Leftists ensnared in scandals over sexual behavior

From a diligent reader:
Time and resources permitting, we will try to maintain a current list of sex scandals involving the nation's prominent leftists.  What you will see below is the list that we published in the blog on November 25, 2017; what follows directly below it is a chart of updates to the earlier list, with names provided courtesy of our readers, together with scandals that have come to light since November 25 – e.g., Matt Lauer.
Note: Of the 61 listed leftists listed below, 13 were involved in some form of pedophilia...from kiddy porn to child sexual molestation...over 20%.  What a great movement, that progressivism!

As always, readers are invited to update this list in the comments, as it is growing rapidly.

BREAKING: Another Dirty Democrat Lawmaker Accused of Sexual Harassment – ‘He Followed Me to My Car One Night’

Dirty Democrat Congressman Ruben Kihuen is being accused of sexual harassment by a woman who worked as a finance director for him in 2016.
The woman alleges the young lawmaker repeatedly made advances towards her even though she firmly told him she had a boyfriend. On two occasions, Kihuen rubbed the woman’s thighs without her consent and humiliated her.
Buzzfeed reported:
A woman who worked as the finance director for a promising Nevada Democrat is alleging that he repeatedly harassed and made sexual advances toward her during his 2016 congressional campaign — and like many young people on campaigns all over the country, she did not know what to do with her complaint and didn’t feel comfortable bringing it to the campaign’s leadership.
So she quit her job. And he’s now in Congress.
Samantha, whose last name BuzzFeed News is withholding at her request, began working for Rep. Ruben Kihuen early in his campaign to unseat Republican Rep. Cresent Hardy in December 2015 and quit by April 7, 2016. Starting in February of that year, Samantha, who was 25 at the time, said Kihuen, who was then 35 and still competing in the primary race, propositioned her for dates and sex despite her repeated rejections. On two occasions, she says he touched her thighs without consent.
Samantha says she spoke with a staffer for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee about why she abruptly quit her job, telling the staffer that Kihuen had made her uncomfortable with his advances.
According to Buzzfeed, the person she spoke with at the DCCC, a mid-level staffer who no longer works there, confirmed a conversation took place.
Samantha states on one occasion Kihuen followed her to her car and came onto her even though she clearly stated she had a boyfriend.
On two occasions he touched her thighs without her consent, humiliating her.
Kihuen repeatedly brought up Samantha’s boyfriend and asked her if she would ever cheat on him.
One night Kihuen suggested they get a hotel room together to which Samantha firmly stated “no”.
Senior House Democrats are calling for Kihuen to resign.
USA Today reports:
The chairman of the House Democrats’ campaign committee is calling for first-term Rep. Ruben Kihuen to resign after allegations the Nevada Democrat sexually harassed a campaign during last year’s run for Congress.

Deplorable Steinle Verdict Shouldn’t Be a Shock

RUSH: What happened out in San Francisco with the Kate Steinle jury. Man, oh, man, you talk about…? You think the OJ verdict was something? This verdict out there makes the OJ verdict look like Romper Room. You talk about jury nullification? You talk about a bunch of citizens banding together to say, “Screw you, United States! We prefer being a sanctuary even if our citizens do get murdered. Maintaining our political independence on this is much more important than the safety of a single citizen in San Francisco.” Just amazing.
What else do we have out there? Let’s see. Well, the ongoing saga of sexual harassment in the Drive-By Media and in the Democrat Party. It’s just continuing. (laughing) I’m sorry. It’s one of these things we’re not supposed to find any humor in. Since I’ve got these calls on these subjects, we’ll wait ’til the calls to get into those subjects.
Let me deal here with the Katie Steinle verdict. When I heard about this, I heard it out of the corner of my ear. It didn’t register at first, because it was so unexpected. And when it finally registered on me, I can’t begin to tell you the depths of my anger and frustration, and then I stopped, and I caught myself, and I said, “You shouldn’t be mad. This was imminently predictable.” Who are we talking about here? We’re talking about the American left and the time for granting them any semblance of commonality with us when it comes to values and politics, morality, decency, right and wrong?
Those days are over. They don’t have much in common with us anymore. And each and every day this is borne out. So in San Francisco we have a War on Women, a different kind of War on Women — a felonious, illegal immigrant’s War on a Woman. An innocent woman is shot and killed. Her killer — an illegal alien who shot the gun has multiple felonies — is found not guilty by reason of a jury’s political insanity, and the left is good with it. The insanity in that courtroom was not the perp. The insanity is the jury.
This is kind of like the Menendez jury. Remember the Menendez brothers who shot and killed their parents? And one of the women on that jury… They acquitted one of the Menendez brothers, or he not get the death penalty or something, and one of the female jurors said on television after the trial (sobbing), “We felt so bad because the boys were not going to have their parents.” Even then, the Drive-By Media reporter was incredulous. “Yeah, but that’s because they killed them.”
(sobbing) “I know, but it’s so horrible, isn’t it? So sad. These two young men are gonna have a tough enough life as it is and then to be deprived of their parents.” “But they killed ’em!” “I know. It’s so bad.” I’m not making this up. There was such a jury. So we have Illegal Immigrants + Sanctuary City = Justice in American liberal enclaves. What is it with the callousness regarding the abuse of and the harm to women and the left?
It seems like no matter where you go in America today, if there are liberals involved, women are being harmed to one degree or another. You know, on the Matt Lauer story, you know what’s now surfacing? And this was predictable too. That everybody knew, including some of the Today show anchors on Wednesday who were acting apoplectic and shocked and stunned and they could barely go on and, oh, “My God, this is terrible!” They knew.
Matt Lauer’s sexual proclivities were so widely known that everybody knew — and in fact, it had come to be expected inside the offices of the Today show that nothing was ever gonna be done about it, because Matt Lauer was simply too important to the show. But then something happened that was beyond the pale. Anyway, sanctuary cities are now circling the wagons lawlessly around people who are not in this country legally.
There’s no other way to look at this. Sanctuary cities like San Francisco deciding to circle the wagons and protect people who are not here legally when they commit crimes. But again, see, is this really that surprising? The left, for most of my life, has been consistent in protecting criminals and reprobates, believing that the justice system is what is unfair. Believing that the court system is where the real problem is, and that the guilty in this country are simply the product of poor socioeconomic circumstances brought about by an evil majority.
Anyway, while all of this goes on, they call us deplorables. Ask yourself a question. Why would a city or a state…? In this case California and San Francisco. Why would they knowingly put their citizens in harm’s way? Well, let me provide you the answer. Because San Francisco and California are subsets of the parent organization, and the parent organization is the Democrat Party. So the subsets or subordinates of the parent organization must always be served. So why would a city or a state knowingly put their citizens in harm’s way?
Because of the need for a large, frequently replenished, uneducated, low-skilled, illiterate, illegal, non-English-speaking underclass. The Democrat Party has decided that that pool of people represent their future. Becoming champions of the uneducated, low-skilled, illiterate, illegal, non-English-speaking underclass people is the future of the Democrat Party. Getting them registered to vote down the road is considered by the Democrat Party to be their quickest route to political victory, to deliver votes to Democrats.
It is unquestionably the fact that the parent organization, the Democrat Party, thinks it is much easier to get a larger number of votes from uneducated, low-skilled, illiterate, illegal, non-English-speaking underclass people than it is from educated, literate, taxpaying citizens. Which means that this is about power and which means that if you lose a person here or there in the quest, then that’s just the price you pay.
And everything becomes politicized, including juries. Now, this verdict in San Francisco is a symptom of liberalism, and as we see, citizens are not really safe in these liberal strongholds. Guns are discouraged with onerous regulations, making self-defense extremely difficult. The police are ridiculed and ordered to give “space to destroy,” which is what happened in Baltimore. Felonious illegal immigrants are given sanctuary, which is a violation of federal law, they are treated as super citizens, above and beyond the reach of the law.
There’s slightly no expectation of assimilation among illegal immigrants, just an expectation that they will participate in keeping Democrats in elective power. Why give sanctuary to violent felons that are here illegally? To keep Democrat icons like Nancy Pelosi and Al Franken and John Conyers in power? They don’t give a damn about women or children or the environment or the Constitution, the health care, or the deficit. Those are just the phony causes. They want your money! They expect obedience. They demand your vote.
If a few good people get hurt in the process, well, it’s a small price to pay for the greater good for the Democrat Party. Let me play for you sound bite, audio sound bite number 19, Matt Gonzalez last night in San Francisco after the announcement of the not-guilty verdict in the trial of Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, which is actually not the name he goes by. He’s got two or three names. This is the name fewer people are familiar with.
Do you know in the news stories today about this you can’t find reference to the fact this guy’s an illegal alien? You cannot find it. There’s an AP story that talks about this, and not one mention that he’s an illegal immigrant in it. So, anyway, after the announcement of the not-guilty verdict of Jose Ines Garcia Zarate for the murder of Kate Steinle the public defender Matt Gonzalez spoke about the verdict, and this is a portion of what he said.
GONZALEZ: There are a number of people that have commented on this case in the last couple years. The attorney general of the United States, the president and the vice president of the United States. Let me just remind them that they are themselves, uhhh, under investigation by a special counsel in Washington, D.C., and they may themselves soon avail themselves of the presumption of innocence and beyond-a-reasonable-doubt standard, and so I would ask them to reflect on that before they comment or disparage the result in this case.
RUSH: So Mr. Gonzalez thinks he’s very smart, and he’s just said (paraphrased), “Well, you know what, the people in Washington who are gonna complain about this? They’re under investigation themselves and it won’t be long before they’re going to be asking for the same presumption of innocence as they seek to deny my client, Jose Ines Garcia Zarate.” This is the kind of stuff that’s gonna make sure the wall gets built. You doubt me on that?
This is the kind of thing that’s gonna make sure Trump gets the wall built. Using Trump as justification for an acquittal in the Kate Steinle case? And here is Francisco Ugarte. This is the public defender Francisco Ugarte. He’s talking about Jose Ines Garcia Zarate. I got the names confused out there. This is Francisco Ugarte, who is the public defender speaking about the verdict.
UGARTE: This case was used as a means to foment hate, to foment division, to foment a program of mass deportation. It was used to catapult a presidency along that philosophy of hate of others. And I believe today is a vindication for the rights of immigrants. Nothing about Mr. Garcia Zarate’s ethnicity, nothing about his immigration status, nothing about the fact that he is born in Mexico has any relevance as to what happened on July 1st, 2015.
RUSH: What do you mean it didn’t have any relevance? He’d been deported how many times, had violated the law by being here in the first place. What do you…? If he hadn’t been in violation of the law, this shooting — either as coincidental or random or accidental as you want to try to make it out to be — would never have happened if the guy hadn’t been here. You know what they’re trying to say? (impression)
“This guy, he didn’t come to San Francisco because he wanted a sanctuary city. No, no, no! He came to San Francisco because he wanted a ‘yob,’ man”! (laughing) You think these clowns do not know that places like San Francisco with sanctuary cities? “That’s not why he came. He came here because he wanted a job. He did not know sanctuary city! No idea, no idea, no idea whatsoever.” Really? Really. So there you have it.
BREAK TRANSCRIPT
RUSH: Keith in Sacramento, my adopted hometown. Great to have you.
CALLER: Thank you for taking my call.
RUSH: Yes, sir.
CALLER: My concern is — or my thought is — I always thought that there’d be a not guilty verdict in Sacramento on that shooting. I feel because of his status and Trump being president, it would prove that sanctuary cities donated people at risk. So I always thought from day one he’s gonna see found not guilty just because of his illegal status on the situation.
RUSH: You really did?
CALLER: Yes, from day one, because that would prove that a sanctuary city has put somebody at risk, you know, a local resident at risk. It would prove it right there.
RUSH: Yeah. The details of the shooting are such that a good lawyer could persuade a jury to find not guilty here, accidental, random, ricochet, all that. But, you know, since the verdict’s happened — and in hindsight, I agree with you. It was clear that the people on that jury were speaking for the city of San Francisco, and the first priority was, “We’re not gonna let you trick us into killing our sanctuary city status. We’re not gonna do it.”
CALLER: Yes. Definitely. It would have shown that you’re at risk being in a sanctuary city, and that would prove it right there, and of course it was a not-guilty verdict.
RUSH: Okay, what happens if the perp had been a legal citizen in the same circumstances, what do you think would have happened in San Francisco?
CALLER: Guilty. You know, I truly believe it still would have been guilty in that situation. I think a hundred percent that his status of being illegal immigrant got him a not-guilty verdict.
RUSH: And you thought this from the get-go?
CALLER: Yes. I mean, in the very beginning, you know, Trump was trying to say they were putting everybody risk. They want to be a sanctuary city to protect everybody from Trump, they’re saying.
RUSH: Yeah.
CALLER: This would have proven that their thought and it’s what they did.
RUSH: You know, I actually, like I say, when the verdict, I did a little bit of a double-take, but I wasn’t surprised. But I never… I can honestly tell you that during the whole trial and leading up to it — when this happen, two years ago — there’s a part of me that thought that the legal system is going to end up in San Francisco doing the right thing. I relied on it, and I was mistaken to do so. I thought that they’d be able to find a jury that could see through all this.
I neglected to think that there would be people serving on this jury wanting this exact thing. This is an OJ verdict for its own reasons. You know, jury nullification was the OJ verdict — the jury’s reasoning for what they did — and this has similar roots to it. Now, the Department of Justice, the attorney general Jeff Sessions has said that the Feds, the DOJ might get involved here and try to fix this somehow. But you’ve got double jeopardy on the part of the illegal alien here, who couldn’t be tried for the same crime again after having been found not guilty of the main aspect of it.

Matt Lauer Did the Harassing, But NBC Staff Hates Megyn Kelly?

RUSH: “Washington Post Drops Garrison Keillor Column Following Sexual Harassment Allegations — The Washington Post dropped [the] column on Thursday after he failed to inform the newspaper of sexual harassment allegations against him. … But despite Keillor knowing about the investigation, he failed to inform the Post, which continued to publish his weekly column.
“Embarrassingly, Keillor’s column the day before his Wednesday firing defended Minnesota Senator Al Franken from similar sexual harassment allegations, calling it ‘pure absurdity’ to demand the senator resign.” We’re supposed to have a press conference, by the way. That’s right. Conyers was supposed to get out of his hospital bed to do a press conference right around now. But, you know, Conyers is probably saying, “Why should I do this? Everybody’s focusing on Flynn. I can just hide behind this.
“Why should I come out and do this now?” I’m looking at two networks, and I don’t see even a crawl or banner headline referring to, “Waiting for momentary Conyers press conference” at all. They’re all wall-to-wall on the Flynn guilty plea. “Garrison Keillor Firing Prompts Backlash From his Fans — . Meanwhile, MPR News reported that many people were angered at Keillor’s dismissal and dozens planned to cancel their memberships.”
Bill O’Reilly probably had a lot of disappointed fans, too, but I don’t recall the AP shedding any tears over ’em. AP is worried about Garrison Keillor’s fans. Snerdley, what are your thoughts on Franken with all this? Will Franken survive this, do you think, or not? Will Franken eventually be forced out of this or not? (interruption) You think so? Well, in Franken’s case, there are additional women that keep surfacing.
NBC: Matt Lauer’s Sexual Harassment Accusers Could Number ‘as Many as Eight’ Women — As the number of women claiming Matt Lauer was sexually inappropriate has grown to ‘as many as eight,’ NBC is denying that its execs knew” any of this. “NBC’s Stephanie Gosk revealed to Megyn Kelly during the 9 a.m. hour of Today that there could be up to eight accusers, as details surfaced about the star’s alleged lewd behavior and old video clips back in circulation raised eyebrows.
“‘We have reached out to New York City police; we have reached out to police departments in Long Island. We know of no open criminal investigation against Matt Lauer,’ Gosk said.” Now, Stephanie Gosk is the NBC executive. She is a proud lesbian. She and her wife, the former weekend today news anchor Jenna Wolfe, have two daughters. Ms. Wolfe is a woman of color. Stephanie Gosk says there’s eight more women out there ready to drop the boom on Matt Lauer.
Megyn Kelly, by the way… Have you seen the Daily Mail piece? I mean, they hate this woman at NBC. They despise her. There’s a whole Daily Mail story on how the people at NBC — the Today show people on camera and off — just literally hate Megyn Kelly for the way she is trying to take advantage of this, that she’s acting like she’s a member of the NBC family and she isn’t. I’m just gonna tell you, folks, it’s a little odd. I have to tell you.
Matt Lauer is the guy who has genuinely mistreated women, and they’re not one-tenth as mad at him as they are at Megyn Kelly. All Megyn Kelly did was get hired! This is what ticked ’em off in the first place. That whole Megyn Kelly-at-NBC dynamic, it’s a classic of the insider-outsider mentality. It’s a classic of outside the establishment, inside the establishment. She was at cable. That’s bad enough. People at broadcast news think cable news is the minor leagues, if not worse, and Fox News is despised. It’s hated!
And then all of a sudden NBC hires this intruder, and this intruder has the audacity to show up and act like she belongs? (snorts) And the long knives are out for her like you can’t believe. And it’s classic insider versus outsider. It’s classic, “We’re in the clique, and you’re not,” and the fact that they now think she may be trying to maneuver things so that she gets Lauer’s job? They’re just… They’re beside themselves, and they’re talking to the Daily Mail, and they’re saying vicious things.
I thought I had the thing in front of me. I thought I’d printed it out. But apparently not. Well, I know I did. I think I just probably misplaced it here. But, I mean, you get the idea. You get the drift. It is vicious. (sigh) Some of it’s cat fight ’cause, you know, it’s girl-on-girl — I’m sorry — female criticism of another female. And the rest of it is just pure, unadulterated hatred, anger, some cases jealousy, what have you. “NBC’s Shifting Statements on Lauer Draw Scrutiny —
“After saying there were no complaints over 20 years, the network later stressed no complaints to ‘current management.'” There are many stories today saying that the Today show anchors and anchorettes who profess total shock knew all along what Matt Lauer was doing, that Jeff Zucker has known all along what Matt Lauer was doing, that Andy Lack has known all along that what Matt Lauer was doing. And nobody did anything about it. Have you heard that Matt Lauer’s lawyers are trying to get him $30 million as, like, a golden condom payout?
“Lawyers for Matt Lauer are working on landing the shamed anchor a $30 million golden” condom as opposed to “parachute following his NBC firing. Sources close to the disgraced newsman say his team is working on a plan to get him paid through the remainder of his $20 million-a-year contract — which still has a year-and-a-half to run. A source close to Lauer’s team said, ‘They are currently looking at his contract and determining whether the claims against him, which clearly would affect any moral clause in his contract and his ensuing termination, would cut off his contractual rights to be paid through to the end of his contract.'”
What leverage does the guy have? Why would they have to pay him off? What could he possibly have to say that could damage them any more than what he’s already done? If they do have a morals clause in the contract, he’s already violated that. I don’t even know where… (interruption) Well, yeah, that’s true. He could say that they knew and that all of this is not sincere just because the pressure was brought to bear. “They’ve known for years what I was doing and they sought not to do anything about it.
“So I, Matt Lauer, want my $30 million.” Apparently, Matt Lauer… Did you know that Matt Lauer bought property in New Zealand? He bought a farm in New Zealand. Apparently, there’s a morality clause there when a foreigner buys property in New Zealand. You have to be of certain moral fiber and character, otherwise they can require to you sell your property. They’re supposedly looking at Matt Lauer now to see if he’s still qualified.
Now, why would he buy a place in New Zealand? (interruption) He knew? (laughing) No. I’ll tell you why. (interruption) It has nothing to do with sheep! (groans) The reason Matt Lauer — and I don’t know. I’m just speculating. Why does anybody buy a place in New Zealand? ‘Cause you think the United States is going belly up. You think they’re gonna take the money of the wealthy. You think that the United States is gonna go belly up or that it’s gonna be taken over by illegal immigrants or whatever.
New Zealand is one of those places that people who think this have been buying property for a while in case there is an emergency need to take the family and get out of America, New Zealand — and, in fact, because of this, New Zealand is really tightening down on foreigners buying property there at all. But for a while, my friends — I know this because I was pitched to join this parade. Since I don’t harbor those kinds of panicked, paranoid feelings, I of course was not the interested.
But I’m telling you, New Zealand… Singapore is another place. If you figure you’re not gonna do anything to get caned, Singapore is a good place to go. (interruption) Freedom…? (interruption) The question is been asked: “Do you think we’ll ever find out the executives knew about the push button under Matt Lauer’s desk that allowed him to lock the door?” You think they had to know about that? (interruption)
Somebody had to put it in! I guarantee you, Matt Lauer didn’t run the wires and all this. Of course they knew about it! Somebody had to know about it! You’re not gonna put a button… If Matt Lauer had tried to put that in by himself, the union guys would have run him out of the building for doing it on his own. There’s no way that he could gotten away with it without anybody knowing.
BREAK TRANSCRIPT
RUSH: Here’s the Daily Mail piece on Megyn Kelly. Just listen to some of this. “No One Wanted…” This is the headline: “‘No One Wanted Megyn Here! She Was Forced Upon Us and Today Reinforced Why She Will NEVER Be Part of the Today Family.’ Staff Are Outraged at ‘Smug’ Kelly and Her Insensitivity to Colleagues Over Matt Lauer Firing.” Apparently, she wasn’t appropriately tearful or shocked when Matt Lauer was let go.
“Megyn Kelly used her platform to describe Matt Lauer’s firing as a ‘sign of progress’ on Wednesday.” Even these infobabes and anchorettes at NBC supposedly knew he was doing this! Can you imagine Megyn Kelly saying, “This is a sign of progress. We got rid of another predator,” and the women at NBC are mad at her? Well, yeah, it makes total sense in certain, you know, human ways. But it doesn’t make sense logically.
I mean, the person to be mad at here if you’re gonna blow your lunch would be Matt Lauer. Next little bullet point: Megyn Kelly “said she had no ‘official knowledge’ of Lauer’s alleged misconduct but knew ‘people were sniffing around the issue.'” They’re mad at her for trying to insert herself in this story as somebody who knew who was going on when she’s a dork that didn’t know anything. “‘Megyn saw this as an opportunity to mark her territory — but she failed and has lost the support of EVERYONE at NBC,’ an NBC insider” said.
Another NBC malcontent said, “‘We now have the highest paid person at NBC News hosting one of the lowest rated shows and rather than being humble, she takes the first opportunity to take the spotlight and make it all about her.'” So? Isn’t that what every diva in TV does? It seems to me to be perfectly normal behavior. Another bullet point: “‘And here’s something we’d like to say about her — she’s terrible on morning television! Her show is terrible. Her staff think she is terrible.'” This is high school cafeteria stuff, or high school teen town stuff. But they don’t like her. They don’t like her at all. It is so patently obvious.
