An unprecedented number of mail-in and absentee ballots were cast this year, and practically everyone expected that this would result in a higher-than-usual rate of ballots being rejected for various flaws, such as lacking a secrecy envelope or missing information.

Democrats have a real problem on their hands here.

Even if Biden is sworn in as president, millions of people will not view him as legitimate.

The head of President Trump’s legal team Rudy Giuliani questioned how Pennsylvania officially mailed out 1.8 million mail-in ballots while the Biden victory tally officially includes 2.5 million mail-in votes. Rick Hanson: I’ve finished reviewing the Georgia filing and I have a few comments to share with the socialverse in my capacity as a 30-year registered Democrat, former Oregon state elections official (with policy and admin experience), and former CIO.

I will not comment on the legal claims because, while I have familiarity with the law and court filings, I’m not a lawyer. I am also going to mostly stay away from alleged behaviors, too, as I wasn’t there and, anyway, they add color but are more open to dispute.

The original intent of the software code (acc’d to affidavits) was to manipulate votes without detection. When you start with one goal in mind, it’s tough to pivot to the opposite goal later—no matter how hard you might try.  Not that it seems anyone tried… Absence of secure audit log (to record every action in the software) is so indefensible that I LOL’d when I read it. This fact alone should be enough to negate the results when there is ANY question about fraud because it cannot be proven that fraud DIDN’T occur Elections administration.

Lawsuit alleges that many procedures required in state law—for good, common sense reasons to ensure the one voter, one ballot rule is adhered to—were not followed, including Receipt of absentee ballots in their return envelopes was not recorded (this reduces risk of ballot box stuffing, i.e., to ensure that only one real ballot has been submitted by one real voter) Signatures were not verified against voter registration on return envelopes (same reason as 6, above). There might be missing envelopes, too; it wasn’t clear to me in my reading or I missed it. Ballot processing is not allowed before Election Day in Georgia (this varies by state); in this election, by rule inconsistent with state law, Secretary of State Raffensperger allowed counties to start 3 weeks early. Absent a rigid accountability processes, this risks double or counterfeit voting.

Conducting one election with INTEGRITY is hard enough; when you overlay what is, in effect, a 2nd election (by mail) that has to be reconciled with what happens at the polls … this is very high risk this “2 concurrent elections” risk was a primary argument for all elections being conducted by mail in Oregon, which was adopted after 20 years of practice with dual polling/mail elections—practice that none of these states whose elections are in question have had Observers were not allowed during the original count or the recount. There is no defense for this and intrinsically implies that elections officials had something to hide. There are other things to pick on, but these I cannot think of a way to defend and probably are sufficient to meet the apparent (according to the lawsuit) standard of “preponderance of the evidence” to “doubt the result.” Eager to read defendants’ response!

Sidney Powell: Voting Contracts in Georgia Warrant Criminal Investigation

 

Sidney Powell, who has filed election-related lawsuits in favor of President Donald Trump’s campaign, said that Dominion Voting Systems should be investigated over a lucrative Georgia contract that was awarded to the election systems maker.

“There should be an investigation, a thorough criminal investigation, frankly, of everyone involved in acquiring the Dominion [Voting] System for the state of Georgia,” Powell told Newsmax on Saturday, adding that there were potential “benefits being paid to family members of those who signed the contract.”

Dominion Voting Systems has denied all of Powell’s allegations of fraud, corruption, and any alleged ties to foreign governments in statements to The Epoch Times.

“And frankly for every other state, given how appalling the system is and the fact it was designed to manipulate the votes and destroy the real votes of American citizens who were casting legal votes,” Powell also said.

Dominion’s spokesman, Michael Steel, claimed last week in a Fox News interview that it is “physically impossible” to change electronic votes from one candidate to another, although he didn’t explain why that’s the case.

Post-election 2020: Two studies say all hell to break loose!

 Sounds like a Terrorist demand?  This country don't deal with Terrorist!  Well, maybe that Pussy Obama did.  Democrats were asking for unity?   LIE?  

Two recent reports, when combined, paint a dark pathway for America in the coming weeks, a nation set on fire by multiple contentious court battles and widespread daily protests.

The 79 Days Report, by the Claremont Institute and the Texas Policy Foundation, illuminates possible election legal battles on the horizon and how they might play out in the courts.  The bottom line?  The litigation will be time-consuming and combative.  There’s no fast-forward button to speed up the process.  It concludes:

• On election night, the winner will not be known “due to millions of uncounted mail-in ballots in 6 battleground states.”
• Given there’s no clear victor, “intense court fights” can be expected that could result “in a struggle right up to the Jan. 6 joint session of Congress.  Uncertainty could extend even beyond this as decisions for both the presidency and vice presidency are battled out in Congress and before the U.S. Supreme Court.”

The second report, “Hold the Line: A Guide to Defending Democracy,” is a how-to manual for organizing massive protests, produced by a group of hard-left “researchers, organizers, and activists.”  The report encourages people to early assemble into clusters, to identify the “power holders” they want to “influence,” and then make plans on how to achieve their goals.

The report calls for “large-scale protests,” if the Trump administration and its allies prevent all votes from being counted, allows ballots to be tossed out, or fails to “remedy irregularities” in the voting.

The significance of the report lies in the level of preplanning and pre-targeting.  In 2016, most on the left believed that Hillary Clinton would be victorious and were caught off guard when Donald Trump won instead.  Yet within hours, activists were able to organize protests in city centers, brandishing signs declaring Trump “Not My President.”

Every day thereafter, over the next several weeks, demonstrations were mounted in New York City; Boston; Los Angles; Atlanta; Chicago; Philadelphia; Portland; San Francisco; Seattle; and Washington, D.C. – all managed by Democrat mayors.

Now, four years later, you can be certain that the left won’t be caught napping again on Election Night.  They’ve had months to prepare and are ready to do battle.  The many protests, riots, looting, and violent attacks the past six months are but a prelude to the coming main event.

The kickoff is likely to be the U.S. Senate vote to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the U.S. Supreme Court.  Don’t be surprised to see large-scale demonstrations against her confirmation, piggybacking on the recent Women’s March, as a means to influence still undecided voters.  The protests also have the advantage of pushing competing news stories to the sidelines, such as the Biden family corruption scandal.

Once the demonstrations begin, they will not end anytime soon; they will only become more inflamed, unless Joe Biden wins the election by a blowout, which few expect to happen.

Given that the 79 Days Report is accurate, that many ballots will not be tabulated until days after the voting concludes, protesters will flood into city streets demanding that all ballots be counted, while lawyers file suits to extend or block voting deadlines and accept or throw out ballots that appear from nowhere.

In 2000, the election was put on hold when George Bush won Florida by a narrow margin, triggering an automatic recount.  Lawyers battled in courtrooms for six weeks until a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court finally ended the squabbling.

Jumping ahead to 2020, instead of one contested state election, there could be six or more, vastly multiplying the number of court cases.  The most intense demonstrations are likely to occur in four of the swing states headed by Democrat governors in an effort to sway legal rulings.

The Hold the Line report lays bare the leftists’ ground game.  Activists are locked and loaded.  They will have pre-selected targets.  Instead of massing in large groups, as in 2016, they plan to disperse to multiple sites — possibly homes of elected officials and judges, political pols, the police, anyone they deem to be a “power holder.”

Add to this volatile mix the well organized and funded Antifa and BLM activists, who have been perfecting their violent tactics since the death of George Floyd.  Black-masked operators can be expected to infiltrate the protests to turn nonviolent events into infernos.

Based on the two reports, the cumulative impact?  In multiple cities, in multiple locations, there will be unprecedented demonstrations, many violent.  The police will likely be overwhelmed, unable to respond to the dispersed protests — or prevented from responding — fueling fear and chaos.

Every court decision creates a new rallying cry for the left…and maybe the right, too.  The longer it takes to resolve election disagreements, the more violence and chaos, metastasizing like a cancerous growth.  The more things that get out of hand, the more out of hand things might get.

The Hold the Line report posits an election outcome that’s fraudulent, where all the votes are not counted and irregularities remedied.  Given this scenario, it calls for “another form of power to correct the balance,” an all-out revolution, in which large numbers of people participate in strikes, boycotts, protests, and other nonviolent actions, “until a democratic and accountable government is restored.”

In other words, they want to shut down society until President Trump is forced from office, not unlike the 28 Days of Resistance in Tunisia that toppled President El Abidine Ben Ali and the 25 January Revolution in Egypt that ousted President Hosni Mubarak.

Such an event seems highly implausible.  But if Trump is re-elected, no matter what happens, the left will claim the election was stolen, not unlike 2016, opening the curtain to four more years of protests and attacks on his presidency.

Pennsylvania Bombshell: Biden 99.4% vs. Trump 0.6% Stunning testimony that the media has dutifully ignored.

There are landslides and then there are landslides. There are lopsided votes and then there are lopsided votes. There are egregious examples of vote manipulation and then there are really egregious examples of vote manipulation. What surfaced during hearings in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, on November 25, 2020 may set the standard for electoral outrageousness. An expert testifying to the Pennsylvania Senate flagged a batch of ballots that recorded some 570,000 votes for Joe Biden and only 3,200 for Donald Trump.

Yes, you read that correctly. That would equate to Joe Biden bagging 99.4% of that enormous chunk of votes. That one batch alone would have flipped the state to Biden.

This bombshell was dropped last Wednesday at the Wyndham Hotel in Gettysburg. The November 25 hearings, which began at 12:30 p.m. and ran for nearly four hours, were convened at the request of Senator Doug Mastriano (R-Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, and York counties). It was sponsored by the Senate Majority Policy Committee, chaired by Sen. David Argall (R-Berks/Schuylkill). Mastriano has called what happened “unacceptable,” and has called for the resignation of Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar.

This particular gem was provided by Ret. Col. Phil Waldren, a former combat officer with a background in Army information and electronic warfare. Waldren, who testified along with Rudy Giuliani’s team, brought to the hearing his considerable expertise in analysis of election-data fraud. After Waldren presented his material, the chair opened the floor for questions. Rudy Giuliani went first, asking Waldren to clarify what his analytics team means when they talk about “spike anomalies” in voting patterns. These, as Waldren defines them, are “events where a numerical amount of votes are processed in a time period that is not feasible or mechanically possible under normal circumstances.” Waldren showed a chart with a shocking example of an apparent massive dump of votes for Joe Biden. Giuliani pressed Waldren for clarification regarding this unbelievable “Biden injection of votes.” Here’s the exchange:

Waldren: At the very beginning of the chart, where there’s a circle that says “On Election Day,” what that indicates is there’s a spike in loaded votes. 337,000-plus-or-minus-some votes that were added in there in one big batch. So that was an anomaly in the reporting. Normally you would expect to see a smooth curve going up, not any big spikes, that’s kind of what Greg was talking about, the anomalies of loading and uploading those votes. So that big spike that occurs there is a prime indicator of fraudulent voting.

Giuliani: And that’s [a total of] 604,000 votes in 90 minutes, is that right?

Waldren: Correct, this is [shows chart] 337,000 votes in that period of time.

Giuliani: And when you look at this entire curve, with all these spikes, can you calculate how much of a vote that accounted for for Biden, and how much for Trump?

Waldren: Close to 600,000. I think our figures were about 570-some-odd-thousand that all those spikes represent overtime.

Giuliani: For Biden?

Waldren: Correct.

Giuliani: And how much for Trump?

Waldren: I think it was a little over 3,200.

That’s roughly 570,000 votes for Biden and 3,200 for Trump. Biden scooped up this enormous batch by 99.4%. Incredible. Impossible. Scandalous.

When Waldren said this, the audience in the room gasped in shock. (To watch the exchange, and the entire hearing, click here. This exchange begins at 1:28:00.)

If what Waldren alleges here is true, then this would constitute one of the most insidious examples of documented voter fraud in the history of American presidential politics. This one spike alone would have erased Donald Trump’s 600,000-vote lead over Joe Biden late Tuesday night, November 3. Biden has reportedly won Pennsylvania by about 70,000 votes. This one swing would have done it. If this is true, then this episode alone might well constitute a smoking gun affirming a fraudulent election in Pennsylvania.

And yet, this electoral bombshell has been completely ignored by the mainstream press. The only national sources that I could find reporting it were RealClearPolitics, Breitbart, and Greg Kelly of Newsmax TV. The video link that I’ve provided is courtesy of Right Side Broadcasting Network a conservative source, filling a gap vacated by shameless mainstream “news” sources which avoided the hearing like the plague.

I ask: Is this accurate? What happened here? Who or what could have flipped votes like this? Who was responsible? How does this occur? Is this real? Does this not have the potential to remove Pennsylvania from Joe Biden’s column? At the least, should it make the Pennsylvania vote uncertifiable for either Biden or Trump?

And yet, this was just one of many striking claims by Waldren and others throughout the nearly four hours of hearings. Another stunner, according to Waldren (see the 1:32:00 mark), is that a total of 1,823,148 mail-in ballots were sent out by the Commonwealth, and yet 2,589,242 mail-in ballots were counted in the final vote tally for the state. Thus, there are allegedly some 766,000 mail-in ballots unaccounted for. Rudy Giuliani observes that these 766,000 ballots “appeared from nowhere.” Neither the Pennsylvania secretary of state nor governor addressed this alleged massive discrepancy. (As I write, the website of the Pennsylvania secretary of state’s office has information posted that disputes these numbers. Presumably, Waldren would say that this data was changed.)

Trump’s critics will want to dismiss the hearings as a partisan spectacle hosted by Pennsylvania Republican legislators. You can’t do that. A real journalist would see enough here to at least merit making some phone calls or sending a few emails. It’s not rocket science, press boys and girls. Do your jobs!

For the record, likewise egregious voter spikes have reportedly occurred in Michigan, Georgia, and Wisconsin. One analysis has targeted these four incidents of “voter updates”:

1. An update in Michigan listed as of 6:31AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 141,258 votes for Joe Biden and 5,968 votes for Donald Trump

2. An update in Wisconsin listed as 3:42AM Central Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 143,379 votes for Joe Biden and 25,163 votes for Donald Trump

3. A vote update in Georgia listed at 1:34AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and 29,115 votes for Donald Trump

4. An update in Michigan listed as of 3:50AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 54,497 votes for Joe Biden and 4,718 votes for Donald Trump

Likewise, these incidents could have flipped the respective state into Joe Biden’s win column. I could go on and on. See the affidavit of Russell Ramsland of Allied Security Systems detailing the numerous instances of “physical improbabilities” in the voting tabulations (and election results) in Michigan. If your mind and heart is open, you can’t but be shocked by this.

But Back to Pennsylvania, which is my focus here.

Could some reporter at some mainstream media outlet — one with a modicum of journalistic integrity and decency — pause to take some time to try to determine if these claims are accurate? Could just one “journalist” with access to Joe Biden ask for his reaction? How long would it take for Donald Trump to be grilled by a pack of ravenous reporters if Joe Biden had been potentially victimized like this?

And given that the media will not give these claims a hearing, could the U.S. Senate give them a hearing? There’s enough here that demands investigation.

Whether you like Donald Trump or not, whether you voted for him or not, this should concern every American. If this were Joe Biden being victimized, I would likewise protest. The media sure as heck would. This is not right.

Dominion voting systems distributed their corruptible software very strategically for the 2020 election, and apparently, they had help.


The Geller Report explained how the Cook County system was illegally arranged:

David Orr is an Illinois socialist. He has been Cook County Clerk since 1991. He is the chief election authority for suburban Cook County, the third largest election jurisdiction in the country.


Backgrounder:

David Orr has been close to Chicago Democratic Socialists of America since the 1980s.

He was a regular at the annual Chicago Democratic Socialists of America-organized Eugene V. Debs – Norman Thomas – Michael Harrington Dinner.

Orr promoted passage of a statewide law that allows senior high school students to serve as election judges, part of the Clerk’s Teen Democracy Program, and has used new technology to layout the county’s multiple ballot formats in house.
Following the 2000 presidential election, Orr successfully fought for the rights of Cook County voters to use error-detection technology in future elections that alerts them to mistakes and gives them a “second chance” to make changes or corrections.
Also, Orr led the fight for the new early voting legislation, which will allow people to vote over a 20-day period prior to an election without having to provide a reason or excuse. (source)

Chicago Dominion David Orr

It appears all roads lead back to Chicago — the first domino to fall. The voting system ES&S, based in Nebraska with Thomas Dee of Vedder Price, filed a Federal Complaint that Cook County/Chicago chose an uncertified new system now known as the infamous Dominion 5.5.


Corrupt Chicago/Cook County, led by the infamous Obama cohort David Orr, awarded Dominion the $32 million contract in a fake RFP (request for proposals) bid long before they were certified, causing Election Systems & Software (ES&S) to sue for awarding the contract.

City Project Excel spreadsheet shows that the award was given to Dominion on same day as the RFP deadline.

David Orr ran Chicago for 28 years from the inside, gave Dominion 10-year contract breaking state rules, below.


This was his big middle finger to Republicans just before he retired in December 2018. Dominion Voting Systems was awarded the $32 million contract before their new 5.5 program was finally approved by EAC in 2018.

No wonder ES&S filed a federal complaint suit.



David Orr: Like a lot of young people in the ’60s, I became somewhat radicalized by my study of history. I did a serious paper on Vietnam in graduate school, and it made me realize the enormous lies the American government was telling us.


Although Cook announced an RFP period March – July 7 2017, I have obtained documentation that indicates:
While ES&S was properly protesting (three times) the validity and process, Cook County/David Orr was still proceeding.
there was no comparative expert RFP bidders’ evaluation of the multiple prominent bidders ES&S, Hart etc.
Dominion was chosen July 7, 2017, which was the “deadline” for all to submit RFPs, and it appears that DVS already progressing prior to deadline.
Cook County chose DVS, an uncertified vendor, as ES&S alleges in their Complaint. The timeline that appears on EAC’s data site shows that Dominion had a very difficult time with their new Democracy 5.5 system, finally getting EAC conformance (contingent) 10/2018.
David Orr/Cook County entered into a $31Million 10-year contract when it appears “If the Board determines the proposed system is safe, accurate and efficient, it will approve use …on an interim basis not to exceed to two years.” After which applicant/Dominion can apply for final approval. Add-on amendment owner change reveals that Staple Street Capital/hedge fund, based in New York, acquired Dominion.
Due to the massive mail-in ballot issue, there was an amendment for equipment added on to contract – at this point Dominion did notate as a United States Registered Manufacturer, they were acquired by Staple Street Capital/hedge fund. This brow-raising update should have been reviewed by a State Board and Federal Elections Committee.
The VSTL Pro VV report indicated all the resolutions needed for Dominion to be approved (finally) and recommended approval based on Dominion attesting they would fix the issues.
Texas sternly rejected the Dominion 5.5 system 02/2019 and again 11/2019, clearly stating in reports the many issues – which were the same or more than the VSTL found problematic – confirming that the problems were not corrected.

Dominion, with their “We got Chicago!” bragging rights, went to Georgia, Maricopa, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Michigan – who now have the Dominion 5.5 program. This is not coincidence. Notably, Waldeep Singh did admit that in a small Palm Beach County FL election, the software switched votes from one candidate to another – the hand recount changed the winner, as the Palm Beach Post reported. It was a standard audit so they were surprised – that DVS/Sequoia software source still exists.

Background: The progressive Orr was elected 49th Ward alderman in 1979 and served his Rogers Park neighborhood in that capacity for 11 years. Before that, Orr helped run Harold Washington’s first mayoral campaign in 1977.



When Washington, then entering his second term as mayor of Chicago, unexpectedly died in office in 1987, Orr succeeded his mentor and spent eight days as interim mayor. It was a very tumultuous political time that included the so-called Council Wars.

In 1991, Orr was elected Cook County clerk. The office oversees the third largest election district in the United States.

The Cook County Board approved a $31 million upgrade to election equipment that Orr hopes will go online in 2019. He is also hoping the legislature approves a number of reforms including lowering the number of petition signatures required to get on the ballot, signing those petitions via electronic tablet, and to push the primary election two weeks later to allow more time for challenges to be adjudicated.
