New ‘Creepy Joe Biden’ Ad Is Devastating: ‘Our Children ARE Watching. What Example Will We Set For Them?’

A top political action committee that supports President Trump has released a new spot titled “Creepy Joe Biden.” So far, the video has just 6,600 views — but expect that number to skyrocket shortly.
The 60-second ad opens with shots of dimly lit homes, then faces of children who appear to be watching something, perhaps TV.
Then it cuts to a shot of Nevada state legislator Lucy Flores, a Democrat, telling CNN host Jake Tapper about her creepy interaction with the former vice president, who appeared with her at a campaign event in 2014.

“It happened all so suddenly, very unexpectedly, out of nowhere,” she says. “I feel Joe Biden put his hands on my shoulders, get up very close to me from behind, lean in, smell my hair and then plant a slow kiss on the top of my head.” As she recounts the incident, shots of Biden doing the same thing with other women and even children play on the screen, again as children appear to be watching.
“To have the vice president of the United States do that to me, so unexpectedly and just kind of out of nowhere, it was just shocking. It was shocking because you don’t expect that kind of intimate behavior, to touch you and to feel you and to be so close to you in that way,” Flores says.
The screen then goes black, and the words “Our children are watching” appear. “What example will we set for them?” the ad says, then concludes by posting a web address — StopJoeBiden.com
The Great America PAC put “six figures” into the ad, The Hill reported.

“The recent accusations leveled against Joe Biden are particularly troubling when viewed in the full context of the history and patterns of the Vice President,” said Ed Rollins, the chairman of Great America PAC. “During the Kavanaugh confirmation, Biden himself said Christine Blasey Ford ‘should be given the benefit of the doubt.’ Sadly, Democrats are now being incredibly hypocritical by ignoring or dismissing these episodes, which they never do against our side. So, using the format of Clinton’s 2016 ad is the perfect way to detail this disturbing behavior by Biden as well as the Democrats’ blatant hypocrisy.”
On Monday, another woman came forward. Amy Lappos told The Hartford Courant that “Biden touched her inappropriately and rubbed noses with her during a 2009 political fundraiser in Greenwich when he was vice president. … “There’s absolutely a line of decency,” she added. “There’s a line of respect. Crossing that line is not grandfatherly. It’s not cultural. It’s not affection. It’s sexism or misogyny.”
Then on Tuesday, two more women emerged. “Caitlyn Caruso, a former college student and sexual assault survivor, said Mr. Biden rested his hand on her thigh — even as she squirmed in her seat to show her discomfort — and hugged her ‘just a little bit too long’ at an event on sexual assault at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She was 19,” The New York Times reported.
D. J. Hill, 59, a writer who recalled meeting Mr. Biden in 2012 at a fund-raising event in Minneapolis, said that when she and her husband, Robert, stepped up to take their photograph with the vice president, he put his hand on her shoulder and then started dropping it down her back, which made her “very uncomfortable.”
Biden has said his touchy-feely ways are merely “expressions of affection,” and does not think he “acted inappropriately.”
“In my many years on the campaign trail and in public life, I have offered countless handshakes, hugs, expressions of affection, support and comfort. And not once — never — did I believe I acted inappropriately. If it is suggested I did so, I will listen respectfully,” he said in a statement Sunday.
“But it was never my intention. I may not recall these moments the same way, and I may be surprised at what I hear. But we have arrived at an important time when women feel they can and should relate their experiences, and men should pay attention. And I will.”
