Rosalie Cook was described as the perfect grandma, but on Saturday, her life ended when police say 38-year-old Randy Lewis stabbed her in the chest and killed her.
The Houston Police Officers Union' said not only was Lewis out on bond, but he had already been arrested **67 TIMES.**
Rosalie was 80 years old.
