Judge Kenneth Walker of Multnomah County, Oregon, who I assume took an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States, has now publicly proclaimed that he is an enemy of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, specifically the Second Amendment.
Speaking like a progressive leftist fascist lunatic, Walker went on a rant during a criminal sentencing on Monday in the courtroom, stating that if he had his way, he would join dictatorial tyrants like Mao Tze Tung, Adolf Hitler, and Pol Pot in taking away all guns from the American citizenry, leaving us as sitting ducks to terrorist attacks or foreign invasion.
“If I could, I would take all the guns in America, put them on big barges and go dump them in the ocean,” the judge said. “Nobody would have a gun. Not police, not security, not anybody. We should eliminate all of them.”
Oregonlive.com reports the judge made his comments during the sentencing of Marcell Lee Daniel Jr. who killed an innocent man in a drive-by shooting in 2014.
“They are a scourge of this country and no one should have one as far as I’m concerned,” he said. “There’s no defense to guns. There’s just absolutely no reason to have them. But it is a right of people in this country to own and possess them, and I will not say anything to affect that right.”
Perhaps Judge Kenneth Walker and his anti-Second Amendment rights ilk would be better served moving to a progressive utopia like North Korea or Cuba, where there’s plenty of gun control for everybody.
