Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl will be dishonorably discharged from the U.S. military without serving any jail time after five years in Taliban captivity prompted by walking off his post in Afghanistan in 2009.

The shock decision flies in the face of the 14-year sentence recommended by military prosecutors and was met with intense derision from President Donald Trump. Bergdahl’s defenders say he suffered intense torture at the hands of the Taliban and has suffered enough to pay for his crimes.

Bergdahl was originally freed in 2014 after former President Barack Obama transferred five Taliban prisoners held at Guantanamo bay to Qatar in exchange for his release by the militant group. All five Taliban militants were senior figures in the insurgent force and assessed as major threats to U.S. interests during their detention at the military prison.

The terrorists include Mohammad Fazl, Abdul Haq Wasiq, Mullah Norullah Nori, Khairullah Khairkhwa, and Mohammed Nabi Omari. Sen. John McCain of Arizona described the men as the “hardest of the hard core” at the time, criticizing Obama’s decision to release them without consulting Congress.

Fazl is thought by the U.N. to be responsible for war crimes against religious minorities in Afghanistan during his time in the Taliban government in Afghanistan and was assessed likely in 2008 to “establish ties with … elements participating in hostilities against U.S. and coalition forces in Afghanistan.”

Wasiq was noted in military records to be “central to the Taliban’s efforts to form alliances with other Islamic fundamentalist groups to fight alongside the Taliban against U.S. and coalition forces after the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks,” noting his direct role in attacking U.S. troops after the invasion of Afghanistan.

Nori is a relative of another senior Taliban commander and “continues to be a significant figure encouraging acts of aggression” as of a 2008 military assessment.

Khairkhwa was directly associated with former al-Qaida leader Osama Bin-laden and likely associated once with future al-Qaida in Iraq emir Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi during his time in Afghanistan. He also served as the Taliban government’s minister of interior.

Omari was directly “involved in attacks against U.S. and coalition forces” and also associated himself with weapons smuggling for the group.

GQ’s Keith Olbermann said on ‘The View’ Friday that he truly believes President Donald Trump is more harmful to America than Osama Bin Laden.

“Yes,” Olbermann replied. “Yeah, we did really well after 9/11, I don’t think the country has given itself enough credit for what we did not do after 9/11… we did not restrict all of the freedoms in this country, we did not single out people.”

Conservative cohost Meghan McCain was clearly disturbed by Olbermann’s comments, and chimed in, “A thousand people died on 9/11, I mean the comparison is absurd.”

“You think that Bin Laden did less to damage America than President Trump?” she asked, unable to believe what she was hearing.

“Yes,” he said again.

McCain tried to explain that Bin Laden was “dedicated to the destruction of everything we hold dear,” and Hostin argued that some people feel that way about Trump.

GQ throws a fit about Trump not wanting the death penalty for a dead man

Even though the Dumb asses at GQ updated there story they should have known if they watch real news that the Vegas shooter was dead. What a bunch of DipShits

Reporter, commentator, and deep thinker Jay Willis of GQ huffed and puffed ashe asked, "Why Does Donald Trump Want the Death Penalty for the New York Attack, But Not for Others?"  One of the "others" Willis singled out was Stephen Paddock, who slaughtered 58 concert-goers and injured hundreds more in Las Vegas last month.  

To Willis, the answer was obvious: the Allahu akbar (my god is greater than yours, nah, nah, nah) New York attacker was an immigrant, a darker-skinned bearded Muslim who killed only eight people while the Las Vegas shooter, who gunned down so many more, was a native white male.  White skin male privilege at its most evil.  

Uh, no.  As GQ was forced to admit in an update: 

Edit: An earlier version of this article used a headline noting that Trump had publicly called for the death penalty in the New York attack, but not the Las Vegas shooting in particular. That discrepancy is probably related to the fact that the Las Vegas shooter is dead. We regret the error.

Uh yeah, "probably."  The shooter is dead.  How inconvenient. 

And no, I don't think Willis regrets the error.  Why let facts ruin his "resist Trump" ranting masquerading as reporting?

OK, I was wrong.  We should give him/GQ credit for admitting the LV shooter was dead.  Police brutality at its finest.  Oh wait!  He committed suicide!  Probably--that word again--because the LV shooter feared suffering even worse from the notorious  well publicized police brutality!  But oh wait again.  He was white  skin privileged but his victims were also skin privileged whites.

Donna Brazile Excoriates Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Reveals Clinton Takeover of DNC

Hillary Clinton isn’t the only Democrat settling scores after her devastating loss to Donald Trump.

Donna Brazile, the ex-DNC head who took over the floundering organization after Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz left, just dropped the equivalent of a bunker buster bomb filled with juicy gossip about her tenure at the money-troubled organization.

In the pages of Politico Magazine, Brazile aired her grievances, calling Schultz “not a good manager” and blasting the former party head as being a spendthrift eager to give Hillary the reins over the party machine.

Then she got to Hillary. The Clinton campaign, Brazile alleges, had totally taken over the DNC, and left it struggling to raise money. Brazille writes: “The Saturday morning after the convention in July, I called Gary Gensler, the chief financial officer of Hillary’s campaign. He wasted no words. He told me the Democratic Party was broke and $2 million in debt.”

Brazile was astounded by the lack of funds. She breaks down exactly where all the money went, and why the Clinton campaign was now calling all the shots at the DNC:

Obama left the party $24 million in debt—$15 million in bank debt and more than $8 million owed to vendors after the 2012 campaign and had been paying that off very slowly. Obama’s campaign was not scheduled to pay it off until 2016. Hillary for America (the campaign) and the Hillary Victory Fund (its joint fundraising vehicle with the DNC) had taken care of 80 percent of the remaining debt in 2016, about $10 million, and had placed the party on an allowance.

Then Brazile reveals what appears to be a byzantine method of funneling money meant for the DNC to Hillary’s campaign office in Brooklyn. She writes:

Individuals who had maxed out their $2,700 contribution limit to the campaign could write an additional check for $353,400 to the Hillary Victory Fund—that figure represented $10,000 to each of the thirty-two states’ parties who were part of the Victory Fund agreement—$320,000—and $33,400 to the DNC. The money would be deposited in the states first, and transferred to the DNC shortly after that. Money in the battleground states usually stayed in that state, but all the other states funneled that money directly to the DNC, which quickly transferred the money to Brooklyn.

Brazile was, again, shocked at this arrangement. She asked Gensler, “That victory fund was supposed to be for whoever was the nominee, and the state party races. You’re telling me that Hillary has been controlling it since before she got the nomination?”

So, because the Clinton campaign shored up the DNC’s finances, it was basically running the show, lending credence to the assertion by Senator Bernie Sanders that the primary contests were rigged against him.

Then Brazile threw Obama under the bus, writing: “The party chair usually shrinks the staff between presidential election campaigns, but Debbie had chosen not to do that. She had stuck lots of consultants on the DNC payroll, and Obama’s consultants were being financed by the DNC, too.”

There you have it. Not only is Brazile practically admitting that Hillary took over the DNC, effectively using it to rig the primary contest, but also Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Barack Obama helped her do it by running the organization’s finances into a ditch.

Bernie Sanders Campaign Worker Sues DNC for Server Information Related to Murder of Seth Rich

I still don't believe it was a "Hack". It was probably from within. Why else would these Rat Bastards be protecting there server?

Smoke and mirrors have gotten them out of more than one mess. Seth Rich’s murder is certainly a suspicious circumstance that has foul play written all over it.

But will the details ever see the light of day? There are so many other distractions. If these guys have anything to say about it, they will.

A Bernie Sanders campaign organizer and longtime Democrat joined forces with a Republican lobbyist and attorney to file a federal lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee for the release of the hacked DNC server they claim will reveal key information in solving the murder of DNC staffer Seth Rich.

Washington D.C.-based attorney Jack Burkman filed the suit on Tuesday in D.C. Superior Court along with the East Coast director of Black Men for Bernie, Gary Frazier.

At a press conference in front of DNC headquarters, Burkman asserted the DNC server will irrefutably prove the Democratic 2016 primary was rigged against Sanders, resolve whether Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential race and provide the “key” to solving the Rich murder mystery.

“In this case, we will finally, after a year and a half, get these servers. That, among other pieces of evidence, is probably the single most important piece of evidence in this case,” he said. “That will shed light on the entire Seth Rich mystery – we will know whether he was the leaker, we will know whether the Russians were involved, we will know whether WikiLeaks was involved.”

We all know there is something suspicious about the mysterious death of Rich.
It’s time we found out just what that is.

Hillary’s Uranium One Stockpiles Were Shipped to Europe Contrary to Initial Assurances=> Where the Hell is Jeff Sessions?

The Hill reported today that US uranium seized by the Russians in the Hillary and Obama approved Uranium One deal was sent to Europe. –

After the Obama administration approved the sale of a Canadian mining company with significant U.S. uranium reserves to a firm owned by Russia’s government, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission assured Congress and the public the new owners couldn’t export any raw nuclear fuel from America’s shores.

“No uranium produced at either facility may be exported,” the NRC declared in a November 2010 press release that announced that ARMZ, a subsidiary of the Russian state-owned Rosatom, had been approved to take ownership of the Uranium One mining firm and its American assets.

The Hill continued in their lengthy report that uranium did make it out of the US and as far as Europe.

Fauxcahontas Turns on Crooked Hillary – Agrees Primary Was Rigged in Clinton’s Favor “This is a Real Problem” (VIDEO)

Former DNC temporary Chairwoman Donna Brazile turned on Hillary Clinton and exposed the underbelly of the corrupt DNC.

Fake Indian Elizabeth Warren also piled on Hillary Clinton claiming the Democrats have to hold the party accountable, ultimately agreeing the DNC was rigged in Clinton’s favor.

Even Crooked Hillary’s BFF Fauxcahontas couldn’t spin this scandal in a positive way.

CNN’s Fake Tapper asked Warren about the Donna Brazile bombshell alleging Hillary was essentially money laundering and in control of the entire the DNC’s operations.

Warren called it a “real problem” and agreed with Tapper that the DNC was indeed rigged in Hillary’s favor.
