During Thursday’s discussion with Monica Matthews the two discussed the process of exposing ballot fraud via technology along with very heartfelt personal reasons every American should demand the integrity of this election be upheld. Pulitzer also confirmed that China is in fact, online with a GA polling station TODAY.

A campaign formed to recall California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) received a $500,000 donation this week, the first six-figure contribution to the effort thus far.

A consulting firm based in Irvine called Prov 3:9 offered its donation of half-a-million dollars towards the efforts to generate a recall election of the governor in response to Newsom’s handling of coronavirus pandemic measures, Politico reported.

A separate venture capital firm Sequoia Capital also contributed a $100,000 donation towards the recall campaign’s efforts, further solidifying the effort’s potential, marking the two largest donations it has received to date.

The recall election has been promoted by conservative actors, including former Republican gubernatorial candidate John Cox and the California Republican Party. Other notable GOP figures, including former House Speaker Newt Gingrich and former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, have endorsed efforts to bring forth a recall election for Newsom.

Some California constituents organized a petition for a recall dubbed Rescue California in response to public disagreements with Newsom’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

So many people are fleeing California that the state is in danger of losing a House seat and Electoral College votes.

Newsom has to answer for all of this.

Stunning turn of events in PA may lead to Trump victory

On Dec. 28, Pennsylvania lawmakers concluded that "Numbers Don't Add Up, Certification Of Presidential Results Premature and In Error." 

President Trump tweeted about it:

Breaking News: In Pennsylvania there were 205,000 more votes than there were voters. This alone flips the state to President Trump.

The key paragraphs from the PA lawmakers' two-page statement:

A comparison of official county election results to the total number of voters who voted on November 3, 2020 as recorded by the Department of State shows that 6,962,607 total ballots were reported as being cast, while DoS/SURE system records indicate that only 6,760,230 total voters actually voted. Among the 6,962,607 total ballots cast, 6,931,060 total votes were counted in the presidential race, including all three candidates on the ballot and write-in candidates.

The difference of 202,377 more votes cast than voters voting, together with the 31,547 over- and under-votes in the presidential race, adds up to an alarming discrepancy of 170,830 votes, which is more than twice the reported statewide difference between the two major candidates for President of the United States. On November 24, 2020, Boockvar certified election results, and Wolf issued a certificate of ascertainment of presidential electors, stating that Vice President Joe Biden received 80,555 more votes than President Donald Trump.

The PA lawmakers have done their job (so far).  Now what is the next step?  These lawmakers need to recall the slate of electors and tell the House and Senate that the election results cannot be ascertained in their state.  They should probably hold a vote that overturns the certification of the awful election.  The bottom line is that the slate of electors is not permitted to vote on Jan. 6. 

This reasonable and fair action may have a domino effect on the other embattled states, whose lawmakers should follow suit.  If this happens, Trump will win in the Electoral College.  (I had erroneously stated that if no one reaches 270 votes, then the House decides.)  Instead, the Twelfth Amendment states: "[T]he votes shall then be counted[.] ... The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President[.]"

But will PA's Legislature, where the real power resides, do this?  And will the other embattled states do the same?  If so, then Trump (rightly) wins: 232 to 222.  This is the best, constitutionally speaking, and probably the only real option remaining for Trump.

Therefore, the solution is, once again, that we the people need to put maximum pressure on the heroic and truthful PA legislators to send word to the House and Senate, reminding them that the legislatures decide things, not a governor or a secretary of state.  They should even hold a vote, overturning the certification of the election.  And we need to put the same pressure on the legislatures of the other embattled states, where fraud obviously happened, to follow Pennsylvania's lead.

Walmart apologizes for offensive anti-Trump tweet

 America's biggest corporation, presumably with a reputation to defend, is hiring undisciplined, do-whatever-you-want punks to run its social media operation, or so they claim in what passes for their apology.

The tweet in question was described by Politico here:

Sen. Josh Hawley traded sharp words with Walmart's corporate Twitter account on Wednesday over his contention of the 2020 election results, prompting the superstore giant to apologize to the Missouri Republican.

After announcing his intention to challenge President-elect Joe Biden's electoral victory Wednesday, Walmart's Twitter account responded, "Go ahead. Get your 2 hour debate. #soreloser," in a since-deleted tweet. Hawley later shared a screenshot of the tweet, calling out Walmart for what he called "insulting condescension."

"Now that you've insulted 75 million Americans, will you at least apologize for using slave labor?" Hawley wrote. "Or maybe you'd like to apologize for the pathetic wages you pay your workers as you drive mom and pop stores out of business."

Walmart's Twitter account later apologized to the senator and said its earlier tweet "was mistakenly posted by a member of our social media team."

That triggered some big calls for a consumer boycott:

Why, exactly, is Walmart commenting on the inside-baseball affairs of the U.S. Senate and Electoral College?  This is bizarre stuff.

And who the hell is on their social media team who can't distinguish his own personal account from that of the company writing his paycheck?  Who gave this little puke the password and the keys, allowing him to be the Giant Voice of Walmart?  It all makes no sense.  To separate corporate from personal business is what's known as basic professionalism, and in any big company, people have it.

In a giant company like Walmart, known for its global mastery of supply chains and economies of scale, presumably in a position to hire anyone it wants and easily in a position to hire the best, well, they didn't hire the best.  They hired the amateur-hour bozo, someone with all the social media skills of an 80-year-old grandma (except that decent grandmas don't tweet this sort of stuff).

This is, frankly, hard to believe.  To say there was a "mistake" comes off as nonsense.  Why would this jerk be using his personal account on company hours, and why would his boss be tolerating it?

Walmart's corporate apology was inadequate, too, first, for this reason — and apologies for the tweeter's bad language:

They made a massive tweet insulting 73 million customers and replied with an apology from an account with 62,500?  Color us skeptical.

Here's the other problem: Walmart's claimed sorrow for our "confusion" is insult added to injury.  We read a tweet like that, and we are the ones who are "confused"?  How are we suppose to parse what Walmart "thinks" except by what Walmart says?  No, as a matter of fact, we are not the ones confused; perhaps they are, and ought to mea culpa themselves on that and announce that the punk who made the tweet, assuming it really was unauthorized, was the one who was "confused."

The problem for us is that it was a believable tweet, too.  We all know how Walmart's big shots donate and vote; we know that Walmart has made bank on both China and the pandemic shutdown of all those little rival upstarts; and we know they welcome Joe Biden's coming era (if he gets into the presidency) of permanent lockdowns for Americans with shutdowns for their businesses, as well as anything-China-wants supremacy, all things that are very, very good for Walmart.  Read Andrea Widburg's extremely clarifying blog post on this here.

This doesn't pass the smell test.  We are seeing this kind of behavior more and more from big corporate America — remember the McDonald's tweet against President Trump, which the company claimed was a hack?  No proof of that one, either. 

More and more, corporate America is consolidating its power and creating monopolies, with the logical result of expressing contempt for its customers.  It spells out one thing — that something is out of balance, and it's time for some anti-trust action.

California Supreme Court Rules Thousands Of Sex Offenders Are Eligible For Early Release

 On Monday, the California Supreme Court ruled that thousands of inmates convicted of non-forcible sex crimes may be eligible for early release under a ballot measure that was overwhelmingly approved by voters four years ago.

The initiative, called Proposition 57, was written by then-Governor Jerry Brown (D) and passed by nearly two-thirds of the electorate. It was crafted to reduce the state’s prison population, saying any person found guilty of a “nonviolent felony offense” would be eligible for early parole. Brown said it was never intended to cover sex offenders. However, the original language did not exempt them from consideration. Lower appeals courts had ruled that nonviolent sex offenders could not be excluded, and the high court affirmed those rulings.

“The initiative’s language provides no indication that the voters intended to allow the (Corrections) Department to create a wholesale exclusion from parole consideration based on an inmate’s sex offense convictions when the inmate was convicted of a nonviolent felony,” wrote Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye in the court’s 7-0 decision.

According to The Associated Press, “the ballot measure allows officials to consider paroling inmates convicted of nonviolent crimes after they have served their basic sentence and before they have completed sometimes lengthy additional terms for enhancements for things like using a gun, having prior criminal convictions, or being involved in a street gang.”

The outlet reported that California law classifies sex crimes “like rape, sodomy, and continuous sexual abuse of a child” as violent offenses but not “pimping, incest, indecent exposure and possessing child pornography.”

Prosecutors had warned voters before Prop. 57’s passage that the proposal was “so sloppily and poorly drafted” it would “wreak havoc on public safety.”

As the San Francisco Chronicle reports, the CDCR had “prohibited the board from considering early release for inmates serving time for a conviction that required registration as a sex offender,” and:

On Monday, the state’s high court ruled unanimously that the department’s regulations were unauthorized by Prop. 57. As of 2018, the state rules barred about 4,400 inmates from being considered for early parole.

A CDCR spokeswoman told The Chronicle that Monday’s ruling “does not mean that sex offenders will automatically be released to the community,” adding that the parole board would “assess their case factors individually, including whether they continue to propose a public safety risk.”

Sacramento attorney Janice Bellucci, who is also the executive director of the Alliance for Constitutional Sex Offense Laws, argued the case. She called the decision “a significant victory” for incarcerated people convicted of sex crimes.

Opponents of Prop 57 raised virtually no money to fight the measure in 2016, while top contributors poured more than $11.8 million into the winning campaign. Donors included George Soros’ Open Society Policy Center, the California Democratic Party, and billionaire philanthropist Tom Steyer, who went on to fund a drive advocating for the impeachment of President Donald J. Trump.

U.S. STATE GOVERNORS NAMES ON CHINA COMMUNIST PARTY **MEMBERSHIP** LIST

 A database obtained by computer hackers from China Communist Party computers allegedly reveals the names of more than a DOZEN U.S. State Governors who are reportedly shown in the database as being MEMBERS of China's Communist Party:

The database was originally leaked on Telegram, the encrypted instant messaging app, and passed in September by a Chinese dissident to the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China, which comprises more than 150 legislators around the world who are concerned by the influence and activities of the Chinese government.  Here is a statement from IPAC about the data:

The list mostly includes the details of CCP members based in Shanghai, in more than 79,000 branches, or cells. The CCP's total membership currently stands at more than 92 million, with a success rate of around 10 percent for aspiring members.

China Communist Party (CCP) members have infiltrated not only some of the largest corporations of the US, Australia and the UK, but also many consulates and government agencies, giving them access to sensitive and no doubt compromising information that would give the CCP an edge on the world stage.

Make no mistake, these agents ultimately answer directly to the party and Chairman Xi Jinping.

This is a fascinating look inside the CCP’s infiltration network and gives us an idea of just how deeply their agents have been embedded.

The original database in Chinese contains some 1.95 million names, the majority from Shanghai, many complete with National ID number & personal details, but also contains the details of some 79,000 communist party branches, many of them INSIDE the companies they have infiltrated. Some of the names are listed as having been “executed” while others have notes regarding organs and a price.

Take a quick look at how the CCP works: 

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger who ran what may be the most fraudulent election in the nation on November 3, where President Trump lost the traditionally Red State, has a brother.  Meet Brother, Ron Raffensperger CTO for HUAWEI Enterprise Storage Solutions, the Data Storage Company of . . . . the CCP.

The same Chinese Communist Party (CCP) that paid DOMINION $400 million through a subsidiary of HSBC, a month or so BEFORE the November 3 election, which may have gotten the CCP the ability to "update" Dominion voting software for the then-upcoming U.S. Presidential Election!

Elsewhere, other key people are tunring out to have strong connections to the CCP.  Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson – currently obstructing efforts to investigate Michigan’s election results – developed ties with Chinese state-run universities and trained lawyers for the Chinese Communist Party – even delivering a lecture at Chinese Premier Xi Jinping’s alma mater.

Benson undertook the work aiding the Chinese Communist Party while serving as the Dean of Wayne Law School in Detroit, Michigan.

 

Being the CTO for a mega corporation like HUAWEI pays huge bucks.  Maybe some of that money is going to a certain Secretary of State?  Who knows what's happening between the two brothers . . . maybe at the behest of the CCP?

POMPEO WARNED THEM ALL

Earlier this year, U.S. Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, spoke at the National Governor's Association Winter Meeting and HE WARNED GOVERNORS they were being targeted by China.   He told the Governors that China was doing harm to the US and to our industries, and they were moving to manipulate Governors into doing things that would help China AT THE EXPENSE of America.   Pompeo warned them all to be careful.

The warning apparently came too late because based on the information outlined above, obtained from computer hackers, it SEEMS that several U.S. State Governors may have already sold-out and become Communists.
