Illinois and Quinn and the debt
Our taxes were raised over 60% to help pay the debt. We now have the worst debt than any state. Now Quinn wants to borrow anothe 600 million to pay bills. The union pensions are killing the debt even more. How can they say the state is buisness friendly? The so called tax holiday wo got we turn around and give it back to the state!
