What a stupid move. He claims to be laser focused on jobs and here he is STOPPNG lots ofjobs from the building a production and moving and refining and maintaing the pipeline. He blamed the Republicans for rushing him. What a LAME excuse. He is an IDIOT!! He is putting his re-election first over jobs. This would not cost taxpayers a dime. So what is his problem? The environmental idiots are paying his campaign and they dont want it. What Hacks!! This goofball and his admin needs to go is November!
