Judge Brown said he was there when Joe Biden made his racist segregationist speech.

It was all part of the People’s Liberation Army’s (PLA) biowarfare plan against the United States.
The design of COVID-19 was based on a number of bioweapon features, in particular, highly contagious, low lethality, and a high rate of asymptomatic transmission.
Another important feature of a PLA bioweapon, not mentioned on that list, is disguising its origin.
That is, the capability of avoiding responsibility for a biowarfare attack by designing a virus that could be blamed on a natural outbreak.
Changjun Wang, a high ranking officer in the PLA’s Eastern Theater Command headquartered in Nanjing, was responsible for the isolation of the bat coronaviruses ZC45 and ZXC21, claimed by Chinese whistleblower Dr. Li-meng Yan to be the backbones for the creation of COVID-19.
When Major General Chen Wei, presumed head of China’s biowarfare program, took control of the “clean up” operation in Wuhan after local authorities lost control of the COVID-19 outbreak, Changjun Wang was part of her team, even though he was from the PLA Eastern Theater Command and outside of the PLA Central Theater Command, which had jurisdiction over Wuhan.
In September 2020, Changjun Wang was awarded the “National Medal and Honor” for his role connected to COVID-19 by Chinese Communist Party leader Xi Jinping.
Changjun Wang was not only interested in bat coronaviruses that could infect humans, but how viral respiratory infections spread, especially by individuals not showing symptoms of the disease, that is, asymptomatically.
Changjun Wang extensively studied adenovirus respiratory infections among PLA soldiers and, in 2016, created epidemiological models, including how such viral respiratory infections could spread from China to the United States.
Except for the Chinese Communist Party and its sympathizers, everyone should now be convinced that the COVID-19 virus was made in a laboratory and was part of the People’s Liberation Army’s biowarfare program.

People In Iran Risk It All To Warn Of “Sham” Election, As Biden Gets Ready To Re-Enter “Iran Deal”

Activists in Iran are calling upon powerful nations, including the United States, to boycott the upcoming elections based upon alleged corrupt election behavior by Iran’s current leadership and an unfolding humanitarian crisis for the people of Iran.
“The true fight is between the people & the organized opposition who want freedom and democracy on the one side, & the entirety of his regime, including its soon to be ‘elected’ president Ebrahim Raisi, on the other,” reported the US Representative for the National Council of Resistance of Iran, on Sunday, on Twitter.
“Our resistance movement seeks to establish a society where there is no torture or executions, a republic based on freedom, democracy and separation of religion and state which will cherish #HumanRights and gender equality as its highest principles. #Iran,” one activist in Iran wrote in reaction to the election news.
People who have been beaten for expressing their points of view risk, even more, to get the message out to the world about their concerns.
Ebrahim Raisi is a shocking candidate who is striking fear in the people of Iran because he is an Iran cleric linked to 1988 state sponsors of mass executions of estimated 30,000 political prisoners. The Scotsman reported that his regime is expected to be “ruthless” upon the people.
Ali Safavi, a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), released the following statement to Gateway Pundit:
“Today Iranians are speaking up with one voice to denounce the mullahs’ election as a sham. They are determined to bring about regime change. Europe and the US should echo the Iranian people’s call and condemn this masquerade as a travesty, that is neither fair, nor free. They should maintain sanctions on the regime and stand with the Iranian people in their struggle for democracy and freedom.”
Activists have released a number of videos from inside Iran calling the upcoming election a “sham” and urging the US and its allies to end the “appeasement” of the clerical regime. A few examples:
“The defiant calls come after a body answerable to Iran’s Supreme Leader disqualified all the major candidates, leaving notorious mullah Raisi,” Mohammad Hanif Jazayeri, an Iranian spokesman, told Gateway Pundit.
Raisi made it to the top over 300 other candidates. Reaction online is emotional with the memories of Raisi’s previous behavior.
The following was posted by an account known as Justice for Iran and described the photo, which shows a large group of protestors, in 1988, who had been arrested and who were later tortured and kill in unmarked graves :
“The 37th anniversary of the mass arrests, torture & killing of protestors by the Islamic Republic of #Iran. This tragedy culminated in the mass executions of 1988 in which many were executed unlawfully & buried in unmarked graves #BuriedTruth #MassGraves88“
The nationwide activities this week for a boycott of the poll are being carried out by the network of the main opposition group to the mullahs, the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI or MEK) inside the country of Iran.
“Last week Iran’s Guardian Council, whose members are appointed by Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, vetted the Presidential candidates, making it all but certain that current Judiciary Chief Ebrahim Raisi will become Iran’s next President in the ‘election’ next month,” Jazayeri said.
“Iran’s police chief Gen. Hossein Ashtari on May 28 threatened to crack down on anyone calling for a boycott of the Presidential election. In the past two months, despite great risk, the MEK network inside the country and the Resistance Units have pushed the campaign for the boycott in various ways, including by putting up banners, writing graffiti and distributing leaflets. The main slogan of this campaign is: My vote is regime change,” Jazayeri reported.
It is unclear if Democrat Joe Biden has seen the tweet campaign or if he will acknowledge the grave concerns of the people of Iran. The current indicators are that Biden is preparing to supply the Iran leaders with a great deal of power and money by re-entering the “Iran Deal.”
Mike Pompeo, former Secretary of State under President Donald J. Trump, released a statement on Thursday about the Joe Biden administration:
“Don’t forget — when Pres. Biden reenters the flawed nuclear deal he not only will pave the way for Iran to build its nuclear program. He’ll also be allowing hundreds of billions of dollars to go to the very mullahs who host & support Al-Qaeda in Tehran.”

Dershowitz to Newsmax: NY Prosecutor Ran on Promise to Get Trump
New York Attorney General Letitia James ran for office on the promise that she would bring criminal charges on former President Donald Trump, and that's unheard of, Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz said to Newsmax Saturday.
"That's how she got elected," said Dershowitz on Newsmax's "Saturday Report." "If she doesn't get Donald Trump, she's not gonna be reelected. That's not the way prosecutors should operate. "
New York prosecutors have convened a grand jury that will, over the next six weeks, hear evidence to determine whether to indict Trump and his business organization on charges of fraud, but Dershowitz said it's not hard for any prosecutor to get an indictment.
"If a prosecutor is determined to get somebody, particularly a businessman who has complex business dealings over the years, it's not so difficult to get an indictment," said Dershowitz.
He added that judges and prosecutors should not be elected people or political jobs.
"The United States government made a very serious mistake during the Jacksonian democracy, period," he said. "We're the only country in the world that elects prosecutors, that elects judges."
He added that if he was representing Trump, he would move to disqualify the prosecutors who have taken positions against him before evidence is presented.
"I don't want to ever make comparisons to Stalin, but when Lavrentiy Beria, the head of the KGB of the way the American system is supposed to operate," said Dershowitz. "The American system of justice is supposed to operate neutrally and objectively. You look at the evidence, and the evidence shows that there is a substantial case against somebody, then you indict. But you don't go looking for things to indict against a particular person, and that's what's going on with former President Trump."
However, Dershowitz said there will probably be some kind of indictment, but then there will be an acquittal "because you know, you have to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. You have to prove it to the satisfaction of 12 jurors unanimously and that's going to be a much harder, much, much harder task than simply getting a mere indictment or opening up a criminal investigation."

Blue state, blue mask blues
Back in April, I wrote an article on masks here on American Thinker. Part of the article was just me, kvetching about having to wear the useless face diapers, especially outdoors. Since then, the CDC has come out with "new" guidance saying that wearing masks outdoors is unnecessary. Try telling anyone around here (the S.F. Bay area), though, to take their outdoor masks off.
Most people on the street are masked up, toddlers included. We still have farmers at the Saturday market who won't sell to you unless you're wearing one. Thankfully, there are other, friendlier farmers from whom to buy. I categorically refuse to wear a mask outdoors, ever again, period.
Sixteen months ago, when we were first told to wear them, after first being told why we shouldn't, I thought (and said) outdoor masks were useless. I got excoriated for saying (with no medical degree, just logic) that sunshine is a great disinfectant, and exercise is a great way to stay healthy. I noted that our lungs need to breathe fresh air and that our immune systems need the stimulus of external pathogens in the air to keep functioning properly.
Having studied factual history, I recalled how the European explorers brought new pathogens to which the indigenous people had never developed immunity — pathogens that had no effect on the explorers but that killed off existing populations. I wondered if we'd have that problem after long-term masking. This was before I realized that masks do nothing to stop viruses.
Back then, my little burg put yellow caution tape around every park, and the state, in its infinite wisdom, closed all the beaches. Posted signage all over town told us to shut up and stay indoors. We didn't know any better, so we learned to obey. All I can say is, thank goodness "back then" is over.
The good news is, maybe, come June 15, a mysteriously magical day in California history, all masks can come off. We are supposed to open. Finally, a desperate, clinging-to-his-office Governor Newsom, facing almost certain recall, is going to let us all out of jail, hoping that we forget our anger at him. On that magical and arbitrary day, we can join with the red states, where there's still logic and common sense, in leaving COVID restrictions behind.
...unless he can gin up a new outbreak first. You never know! Two weeks after Memorial Day, a big travel and gathering holiday, a new outbreak could happen. So is the June 15 date actually arbitrary?
In that April article I wrote about masks, I talked about those ubiquitous blue masks from China — the ones everyone wears and sticks on kids and toddlers — containing graphene. I read that Canada had rejected a shipment of those masks. Because graphene flakes microscopically, it's terrible for your lungs. I confirmed this with my chemist friend. It causes a similar reaction to asbestos in the lungs.
After I wrote about it, I mentioned that fact to a lot of people, most of whom shrugged their shoulders and just went about their business. At a certain point, I realized I could shout it from the rafters, and nobody would care. They can't see COVID, so it makes them illogically fearful. They can't see graphene, so they'll trust the government to do what's right and ignore science once again.
I just read a newly published article on graphene in masks. It says that on April 2, 2021, Health Canada, a department of the Canadian government responsible for national health policy, issued an advisory, warning people not to "use face masks labelled to contain graphene or biomass graphene." Then the article takes it a step farther. It posits that including graphene in masks is part of an insidious plot to sicken us and blame it on COVID. The logic is there, but the proof that this theory is true seems lacking. But that logic might just explain why, when Canada has been vocal in warning about these masks, the USA, the CDC, and the WHO haven't bothered.
When graphene gets into the lungs, it creates a set of symptoms similar to a COVID infection. With the over-sensitive PCR test, a false positive result is common. So, you have the perfect way to keep the pressure on the public. Make them sick and perpetuate the Munchausen by government proxy syndrome I wrote about in January. Politically, it makes perfect sense.
For me, the bottom line is that nobody ought to be wearing those blue (or now, other colored) masks from China. We don't manufacture our own, so if it looks like a paper mask, it's Chinese. Need I say more? Other than to reiterate that masks don't stop COVID anyway.

Carney: Joe Biden’s Budget Is About Reelecting Joe Biden
President Joe Biden released his administration’s first budget on the afternoon before Memorial Day weekend, a sign that the president hopes many of its details will escape public notice.
Biden has proposed spending over $6 trillion each and every year of his first term—around 35 percent more than the government was spending pre-pandemic—and during his second term also, if he wins reelection.
His budget appears to be designed in part to secure that reelection. Much of what will likely be the most popular projects really get ramped up in 2025. In other words, Biden is promising in his budget big payouts in his second term.
For example, the budget proposes $5.1 billion for repairing roads and bridges in fiscal year 2022. That jumps to $13.4 billion in 2023, $17.4 billion in 2024, and then to $19.7 billion in 2025 and $21.6 billion in 2026. A proposal to “modernize public transit” goes from $9.4 billion in 2024 to $11.8 billion in 2025 and $13.4 in billion in 2026.
The money for electric vehicles jumps $6.4 billion in 2024 to $13.5 billion in 2025 and to nearly $26 billion in 2026. That’s a blaring message to the auto industry to get on board with Biden’s 2024 campaign.
The money for rural clean water doubles if Biden is reelected, according to the budget.
Money for housing and community development in “Indian Country” rises from $134 million in 2024 to $240 million in 2025, $328 million in 2026, and $370 million in 2027. Oddly enough those same figures in those same years are also set aside for constructing housing for the elderly, as if someone was just copy-pasting budget numbers with no real plan in mind.
The budget has a line labeled “invest in community violence intervention.” Whatever that means, it doesn’t need to be done much until Biden’s second term, apparently. There’s no money budget for next year, just $15 million in 2023, $100 million in 2024, and then it explodes up to $260 million in 2025, $420 million in 2026, $570 million in 2027, and $685 million in 2028. Maybe the White House is anticipating a lot of violence that will need intervention in the second term.
Fans of nuclear power will really want a second Biden term. The budget for procuring advanced nuclear power goes from $250 million in 2024 to half a billion dollars in 2025 and then to 2.5 billion in 2026.
These White House budgets are not really ever expected to be enacted. Instead, they present a vision of where the president thinks the country should go. And a big part of Biden’s vision for the future is “Reelect Joe Biden.”

Report: Joe Biden’s DHS May Bring Deported Illegal Aliens Back to U.S. Links of LIARS and IDIOTS!

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) may consider a plan to bring deported illegal aliens back to the United States, presumably paid for by American taxpayers.
The open borders lobby shared a plan with the Biden administration to bring illegal aliens deported by former President Donald Trump’s administration back to the U.S., according to the Associated Press (AP). More than 935,000 illegal aliens were deported by the Trump administration.
The plan, open borders activists with the corporate-backed National Immigrant Justice Center suggest, could be done through executive order by Biden and create an office inside DHS that allows deported illegal aliens to submit requests to return to the U.S.
The AP reports:
The plan asks the government to take into account factors like people who were eligible for legal status and had applied before being deported or those who have compelling circumstances.
The proposal has been shared with White House staff, the group said. It plans to invite Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to discuss the proposal and include a letter signed by 75 immigrants’ rights organizations supporting the plan.
A White House spokesperson referred questions about the proposal to the Department of Homeland Security, which did not immediately respond.
The plan comes as the Biden administration weighs another initiative to provide amnesty and reparations to more than 1,000 illegal aliens deported by the Trump administration. That plan would be a result of negotiations between the Biden administration and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which is representing the illegal aliens whose children are still in the U.S.
While the Biden administration has not explicitly endorsed the plan set forth by the National Immigrant Justice Center, similar provisions are included in the White House’s official amnesty plan, suggesting administration officials are supportive of such a policy.
As Breitbart News reported, Biden’s plan would give amnesty to illegal aliens who were already deported from the U.S. by the Trump administration starting in January 2017.
Specifically, the provision provides DHS waivers to deported illegal aliens — as long as they have not been convicted of a felony or three misdemeanors — so that they can return to the U.S. and apply for amnesty.
Today, there are roughly 11 to 22 million illegal aliens living in the U.S. and 42 million foreign nationals south of the U.S.-Mexico border who have said they want to migrate to the U.S. This is a foreign population that is nearly five times the population of New York City.
