The cops were fired. lawsuits can happen and investigations. One thing to think about. Not defending the Cop but he didn't wake up that morning and said I am going to kill someone..  He used excessive force after he was cuffed. the other officers watched it happen. Is it first degree murder?  Is it wrongful death? It will work through the Courts. The Media already corrupted the Story for a Jury selection. Back to the video.
