Governor Bruce Rauner in a press conference at the Statehouse said, "Today, we end the spring session in stunning failure."

I don't care what party you are, when you hear a bunch of Inbred Liberal Progressives tried to pass a bill that was $7 Billion more than money coming in. That should be embarrassing to these Hacks but apparently they are proud of their budget and stand. I see nothing wrong with a Guy elected to reform the debt/Mess the Liberal progressives or democrats have dug this State into. I see nothing wrong with a BALANCED Budget rather than spending more than they take in. That's what the Democrats do, Tax and Spend.........Repeat 

Madigan is saying Bruce needs to  work a deal. Madigan has showed no signs of budging and he is not in charge, oh maybe his Congress, but look and listen to the  Economic health of the State.  Good job to the Progressive left............ They SUCK
