House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) made a disturbing statement on Friday that sounded like he was calling for an insurrection against Trump, just months after the 47th president was nearly assassinated.
As The Hill reported, Jeffries and Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) chairwoman Yvette D. Clarke (D-N.Y.) held a press conference Friday morning, a day after President Trump sounded off on the tragic plane crash at Ronald Reagan National Airport near Washington and signed an Executive Order to investigate Joe Biden’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) policies.
As expected, Jeffries and the CBC smeared Trump as a bigot rather than engaging in actual thought, calling his remarks a “truly disgusting and disgraceful display of racist political prognostication.”
During his own rant against Trump, Jeffries made what some would consider a threat against Trump that would likely prompt a visit from the FBI if a Republican had said it.
“We’re going to fight it (Trump’s agenda) legislatively, we’re going to fight it the courts, Jeffries stated. “And we’re going to fight it in the streets.”
Jeffries’s remarks should not only bring to mind the two assassins last year who tried to take out Trump but also the George Floyd riots back in 2020 during the so-called “Summer of Love.”
These individuals showed “taking to the street” included assaulting cops, burning down businesses, and defacing public monuments.
Moreover, GOP members of Congress were constantly harassed and threatened in public during Trump’s first term by deranged leftists.
One far-left terrorist nearly gunned down approximately 20 GOP congressional members on a baseball field in Alexandria, Virginia that the FBI and media worked to cover up quickly.
The lives of Supreme Court members have been threatened following rulings based on the Constitution rather than legislating from the bench. Just ask Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
This attitude from the left is precisely what Jeffries wants to bring back, and God help our country if they take his words literally.
Phillip Washington rescinded his nomination after an embarrassing performance at a confirmation hearing.
President Biden's first pick to lead the Federal Aviation Administration was a disastrous choice when it came to possessing actual knowledge about aviation and regulations.
In 2023, Biden nominated Phillip Washington, CEO of the Denver International Airport. Washington eventually withdrew his nomination after being subjected to questioning from senators like Ted Budd (R-N.C.), who revealed that Democrats may not have been focusing on merit when it came to who leads the country's airspace.
Footage of those exchanges has resurfaced following the disaster at Reagan National Airport in which an Army Black Hawk helicopter crashed into a passenger plane. The collision killed 67 people.
With the country concerned about the hiring practices of the FAA, the video of Budd questioning Washington showed just how unqualified the nominee was for a position as important as director of the FAA.
"What are the six types of special-use airspace that protect this national security that appear on FAA charts?" Budd asked Washington at a confirmation hearing.
"Sorry, Senator. I cannot answer that question," Washington replied.
Budd repeatedly asked other aviation questions: "Okay. So what are the operational limitations of a pilot flying under basic med?"
"Senator, I'm not a pilot. So ..." Washington answered.
The nominee soon attempted to provide some examples like "high blood pressure," but Budd interjected to let Washington know the question actually had nothing to do with medical restrictions.
"What altitude you can fly under ... amount of knots; it's under 250 knots. So it's not having anything to do with blood pressure," Budd explained.
In a video of the exchange that received over 1.3 million views, Washington mentioned that he was not a pilot multiple times, even when Budd asked a basic question like, "What causes an aircraft to spin or stall?"
"Again, Senator, I'm not a pilot," Washington answered.
At the time, comments from viewers poured in about Washington being a prime example of diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring practices.
"Here is DEI at it's [sic] finest!" radio host Richard Mindler Jr. claimed.
"Perfect example of DEI," a viewer wrote, sharing the video.
"DEI = didn't earn it, below [is a] simple example of this," another viewer said of Washington's responses.
"DEI will always be dangerous and objectively a disaster wherever it’s deployed," another critic said in response.
Despite former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg calling Washington "an excellent nominee," Washington withdrew his nomination in the weeks that followed.
Senator Budd then claimed that the Biden administration did not focus on "actual qualifications" and put forward a nominee who did not have "basic aviation knowledge."
The nominee was then replaced by Biden's second choice, Michael G. Whitaker, a former deputy administrator at the FAA.
Whitaker ended up resigning just 10 days before the D.C. crash in 2025, but his intent to step down was announced in December 2024.
Elon Musk had reportedly called for the official's resignation amid a $600,000 fine against Musk's SpaceX for alleged regulatory violations.
Musk described the fines as excessive and demanded Whitaker’s resignation. He also stated that the FAA was engaged in harassment and regulatory overreach.
Katie Hobs is as dirty as PigShit and she knows it
Arizona State Representative Alex Kolodin called Arizona’s illegitimate Democrat governor out in a letter to her office Thursday after $339 million “disappeared” from the state budget.
Kolodin told The Gateway Pundit, “Maybe somebody’s siphoning off some funds.” He clarified, “Maybe some are mistakes. Who knows? But they don’t match up.”
This is not the first, nor the second, time Hobbs has come under scrutiny for mismanagement or corruption involving large sums of money.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, in November, Hobbs was in the spotlight after her Office of Tourism awarded a $700,000 contract to create a hideous new state logo to a company with close ties to the agency’s director.
“Hobbs’ fake director of tourism has been caught funneling MASSIVE contracts to her own brother,” State Senator Jake Hoffman said. “Katie Hobbs continues to exploit her office, break the law, and take advantage of the people of Arizona.”
Previously, Hobbs came under fire for other questionable contract decisions after accepting significant donations made to a dark money group that was used for Hobbs’ inaugural events in 2023 and appeared to influence state contract decisions. Hobbs reportedly received $400,000 from a company that later made millions in return.
Former Arizona Attorney General Democrat Terry Goddard even agreed that an investigation by law enforcement is warranted, and the Democrat Attorney General and Republican Maricopa County Attorney launched probes into the apparent quid pro quo.
Kolodin notes in his letter to Hobbs that the apparent pay-for-play scheme involving her inaugural fund "remains under investigation by the Attorney General's and Maricopa County Attorney's office."
"This missing money was, seems like it could be connected to the inaugural fund, which has already been a subject of legislative investigation," Kolodin told us.
"It at least raises the appearance of a quid pro quo. The legislature is going to have to dig into this more to figure out whether it is, and if so, what changes we need to make to our budget process to account with the fact that we're dealing with this administration."
Arizona State Representative Alex Kolodin fired off a letter "Re: Mismanagement of State Funds and Agencies; Pressing Budget Questions" to Hobbs on Thursday.
"$339m disappeared from Arizona's budget, and I have questions for Katie Hobbs!" Kolodin said on X:
In his letter, Kolodin outlines his surprise that "the Legislature was informed the State has several insolvent agencies and requires a $339 million bailout to close out the current Fiscal Year." He continues, "Since your liaisons dedicated to briefing members of the Legislature failed to provide detail on how we got here, I am putting my request in writing: Arizonans deserve to know the details."
Much of the controversy surrounds an expansion to the state's Medicaid agency, Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCS), which Kolodin says Hobbs did "unilaterally" without informing the legislature during budget negotiations.
"In the last budget cycle, when she submitted her draft budget when the legislature was negotiating her budget with her, she never told us that she was intending to approve a major expansion of ACCHS, which somehow she can do unilaterally, at least, to approve the expansion," Kolodin told The Gateway Pundit.
"As a consequence, that expansion was never budgeted for. But once the budget got passed, she did it and started sucking that money out of the state treasury for that expansion. So, it siphoned off a whole bunch of money that was supposed to go to other things."
He added, "She didn't tell us when we were negotiating the budget because she was trying to be sneaky and go around us."
Also concerning is the resignation of Hobbs' budget director contemporaneous with the new discovery. "Somebody had to take the fall," said Kolodin.
He continued, "From talking to colleagues and staff about the budget process and about this year's budget process, it's become very apparent to me that the line between malice and incompetence, with respect to the Hobbs administration's capabilities to competently negotiate a budget with us, is a line that is hard to parse."
"Her office, either they have no idea what they're doing, or they're like incredibly evil with a tinge of stupidity. And it's very hard to tell the difference, but essentially, they make basic accounting mistakes that lead to absolutely huge divergences between her budget and reality."
Hobbs again "refused to account for" an additional $60 million in state liabilities for Arizona schools, which "everybody knew about," including Hobbs, said Kolodin. Still, she failed to account for this large obligation in her budget negotiations and spending.
Kolodin asks the following questions to Hobbs:
Why did you mislead the legislature about the spending you intended to approve?
Why did your budget team refuse to work with us to budget for a known cost?
Who in your orbit is profiting off of Arizona's children?
Why has your budget director taken the fall?
"I think it's probably time for at least a a first step in a more formal investigation," Kolodin told us, noting that he needs a legislative committee chair to back him up and launch a formal investigation.

Corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann said President Trump cannot fire FBI personnel without cause after the president went scorched earth and terminated dozens of officials.
President Trump fired David Sundberg, the head of the FBI Washington Field Office on Friday.
David Sundberg is the highest ranking FBI official to be fired in Trump’s second term. Trump fired FBI Director James Comey during his first term.
Sundberg oversaw the January 6 investigation and the investigation into the so-called DNC pipe bomber.
It was later reported that 88 FBI officials were walked out of their offices Friday evening.
Andrew Weissmann fumed as he reacted to Trump’s decision to clean house and fire dozens of career FBI officials.
“I’d say the main thing in talking to you as a lawyer and the former FBI general counsel, I dealt with employment issues day in and day out at the FBI. Everything that you are hearing that from Ken, it’s illegal,” Andrew Weissmann said.
“It is against the rules and the law. It’s against civil service rules. You cannot fire career FBI personnel without cause. It is simply not possible. And the idea that you have the acting deputy attorney general of the United States doing something that is against the rules. It’s against the law. The story these purges that you’re talking about violate the law when you said, Jen, these are not political people. These are not at will employees. They have civil service protections. You cannot do that. Creating a list of thousands of FBI agents and personnel who worked on January 6th cases so they can be targeted is illegal. This is something that cannot happen,” Weissmann said.
“And it’s happening within our Justice Department. I mean, I cannot say just how significant this is because this is the weaponization of the Justice Department that we’re seeing right before our eyes,” Weissmann said.

In 2020, it was 51 lying intelligence officials who were quarterbacked by Anthony Blinken to pull off the greatest election fraud in American history.
It was Tony Blinken who was in charge of collecting signatures from corrupt and partisan Trump-hating intelligence officials to sign off on the letter that the laptop was a Russian op.
Blinken, a very unimpressive man, was later awarded the Secretary of State position for organizing this elaborate lie.
It should be noted that the legacy media was more than happy to push this complete lie on the American public in the weeks leading up to the 2020 election.
It has now been determined that several of the 51 were actually CIA Contractors when they signed the 51 Intel Officer letter that was replete with fictional statements that broached the 18USC1001 statute on False Statements by Federal Officials.

Now, a newly surfaced Cabinet memorandum and first reported by The Daily Wire reveals a damning effort to crack down on these traitors, 50 former intelligence officials who played a role in election interference and improperly disclosed sensitive government information.
The document, issued on January 29, 2025, expands on Executive Order 14152 (Holding Former Government Officials Accountable for Election Interference and Improper Disclosure of Sensitive Governmental Information), which had alreadyrevoked the security clearances of these traitors.
According to the memo, these former intelligence officials have been stripped of unescorted access to U.S. government secure facilities and revoked of security clearances.
These same operatives were instrumental in pushing the now-debunked Hunter Biden laptop cover-up, dismissing it as “Russian disinformation” right before the 2020 election.
The political shielding of Joe Biden’s scandal-ridden family and their foreign business dealings was just one chapter in a broader intelligence community war against transparency.
Now, under new directives, the State Department, Department of Defense, CIA, Office of Personnel Management, and the Director of National Intelligence must ensure these former officials no longer have access to classified government information.
Moreover, any former officials who obtained security clearances through private entities will now see those permissions revoked as well.
