Democrat Senate majority leader Harry Reid, who may have less than pure motives in the Obama BLM’s invasion of the Bundy Ranch in Nevada, is saying that the standoff with rancher Cliven Bundy, the last rancher in Clark County, Nevada, is “not over.”
“Well, it’s not over,” Reid told KRNV today. “We can’t have an American people that violates the law and then just walk away from it. So, it’s not over,” Reid said. Reid’s words fly in the face of Neil Kornze, the Obama Bureau of Land Management, coincidentally a former longtime (2003 to 2011) aide of Reid’s, who issued a statement Saturday promising that the Obama BLM would return the cattle it had taken from Mr. Bundy, due to safety concerns of both the public and government employees, and that the issue was over.
