Just In: Arizona State Rep Says Enough Fraud Present to Invalidate the State’s Electoral Votes for Biden

In a public hearing on Monday, Trump’s legal team produced overwhelming evidence of voter fraud in the Arizona election.

Chaired by Representative Mark Finchem, numerous Arizona House and Senate members were presented voting irregularities that destroy the “Biden victory.”

Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai’s critical data analysis was a vital part of the hearing.

Despite the evidence, Arizona’s corrupt Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D) and Governor Doug Ducey (R) certified the state’s votes to Joe Biden.

But Rep. Finchem had something to say about that.

Finchem called to withhold the state’s Electoral votes stating that he believes there’s enough evidence to invalidate the results.

“We are clawing our electoral college votes back, we will not release them. That’s what I’m calling our colleagues in both the House and the Senate to do,” added Finchem. “Exercise our plenary authority under the U.S. Constitution.”
He added, “There is a legal brief out there that says we are not tethered to state statue. When it comes to this one question, a simple majority can call the House and Senate back, and in a day pass a resolution, and cause those electors to basically be held. And it is binding. I’ll see you all in court.”
Standing nearby was Sonny Borrelli, the Republican Senate Majority Whip, indicating Finchem’s plan may already be receiving support among the Arizona Republican Party’s leadership.
This comes after former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Trump campaign senior attorney Jenna Ellis both made the case and then directly asked the Arizona legislature to either withhold their electoral votes, as Finchem plans to do, or to assign them to President Trump.

James O’Keefe on Tuesday morning dialed in to CNN’s conference call with senior leadership and told president Jeff Zucker that he has been recording insider calls for two months.

O’Keefe livestreamed the call to periscope.

“Do you still feel you’re the most trusted name in news?” O’Keefe asked Zucker.

A very nervous Zucker skirted around the question and said, “thank you for uh — thank you for your comments. So, everybody, I think in light of that, we’ll set up a new system, and we’ll be back with you, we’ll do the rest of the call a little bit later, okay?” Zucker said as he hung up the call.

O’Keefe told Zucker he would be releasing the recordings tonight at 7 PM.

Data Analyst Concludes His Explosive Election Fraud Findings Can “Easily” Flip 3 States’ Election Results To Favor Trump

Matt Braynard, former data and strategy director for President Donald Trump’s 2016 election campaign, said in a November 25 video that he had found sufficient evidence to safely suggest three states’ election results could be “easily” turned against Biden to favor the current commander-in-chief, Epoch Times reported.

“I have no confidence that Joe Biden is the deserved winner of this election, based on our findings,” he confidently stated. “He may have won, he may not have won. Trump may have lost, Trump may have been reelected.”

“We just can’t know because of how bad this election system has operated.”

Braynard pioneered a team of experts a few days after the election, which aimed to find inconsistencies in six battleground states: Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, and Nevada.

According to Braynard, they immediately identified 1.25 million voter issues, so they followed up on them via phone calls and through cross-checking data against other databases.

Epoch times said:

The team ran several major analyses including of voters who had moved out of state but still voted in the state they had left; voters who registered to vote using a post office box number rather than a residential address as required; voters who requested a mail-in ballot and sent it in, only for it not to be counted; voters who didn’t request a mail-in ballot and didn’t receive one, but discovered a vote had been cast in their name; as well as research on people who voted more than once and on those who are listed in the death index.

Furthermore, Braynard’s team found out that voters who submitted a National Change of Address form to the post office, saying they had moved out of the state, appeared to have voted in the state they came from.

In Georgia, they were able to determine that the number of people who voted (138, 221) was higher than the actual vote differential (12,670) in the presidential race.

The news outlet added:

In Michigan, there were 51,302 such people; Wisconsin had 26,673, Nevada had 27,271, Arizona had 19,997, and Pennsylvania had 13,671.

Braynard said the numbers are high enough that they could “easily” overturn current election projections.

“The number of questionable ballots surpasses the vote margin in at least three states right now—Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin,” Braynard told The Epoch Times on Nov. 25. Those three states have a combined total of 37 electoral votes.

“This isn’t speculative. This is just what the data shows.”

Braynard’s team also looked into the legitimacy and security of mail-in ballots, which turned out to be the biggest fraud in the 2020 election.

In Arizona, 44 percent of the people reached by phone said they hadn’t requested a mail-in ballot, despite the state receiving a completed ballot in their name.

In Michigan, that number was 24 percent; in Pennsylvania, 32 percent; and in Wisconsin and Georgia, 18 percent.

“Those are pretty startling numbers, because the question is, how? How did that ballot get requested? Who did that? Is it possible that people we talked to maybe lied to us or maybe did it and forgot about it? Was there a clerical error that could be this substantial?” Braynard asked.

“Once they stripped those ballots out of those absentee envelopes, it becomes very difficult to come up with a real remedy.”

Former Overstock CEO Paying ‘Team Of Hackers And Cybersleuths’ To Prove Trump Won Election

Patrick Byrne, former CEO of Overstock.com, says he’s funding a group of ‘hackers, cybersleuths, and other people with odd skills’ to prove that Democrats cheated in the 2020 election, and that President Trump rightfully won.

“I’ve funded a team of hackers and cybersleuths, other people with odd skills,” Byrne told One America News.

The 57-year-old multimillionaire also appeared on several podcasts, including a November 23 appearance in which he said: “I’m a free agent, and I’m self-funded, and I’m funding this army of various odd people,” according to the Daily Beast.

“It’s really going to make a great movie someday,” he added.

Byrne claims he’s funding teams of “hackers and crackers” who realized all the way back in August that Dominion voting machines could be used to steal the election from Trump. Since the election, those voting machines have figured prominently in Trump supporters’ allegations of fraud, despite the company’s repeated denials and any actual proof the voting tallies were changed. –Daily Beast

Byrne says he’s been communicating with former Trump attorney Sidney Powell for weeks – who last week filed two lawsuits in Michigan and Georgia alleging massive schemes to rig the election for Joe Biden.

According to Powell’s Georgia lawsuit: “Old-fashioned ballot-stuffing” has been “amplified and rendered virtually invisible by computer software created and run by domestic and foreign actors for that very purpose,” adding that “Mathematical and statistical anomalies rising to the level of impossibilities, as shown by affidavits of multiple witnesses, documentation, and expert testimony evince this scheme across the state of Georgia.”

In Michigan, Powell claims that “hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate, or purely fictitious ballots” enabled by “massive election fraud” facilitated Biden’s win in the state.

The suit claimed that election software and hardware from Dominion Voting Systems used by the Michigan Board of State Canvassers helped facilitate the fraud.

Speaking to Christopher McDonald of The McFiles in a recent interview, the former head of a $200 billion e-commerce company that has never once gotten hacked revealed that Dominion Voting Systems were used to perform a “Drop and Roll” technique of voter fraud that slyly padded the vote for Biden in at least five key swing areas of the country.

Atlanta, Detroit, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, and Maricopa County, Arizona (Phoenix) were all rigged prior to election day to strip President Trump of his rightful win in each of these states. Byrne also mentioned Clark County, Nevada (Las Vegas) as another election fraud locale, though this one was more secondary.

According to Byrne, who is not a supporter of President Trump but rather a “small l” libertarian, these five (or six if you include Clark County) areas are where a bulk of the election fraud took place. It did not have to be widespread because these were the key swing areas that Biden needed to “win” in order to steal the election.

“By cheating those five counties, you flip five key states, you flip the electoral college,” Byrne says. “In places where Trump lost by 10,000, there may be 300,000 fake, illegal votes for Biden. So this isn’t even close.”

He further contends that the election systems that govern elections in America “are a joke,” especially those run by Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic software.

LA County Supervisor Caught Dining at Restaurant Just Hours After Voting to Ban Outdoor Dining Over Covid-19 Concerns

LA County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl was caught dining at Il Forno Trattoria in Santa Monica just hours after she voted to ban all outdoor dining last Tuesday.

Sheila Kuehl last Tuesday voted to ban all outdoor dining at LA County’s 31,000 restaurants over Covid-19 concerns then sauntered over to her favorite restaurant for dinner just a few hours later.

Last week Sheila Kuehl called outdoor dining the “most dangerous situation” because it puts servers at risk of getting infected with Covid from unmasked patrons.

“This is a serious health emergency and we must take it seriously,” Kuehl said.

“The servers are not protected from us, and they’re not protected from their other tables that they’re serving at that particular time, plus all the hours in which they’re working.”

Sheila Kuehl believes Covid is so dangerous that she went out to dinner later that evening rather than going home.

Just hours after Los Angeles County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl voted to ban outdoor dining at L.A. County’s 31,000 restaurants over COVID-19 safety concerns, she visited a restaurant in Santa Monica, where she dined outdoors, FOX 11 has learned on Monday.
FOX 11 received multiple tips that shortly after her vote on Tuesday, Kuehl was seen dining outside at Il Forno Trattoria in Santa Monica, an Italian restaurant near her house that she has previously described as one of her ‘favorite’ restaurants.
When FOX 11 investigative reporter Bill Melugin stopped by the restaurant to ask about Kuehl’s visit, managers told him they “didn’t want to get involved”, and they have no comment.
A spokesperson for Kuehl provided FOX 11 the following brief statement:
“She did dine al fresco at Il Forno on the very last day it was permissible. She loves Il Forno, has been saddened to see it, like so many restaurants, suffer from a decline in revenue. She ate there, taking appropriate precautions, and sadly will not dine there again until our Public Health Orders permit.”

Articles of impeachment officially issued against Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine

COLUMBUS (WJW) — Articles of impeachment were officially filed against Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, Republican Rep. John Becker announced today.

Becker first drafted articles back in August to “restore the rule of law” back to the state, and 12 articles of impeachment were issued today by Becker, along with Representatives Candice Keller, Nino Vitale and Paul Zeltwanger (all Republicans).

“Rather than hearing the cries of Ohioans, Gov. DeWine continues to stifle those cries by finding more inventive ways to use masks to muffle the voices of the people,” Becker said in a statement. “He continues to have callous disregard for the fact that his isolation policies have led to a shockingly high number of suicides, alarming rates of drug abuse, persistently high unemployment, and the forced abandonment of the elderly by their loved ones.”

That DeWine said he would veto Senate Bill 311, which would limit Ohio Department of Health’s ability to issue infectious disease orders, also did not sit well with those issuing articles of impeachment against him.

In a press conference today (as seen in the video above), DeWine said that he had to continue to do what was best for the people of Ohio and would carry on despite articles of impeachment being waged against him.

According to Becker’s statement, articles of impeachment cannot be vetoed, and require a majority (50 votes) in the Ohio House of Representatives and then a two-thirds majority (22 votes) in the Ohio Senate for conviction and removal from office.
