SARA CARTER: President Trump Expected to Declassify Russia Docs By End of Week: Sources

President Trump is expected to declassify the redacted 20 pages of Carter Page FISA docs by the end of the week, according to investigative reporter Sara Carter.

Numerous sources tell Sara Carter that President Trump may declassify these pertinent docs by the end of the week.
The Department of Justice has been stonewalling Congress on the Carter Page docs and other classified records related to the Russia witch hunt for a year.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein is the de facto head of the DOJ since Jeff Sessions recused himself the first day on the job.
It is in Rod Rosenstein’s best interest to keep the Carter Page FISA documents redacted and under lock and key because he signed the June 2017 FISA renewal.

President Trump is expected to declassify the redacted 20 pages of documents from the controversial Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant that have still not been made public, which allowed the FBI to spy on short-term campaign volunteer Carter Page, numerous sources told SaraACarter.com. This comes after nearly a year of stonewalling by the Department of Justice at the demand of lawmakers, who claim that the 20 redacted pages will reveal explosive information about the FBI’s handling of the Trump-Russia investigation, according to sources.
However, President Trump, who has been under pressure from some DOJ officials not to release the classified documents, “could always change his mind and it’s not a guarantee that it will happen, but the indications are that it more than likely will possibly be before the end of this week,” said a U.S. official, who spoke on condition of anonymity due to the sensitive nature of the subject.
Last month, House Intel Chairman Devin Nunes (R-CA) revealed a few bombshells when speaking to FOX News’s Sean Hannity.
First, Chairman Nunes told Hannity the DOJ has handed over to Congressional investigators all the requested classified documents under subpoena.
“As of tonight, we’re getting closer and closer to having to having the information that we need,” Nunes said. “All the issues that were in our subpoena either we’ve been able to review or they’ve been delivered to the committee in one form or fashion of another,” Nunes continued.
Nunes then shifted his focus to the 20 pages of the Carter Page FISA docs that the House Intel Panel has requested the President to declassify.
“We need these docs declassified,” Nunes said.
“There is exculpatory evidence that we have seen in the classified documents that need to be declassified –the Carter Page FISA, the judges should have been presented with this exculpatory evidence the FBI and DOJ had,” Nunes told Hannity.
GOP lawmakers will ask President Trump on Thursday to issue a declassification order on all Carter Page FISA docs, Bruce Ohr 302’s and other relevant Russia docs.
Representatives Lee Zeldin (R-NY), Mark Meadows (R-NC), Jim Jordan (R-OH), and Matt Gaetz (R-FL) will ask President Trump to throw down his ace card tomorrow and declassify all the pertinent Russia docs.
It is way past time for President Trump to declassify the Russia documents–let the chips fall where they may.
