Oath? What Oath? Oh, THAT Oath!

Bloomington Il wants to be a "Welcoming city"  (sanctuary city), where they don't have to work with ICE on Illegals. So you have to ask why a Democrat run City removes this part of the oath then acts like Dumb asses when questioned about it. was it removed to protect them if there is trouble on this "sanctuary" Crap? Makes you wonder how many other Democrat run Cities are doing this  

Bloomington Mayor Renner acted surprised about the Oath of Office issue: the oaths taken by he and several alderment omitting the phrase  "to support the Constitution of the United States and the State of Illinois.." The Illinois Municipal Code specifically states that the verbiage for all Oaths of Office is in the Illinois State 
Constitution. The excuse that was given for taking the Oath of Office without that phrase was that the City of Bloomington have some “old Oath of Office documents” laying around.  Renner  and the other aldermen were reportedly sworn in again using the full oath in private.
