DEM REP: WOMEN WILL GET RAPED UNLESS WE PASS IMMIGRATION REFORM

What a Stupid P.O.S.! Loser!

Representative Luis V. Gutierrez “Today, someone is going to die in that desert, trying toreturn to their families, women and men are going to die in that desert; someone’s going to lose a finger, a hand, an eye, a life today because an unscrupulous employer is going to put them in harm’s way, someone’s going to die; there’s a woman that’s going to be raped in a field somewhere in America today because she has no rights in this country, and we need to end that; there are children who are going to cry and there are marriages that are going to be destroyed because someone is going to be deported, and there are going to be children that are going to be left orphaned in this country.”http://www.breitbart.com/Breitbart-TV/2013/08/29/Dem-Rep-Women-Will-Get-Raped-Unless-We-Pass-Immigration-Reform

Chilling-testimony-on-irs-epa-abuses

Nick Dranias holds the Clarence J. and Katherine P. Duncan Chair for Constitutional Government and is Director of the Joseph and Dorothy Donnelly Moller Center for Constitutional Government at the Goldwater Institute. On August 22, 2013, he testified at a Congressional Field Hearing on IRS and EPA abuse. Dick Durbin, Assistant Majority Leader in the US Senate, sent an intrusive and abusive letter to Goldwater Institute, and the IRS has obstructed, via delay, Dranius' efforts at Compact for America.

Obama-voter-id-laws-racist (Claims Racism again and says he will use executive order to block)

What an Ass bag! I get sick of this Racism Crap coming from these leftist idiots! I am for voter ID to keep dead people and Illegals from voting and the liberal Idiots that vote two or three times by absentee voting!

Supreme Court rules Voter ID Laws are Constitutional and allows them. Obama claims racism and decides he has more authority then the Supreme Court. Isn't that pretty much what Morsi did in Egypt?

Did Obama Administration Leaks Already Spoil the Syria Attack?

As This stuff was coming out I thought it was wrong. We are telling them that we are going to attack and how? I thought this stuff should be under wraps until it happens.

U.S. airstrikes into Syria will begin within days and involve Tomahawk cruise missiles fired by American warships in the eastern Mediterranean. They will last less than a week and target a limited number of Syrian military installations.  And they will be designed to send a stern message to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, not force him from power.
That's the word coming from some in the Obama administration -- the White House swears it's not them. And while Obama's aides publicly insist that the President hasn't made a final decision about whether to attack Syria, anonymous officials within his administration are leaking a strikingly large amount of detailed information about the timing, duration and scope of the potential military intervention. The flood of details raises a pair of related questions. Is the administration deliberately trying to telegraph its plans for a strike? And if so, why?
"I have no earthly idea why they're talking so much," said retired Admiral William Fallon, the former head of the military's Central Command. "It's not leaking out; it's coming out through a hose. It's just a complete head-scratcher."
David Deptula, a retired Air Force lieutenant general who commanded the no-fly zone over Iraq in the late 1990s, said that military action was most effective when a U.S. foe like Assad didn't have a clear sense of the timing and severity of a potential strike and couldn't take protective measures in advance like dispersing his troops or weapons so they'd be harder to find and destroy. The administration's public and private comments, he said, meant that Assad would have an easier time figuring out when and how to prepare for a U.S. assault.
"You don't want an adversary to know what's coming," Deptula said. "Now Assad does."
In recent days, White House spokesman Jay Carney has said that the military operations under consideration by President Obama "are not about regime change," while The New York Times and other newspapers reported that the White House was considering a limited series of strikes that would last one to two days and strike fewer than 50 targets. The paper said the U.S. would focus on hitting individual Syrian military units, headquarters compounds, air bases, and rocket sites, not chemical weapons facilities themselves. The information was attributed to unnamed administration officials.
There were signs Wednesday that the Syrian strongman has already begun reacting to the talk coming out of Washington about the potential targets of a U.S. strike. Reuters reported that Assad's forces appeared to have evacuated most of their personnel from several key army, air force, and security headquarters buildings in central Damascus. Those are precisely the kinds of military compounds U.S. cruise missiles would reportedly be sent to destroy.
The administration's willingness to share details about sensitive military operations has prompted internal consternation in the past. In the days after the raid that killed Osama bin Laden in Pakistan, then-Defense Secretary Robert Gates grew so angry about the amount of information leaking out about the assault that he reportedly approached then-National Security Advisor Tom Donilon to recommend "a new strategic communications approach." It was a simple one. "Shut the f--- up," Gates said.

Obama's Mortgage Police

Can't Blame Bush if He gets his way!

This summer the White House unveiled "President Obama's Plan for a Better Foundation for Middle Class Homeownership," which is so amazing it merits a second slogan, the "Better Bargain." A cutesy infographic explains the Plan, using language that seems out of place among Obama Administration statists:
"Put private capital at the center of the mortgage system"
"NO MORE TAXPAYER BAILOUTS!"
"End Fannie and Freddie's failed business model"
The White House explains further:
[President Obama] made it clear that we can't go back to the same bubble-and burst housing system that caused the financial crisis. We need a rock-solid foundation for financing homeownership with a bigger role for the private sector, where taxpayers aren't on the hook for the irresponsible behavior or bad decisions of financial institutions.
Obama of course has not suddenly become a champion of the private sector. He remains at heart a leftist with contempt for "fat cat bankers." Why then would he want to create a "bigger role for the private sector"?
When a socialist government nationalizes private industry, it gains control, but it is also forced to take responsibility for the financial losses of the industry it now owns. For example, British Leyland was nationalized in 1975 and, writes the New York Times, "the company that went through £11 billion of inflation-adjusted British taxpayer money, or $16.5 billion, in the '70s and '80s before going out of business."
Obama's strategy here is more devious: he takes control by expanding regulatory power, but then would like to absolve himself of any responsibility when the costs of red tape and defaults on mandated subprime mortgages generate losses for these private institutions. It's the institutional enactment of the Limbaugh theorem, the strategies that allow Obama to escape blame for his failures.
Obama's regulatory muscle was recently beefed up with the creation ofthe Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a new independent federal agency whose mission in part is directed at "supervising" mortgage lending. A recent email from the White House cites the CFPB as one of two "resources we've already helped make available" to protect homeowners: "The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is looking out for homeowners who might be victims of predatory lending or unfair consumer practices."
The bureau has expanded rapidly since its establishment under the Dodd-Frank Act in 2011. Its 2012 budget of $299 million and 831 full time employees rose to $541 million and 1,214 FTEs in 2013 as new offices came online. The 2014 budget remains steady at $497 million, with employment rising to 1,545.
A recent Investors Business Daily op-ed describes how "Socialists Designed Obama's Credit Watchdog Agency," and the anti-capitalism bias of the agency is clear. Of course, the point of "consumer protection" is to protect consumers from unscrupulous businesses, but the agency's literature is aggressively anti-business, acting as if Obama's accusation of "irresponsible behavior or bad decisions of financial institutions" is the norm rather than the exception.
Following are some excerpts from the CFPB website, of the Bureau's "investments" (i.e., "spending") and goals:
• The CFPB's Supervision, Enforcement, and Fair Lending Offices collaborate to conduct supervisory activities at bank and nonbank institutions. [...]
• The Bureau's supervision activities range from assessments of the institution's fair lending compliance management systems to in-depth reviews of products or lending activities that may pose heightened fair lending risks to consumers. [...]
• Maintain and increase capacity of tools that obtain, process, and analyze evidence received in enforcement investigations and enable the Bureau to bring enforcement actions to address violations of consumer financial protection laws. [...]
• Effectively initiate supervisory activities at financial services institutions under the CFPB's jurisdiction to determine compliance with the Federal fair lending laws, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA). [...]
• Cooperate and share information with its partners in local, state, and federal law enforcement as part of its efforts to protect consumers, deter wrongdoers, and build a better marketplace. [...]
• Hire additional staff to expand the Bureau's capacity to focus on risks to consumers in the policies and practices of consumer financial providers; analyze available data on the activities of providers, on the markets in which they operate, and on the risks to consumers; and investigate and take actions to address potential violations of consumer laws.
These activities might seem reasonable if, as Obama pretends, the federal government is simply protecting honest citizens from loan sharks. The power given to these 1,545 investigators however is sweeping and completely unchecked, and the vast majority of the banks and mortgage companies they are authorized to investigate are honest businesses. Not long ago in fact, bankers were the acme of respectability and probity, from the idealistic Jimmy Stewart at the Bailey Building and Loan to the boring bank president in every town in America who supported a local Little League team.
There is of course no mention of any federal program to protect mortgage companies from the schemes of fraudulent customers, which is not an imaginary problem; according to Criminal Intelligence Service Canada, "Mortgage fraud schemes range widely in terms of sophistication and complexity," and include "fraud to further other criminal activities; fraud for profit; and fraud for shelter."
It's unclear how Obama will "end Fannie and Freddie's failed business model" and shift mortgages to the private sector, given that in 2012 the two agencies held $5.1 trillion in mortgage assets, but Obama has never fretted over details. In fact, while he attacks "taxpayer bailouts" from one side of his mouth, he brags about his own bailout programs administered by the Department of Treasury and HUD: "MakingHomeAffordable.gov is there to help get you mortgage relief and avoid foreclosure."
The "Making Home Affordable" programs include the following subsidiaries:
● the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP)
● the Home Affordable Refinance Program (HARP)
● Second Lien Modification Program (2MP)
● Home Affordable Unemployment Program (UP)
● Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program (HAFA)
(Did English speakers come up with these names?)
Although $75 billion was allocated to MHA under TARP in 2009, Treasury was only able to give out $45.6 billion, leading Mother Jones to call it the "Worst $75 Billion Investment Ever." Despite the program's failures and the "recovery" in the housing market, in 2012 the program was extended through 2015. Treasury reports, "Additional programs were subsequently rolled out to expand the program reach," including the Hardest Hit Fund (HHF). Monthly MHA transactions have increased steadily, from 1,191 in March 2012 to 1,703 in June 2013.
The whole enterprise feels like a replay of the Community Reinvestment Act, which punished banks for "redlining," ultimately contributing to the subprime meltdown. One might ask if Obama learned nothing from the last financial crisis, and the answer is no. The fault in his eyes is that government lacked regulatory power and made insufficient "investments" -- problems he is actively addressing.

BOMBSHELL REPORT: Valerie Jarrett Gave the Orders on 9/11/2012 and Blocked Rescue in Benghazi

And such a report is entirely believable, given that Jarrett nixed the raid on Bin Laden three separate times. Chip Jones of The Conservative Report writes:

Valerie Jarrett, Commander in Chief

Confidential sources close to Conservative Report have confirmed that Valerie Jarrett was the key decision-maker for the administration, the night of the Benghazi terrorist attack on 9/11/2012.

The chronology of the evening of 9/11 are as follows:
At approximately 5 PM Washington time, reports came in through secure-channels that Special Mission Benghazi was under attack. Secretary of Defense, Leon Panetta and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey summoned the President, and briefed him on the crisis, face to face.

Subsequent to that brief meeting, President Obama proceeded to the White House to dine in his living quarters.

After supper, Barack Obama had a telephone conference scheduled with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu...  As that meeting drew to a close, Ms. Jarrett, who is also the Assistant to the President for Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs, went from the living quarters to the White House Situation Room, where the attack in Benghazi was being monitored by Dempsey, Panetta and other top-ranking officials.

Whether she was instructed by the President to go there, or if she went of her own volition, is only known by the President and herself.

A critical question that needed to be answered, and the sole military-order that could have launched offensive-actions, neutralizing the Ansar al Sharia terrorists attacks on the Mission (the purpose of which are detailed here) and its subsequent attacks on the adjacent CIA Annex, was the issuance of “Cross Border Authority”, an order that can only be issued by the Commander in Chief himself.

As was reported earlier by Conservative Report, Cross Border Authority was denied... Two revelations are deeply troubling:
First, it is reported that an Army Special Forces team was present with an AC-130U Spooky (also known as a Spectre Gunship) on the tarmac at the airport in Tripoli, Libya. The Spooky is a technologically sophisticated, tactical aircraft, operated by the U.S. Air Force Special... The AC-130U Spooky is equipped with weapons that sync with laser-designators, like those that Woods, Doherty and Ubben had on that lonely rooftop above the CIA Annex. The laser-designator was used to “paint” the mortar targets during the attack, subsequently claiming the lives of Woods and Doherty, and leaving Ubben without a leg. Had the AC-130U been on station, over the CIA Annex in Benghazi, moments before the mortar rounds were fired, instead of "awaiting further instructions," the entire outcome of the Benghazi fiasco would have been different.

Add to that, a team of Green Berets on the ground to secure and/or evacuate the Annex, and the outcome would have been two SEALS still alive, and a mess of dead terrorists.

The second, and most troubling aspect of the refusal to issue Cross Border Authority is who issued the refusal. Rather than the President, the Commander In Chief, making critical decisions, granting or denying the authority to initiate offensive-actions in support of our valiant fighting men, the decision not to take action was made by a person, to whom the people did not elect, nor did the Congress have confirmation power over.

The military-order, not to initiate action, saving our men in Benghazi, was issued by the President's Advisor, Valerie Jarrett.

And this is a “phony” scandal?

This report would certainly explain the serial lies, cover-ups, and obfuscation by this administration.

Could someone find out what bar John Boehner is in and buy him shots of Glenfiddich until he agrees to name a Select Investigative Committee on Benghazi?
