Chilling-testimony-on-irs-epa-abuses






Nick Dranias holds the Clarence J. and Katherine P. Duncan Chair for Constitutional Government and is Director of the Joseph and Dorothy Donnelly Moller Center for Constitutional Government at the Goldwater Institute. On August 22, 2013, he testified at a Congressional Field Hearing on IRS and EPA abuse. Dick Durbin, Assistant Majority Leader in the US Senate, sent an intrusive and abusive letter to Goldwater Institute, and the IRS has obstructed, via delay, Dranius' efforts at Compact for America.
