What is wrong with old Joe?
77-year-old Joe Biden this week gave a speech after sweeping the Illinois and Florida primaries.
After his speech, Biden stared blankly into space for a few seconds before his wife Jill walked up to the lectern.
As Jill approached Joe, he turned to her and acted surprised and confused.
After Jill walked away, Joe looked around confused and said, “okay.”
This is the best the Democrats have.
