RUSH: Cindy Hyde-Smith won the runoff election in Mississippi last night by eight points. You will not find this anywhere in the Drive-By Media. A white Republican woman won a runoff election for the United States Senate. If she were a Democrat, you would be hearing all about it. You’d be hearing about her race. You’d be hearing about her gender. You’d be hearing about how she skunked the other guy. But you can’t find any news on this ever since the media last night figured out that she was gonna win.
And it was significant. It was eight points. This means the Republicans now have 53 seats in the Senate. The Democrats have 47.
