Hollywood video. “That’s stupid. We all saw it. We’ve seen it. Trump’s now saying it wasn’t him. Trump’s now saying it was doctored and made up.” Trump is toying with these people, but they think he’s losing his mind. And now his reborn birther views. Those are related to militant Islamic videos and other things.
Janet Yellen, who’s outgoing chairman of the Federal Reserve, all of a sudden says she’s having nightmares about the national debt at $20 trillion, as she’s leaving. She never had a dream much less a nightmare about it when Obama was building it up. When Obama took orifice, the national debt was $12 trillion. When Obama leaves, it’s 20. He nearly doubled it. And so Trump’s right there with a tweet to Janet Yellen (paraphrasing), “Hey, it’s kind of interesting here that you didn’t even notice it when Obama was doing it.” And you’re just not supposed to call these people out that way.
And so when you do, when you call ’em out, when you retweet videos of militant Islamic terror that prove that there is militant Islamic terror, these people… They’re the ones that are coming unhinged, folks. The Drive-By Media, the left, the Democrat Party, they’re the ones coming unhinged, accusing Trump of it. So Anderson Cooper says, “David Axelrod, these reports on Trump, how concerned are you the president seems to be operating at a different reality when it comes to any number of topics?”
AXELROD: I am concerned, Anderson, because I sat next to the Oval Office for a couple of years. If the person who sits there is delusional, that poses all kinds of very, very frightening scenarios. And when you read, particularly the things that he’s saying in private, the denial-of-his own comments that were on tape, the rehashing of the discredited birther theory going back to the votes in the election and the notion he actually won the popular vote, these are delusional comments. It is very, very unsettling to think that the president of the United States would harbor them.
RUSH: Yeah, right. I’m sorry, Mr. Axelrod, but this doesn’t carry any weight. You guys have no ground to stand on. History revisionism. Trump is toying with you guys. Meanwhile, your accused, guilty perpetrators of sexual harassment are coming out with some of the most convoluted, twisted apologies. You talk about being in a state of denial. Look at The Full Franken. The Full Franken is an apology technique that Matt Lauer is attempting to use partially. And it’s bombing out. “I don’t remember it. I’m really devastated these women feel this way. I take a lot of pictures.”
You never admit it. You apologize for it, but you imply the women are lying. And this is gonna come back and bite Franken. It’s gonna get him in the end. They’re doing everything they can to hold on to him. But in the process here it’s Trump who’s losing his mind, it’s Trump who’s delusional. Here’s David “Rodham” Gergen, same program, Anderson Cooper. “David Gergen, they’re saying this is no different than all of his words and how he shapes his own myths and creates his own reality. So what are we dealing with here?”
GERGEN: The president occasionally has to make really, really tough decisions that are a matter of life and death, and you want a man of absolutely clear mind and able to absorb things. It’s reached the point, Anderson, where I’ve been wondering whether his family and some of the top people in the White House ought to be conferring among themselves about what might be called in other ways some sort of intervention, and really try to help him.
RUSH: An intervention! “Oh, we love Trump so much, we want to help him. We care so much about Trump, we want to help him. We love our country. We really wanted to give him a chance. We’ve stood aside and we’ve let Trump be Trump. But now we’ve reached the point that we can’t stay silent anymore. Trump must go, Trump’s deranged, Trump’s delusional. The nation is at risk. We might get killed. We’re all gonna die. The family has gotta move in and intervene and stop the guy.”
Meanwhile, it was CNN that refused the White House Christmas party invite on Friday night at the White House. You know, folks, it’s fascinating to watch all of this. Who would have ever believed we would be here. It’s November 30th. We are 11 months into the however many phony Russian collusion investigations there have been and are. We’re 11 months into all those investigations. Trump colluded with the Russians. They don’t have a shred of evidence yet. Mueller obviously doesn’t either based on the leaks that are coming out of his investigation.
Donald Trump is still president. Donald Trump is prospering. The Donald Trump agenda is on the move. There is a momentum and an inertia, and none of the people in the media, the Democrat Party had the wildest — I mean, their worst nightmares this was not possible. This is the last place they thought they would be. Not only is Trump rolling and his agenda moving forward, they are imploding! The party that conducts accusations on the War on Women is finding that all of its top name brand people are lechers. You can’t tell me these people have any idea that they were going to be here.
Matt Lauer, Charlie Rose, Glenn Thrush, Garrison Keillor, Mark Halperin, Harvey Weinstein, three CNN editors, three NPR executives, two people at the New Republic are out of work, and Donald Trump isn’t. Donald Trump is still there, and the tax bill cleared the Senate or will when they have the vote.
Al Franken is floundering and looks to be the fool he has always been. John Conyers is in the hospital because of stress. A woman of privilege, a white woman of privilege has told this poor black guy in the hospital to quit, to resign, to get out of there, that he is the problem. James Clyburn of the Congressional Black Caucasians is pointing out that all of Conyers’ accusers are white women. Hollywood is damn near a smoking ember.
The entirety of the Drive-By Media teetering on the brink of ruin, and it is Trump who is delusional? It is Trump losing his mind? No. These people are losing theirs. I cannot impress upon you how none of them ever dreamt wildly that anything like this could ever happen ever, no matter who was elected president. No one could have predicted this wild year. But I predicted the Senate would end up voting for the Trump tax bill.
Do you remember my saying many months ago how once these young Millennial women who were not around during the Clinton nineties, when they get a load of what the Clintons did and what Hillary did, when they fully understand what was happening in the Democrat Party with the mistreatment of women, the Hillary bimbo eruptions? You remember me predicting to you that they would not put up with it and they would not cover for it and they would not circle the wagons?
And I dare to point out to you that many of the reporters on all of these sexual harassment stories are Millennial women. And they’re gunning for Matt Lauer. And they’re gunning for Al Franken. They are not tolerant. They are not typical leftists circling the wagons because there’s something more important to them, and that’s been women’s studies and feminist studies. And they are a generation that’s simply not gonna put up with what their parents and grandparents have handed down to them.

The Left Erased Morality and Created a Culture of Depravity

RUSH: I want to address something here seriously. Nancy Pelosi, predictably, blamed all of this on Trump.
Grab sound bite 23. I want you to hear it again. Just 15 seconds. After suggesting that Conyers should resign, she realized she stepped in it. She realized that’s a very, very controversial thing to do, so she had to try to soften it at the end of the presser.
PELOSI: There’s a new day. And the courage of the women coming forward is something that is making a big difference. But also the attitude in the country, which I think some of it springs from the election of Donald Trump as president.
RUSH: So some of it springs from the election of Donald Trump. So the reason why our party is in so much trouble is the election of Donald Trump. Now, to a certain extent, that’s true. Donald Trump has driven them crazy. But they were losing elections in great numbers before Trump came along. We’ve documented this, talked about it a lot. The Democrats have been in trouble for a long, long time. The thing that masked it was that Obama was in the White House, and moving his agenda forward.
But out there, all across the fruited plain, the Democrat Party has been imploding. And in their worldview, yeah, the election of Trump does spell big trouble. But that’s not what she means. She is trying to say here that all of these Democrat guys — the news, the talent, the news readers, the executives, the producers, Hollywood, all of these people — caught up in these sexual harassment charges and allegations is really because Trump was elected. And she’s attempting to say Trump is this ignoramus, and he’s this barbarian. He’s unsophisticated, and of course that is influencing our culture and behavior.
And I want to seriously tackle this because that’s not at all what’s going on in America today. Back in 1987 when I was in Sacramento I wrote a weekly newspaper column for a local paper. I had writers block one day and I literally could not think of anything to write about. So as a means of trying to overcome it, I started writing down one-sentence thoughts hoping that one of them or two would inspire me into a column idea.
And after I got to about 15 of them, I said, “You know what? This is the column.” Because I was writing sentences that were pithy little philosophical things that I agreed with, that I thought were correct, and they became the 35 Undeniable Truths of Life. I kept going and writing enough of them to get to 750 words, which is your average column length, and then it became known as the 35 Undeniable Truths of Life.
For example, number 24 was, “Feminism was established so as to allow unattractive women easier access to the mainstream of society.” And it was true then, it’s true now. It’s one of the main drivers of militant feminism, not the only, but it’s a significant player. There was another one that I wrote. “Morality is not defined by individual choice.” That’s all it was. Simple little statement, because even in 1987, I mean, we were coming out of the AIDS scare. Well, weren’t coming out of it; were smack-dab in the middle of it, and it was all Reagan’s fault, if you remember, because Reagan wasn’t talking about it.
The militant political gay movement was all over this as Reagan’s fault. The order of the day, according to the American left back then, was that we conservatives did not have the right to impose our morality on anybody else, that we’re a bunch of puritans and we’re a bunch of stuffed shirts and we’re a bunch of boring dryballs, and we don’t have the right to tell other people how to live. And it was all part of the aspect of liberalism that came to life based on the nonjudgmentalism.
Liberals do not want to be judged, and there’s a very good reason why. The judgment of liberals would not be positive or uplifting. They don’t want to be judged. They don’t want to be held to convention. They don’t want to be held to any standards, moral or otherwise. But I was making the point that morality is what it is. Morality is not defined by individual choice. You don’t get to choose what’s moral and not. What is moral and immoral is established and known.
And it’s kind of like pornography. You may have trouble defining it, but you know it when you see it. Same thing with morality and immorality. You may have trouble defining it for people, but you know immorality and ill-mannered behavior when you see it. And we raise our children to be moral and well mannered. If we don’t, there’s no telling what individuals are gonna turn out to be. Human beings need to be taught, need to be raised, need to be instructed.
If you have a kid at the dinner table that interrupts people constantly or throws food, you stop ’em and you tell ’em that’s wrong. If they refuse to get the message, you punish them. If they engage in behavior that is harmful to others or themselves, you stop them and tell them and you raise them. You try to raise them with good manners and self-respect, respect for others. And at some point, all of this evolves into you teaching them morality, right and wrong.
Well, for the last 50 years if not longer, there’s been an attack on that whole premise of right and wrong and who gets to define it. And the left has lived and died with the premise that nobody but they or them get to define it, and it’s an individual choice. Until you walk in the shoes of a liberal, you have no right to judge. You have no right to say what’s right and wrong. And so the offshoot of this is that whatever liberals wanted to do was moral because they wanted to do it. And anybody that came along and judged them and disapproved was attacked.
And it begot the culture war. The culture war is largely over morality, the concepts of right and wrong and whether or not they’re universal or the result of individual choice. And the left has always believed that morality is an individual choice, that you don’t get to define it for anybody else, and neither does society. And that attitude is what I believe has led us to today.
There are consequences for all actions and inactions, and bad behavior, immoral behavior, incorrect behavior is always going to carry a price at some point. There will always be consequences for it. How do you explain all of these wealthy men? Matt Lauer reputedly making $25 million a year. Harvey Weinstein, multi, multimillionaire. All of these people involved have incredible wealth.
They also had positions of power where there was nobody that could tell ’em what they could do and couldn’t do. And when they did behave badly, there was no punishment. Everybody got out of the way. Everybody was afraid of them. What lessons were they taught? I suggest to you none. They clearly didn’t have any conscience — or, if they did, they were able to override it and subordinate it to their personal desires.
But this is why we’re where we are. And of course the people who advocate for morality and attempt to instill and live by concepts of right and wrong are mocked and laughed at and made fun of. And they’re considered to be very dull and boring. And they’re usually religious, and that means we can really attack them. And they just do that because they’re so boring, nobody would want to have sex with them anyway, and nobody would want to hang around with ’em anyway. Nobody would want to have fun with ’em anyway. They’re so dull and boring that they give themselves self-respect by telling themselves they’re good people.
And the liberals just roll right over them with this idea that they are the oddballs, that they’re the kooks, that they pose the threat, because they are attempting to impose their morality on everybody. Much like the left accuses the United States of trying to “impose” freedom on the rest of the world. Freedom is not an imposition. Morality could be, depending on your proclivities.
But I really think this is the root of it here, folks. It’s taken a little while here, but the people who are being discovered to have engaged in this behavior — which is clearly reprehensible and perverted and whatever description you want to come up with — no doubt are of the belief that morality doesn’t apply to them and that it’s nobody’s business anyway.

RUSH: Cal Thomas has a piece today, “The Value of High Moral Standards Has Never Been More Apparent.” Who decided traditional virtues were no longer viable? Somebody do a study. Find people who are being damaged. Are they being taught too much virtue? When did this happen? he asks.

DEVELOPING: James O’Keefe Teases Project Veritas’ “Most Powerful” Sting Operation Ever (VIDEO)

James O’Keefe sat down for an exclusive interview with Infowars reporter Millie Weaver Wednesday evening, revealing Project Veritas is currently running it’s “most powerful,” sting operation yet.
Video credit: Infowars
Infowars reports:
Infowars reporter Millie Weaver sits down with Project Veritas’ James O’Keefe in an exclusive interview to discuss his latest exposé of the Washington Post who knowingly and admittedly continue to push the fake news narrative that Russia meddled in the 2016 election.
When asked for hints about upcoming ‘sting’ operations, O’Keefe reveals bombshell information that Project Veritas is currently “going after bigger and bigger entities”, saying, “imagine the largest and most powerful informational entities in the world, we know that these entities are doing bad things and it is our job to ferret them out.”
Following Monday’s outrage over Project Veritas and the Washington Post’s double sting, O’Keefe is more motivated than ever to take down the mainstream media.
In a tweet Monday evening, O’Keefe remained defiant, warning the Washington Post he has the goods on the paper.
“Been fighting since Rutgers. There is always another vid and high level resignation around the corner. Always. @Project_Veritas doesn’t give up and doesn’t stop. I don’t fear being hated by the media. It’s a sign of respect. We have u/cs embedded all over. More WaPo vid coming!,” tweeted O’Keefe.
While the mainstream media is working aggressively to discredit O’Keefe following the Project Veritas/Washington Post “double sting,” the undercover video organization still exposed further bias the paper has towards President Trump.
As The Gateway Pundit’s Cristina Laila reported, Melissa McCullough, the Director of Newsroom Operations, was caught on tape revealing her bias against President Trump, admitting “let’s just hope he doesn’t get re-elected in another three years.”
McCullough then backpedals and says, “I shouldn’t be saying these things because we don’t… We’re not supposed to really talk about that kind of stuff.”

Scarborough Triggered After POTUS Torches Him! ‘Sources Tell Me Trump Has Dementia’ (VIDEO)

Here we have another Hillary SuckAss Liberal Shit Eating Pussy that cant handle the election yet. Trump must have hit a nerve with him on the Death of his intern?

MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough came unglued Thursday morning after President Trump torched the Morning Joe host Wednesday on Twitter.

Scarborough channeled his inner Keith Olbermann and called for Trump’s removal from office claiming sources say the President has dementia.
Trump lashed out at MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough of ‘Morning Joe’ Wednesday morning and brought up the mysterious death of his Congressional aide from when he was a Republican Congressman in 2001. “Investigate!” Trump said in a tweet.
POTUS also re-tweeted several videos exposing Islam’s violence and the media exploded with anger–at Trump, yet failed to condemn Islamic barbarism. Shocker.
Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski lashed out at President Trump once again.
This time Scarborough brought up the 25th Amendment and called for Trump’s removal from office.
“People close to him (Donald Trump) during the campaign told me that he had early stages of dementia. Now listen you can get mad at me if you want to but it is okay to say. When are we supposed to say this? After the first nuclear missile goes?” Scarborough asked.
Scarborough then said Mike Pence should be president because the Republicans in House and the Senate would love him to be President.
Sorry Joe, the American people voted for Donald Trump to be President and he won in an electoral landslide. Get over it.

Anyone else reminded of this 90’s cartoon when looking at Joe and Mika?

NEW: Congress Secretly Paid Nearly $100,000 To Settle Harassment Claims Against Disgraced Democrat Lawmaker

Another day, another Democrat embroiled in a sexual harassment scandal. A new report by ABC News says the Congressional Office of Compliance secretly paid nearly $100,000 to settle sexual harassment claims against former House member Eric Massa.
ABC News reports:
The Congressional Office of Compliance secretly paid close to $100,000 in taxpayer funds to settle sexual harassment claims from at least two young male staffers who worked for disgraced former Congressman Eric Massa, multiple sources with direct knowledge of the matter told ABC News.
The claims were settled after Massa, a Democrat from upstate New York, resigned in 2010 amid a pending ethics investigation into allegations he groped and sexually harassed members of his staff.
When asked for comment on the specific settlements paid to Massa’s staffers, a spokesman for the Office of Compliance would neither confirm nor deny any of the terms, saying they are required by law to keep those records secret.
Massa wasn’t on Capitol Hill more than three months before allegations of  “making aggressive, sexual overtures,” towards young staffers began circulating.
A probe was launched months after the claims first surfaced.
Then House Speaker John Boehner was one of the first to call for an investigation.
“It is now readily apparent that Congressman Massa’s pattern of troubling behavior continued long after Democrats first became aware of his conduct,” an angry Boehner said.
Boehner added, “Speaker Pelosi’s staff has acknowledged they knew about problems in Mr. Massa’s office back in the fall of 2009. What action, if any, did the Speaker and the Democratic leadership take to protect Rep. Massa’s subordinates from harassment and abuse?”
Eventually, the Democrat Congressman resigned in March 2010, amid a House Ethics Committee probe.
