An intriguing scenario came to mind. If Dr. Ben Carson became the GOP presidential nominee, how would the Democrats craft their plan to destroy Dr. Carson, a black man, without being called racist?
Well, first of all, no one in the mainstream media will accuse a Democrat of racism. Democrats got an automatic pass even when they published demeaning racist cartoons of former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and called her a “house nigga.”
A Democrat defaced a photo of black Republican Michael Steele painting him in black face. The caption below the shameful photo read, “Simple Sambo wants to move to the big house.”
Democrat Andrew Barovick tweeted that black Republican former candidate Christopher Moss should be the “spokes-model for Cream of Wheat or Uncle Ben's Rice.”
Homosexual activist George Takei called Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas “a clown in black-face sitting there on the Supreme Court.” Takei's comment drew very little, if any, criticism from the mainstream media. Had a Republican made the same comment, it would be promoted as evidence of GOP racism -- the lead news story for a week.
During Obama's campaign and presidency, the Left/Democrats branded all opposition to Obama's agenda as racism against a black man. So how can the Left/Democrats turn around and launch a shock and awe campaign to destroy Dr. Ben Carson, a black man -- portray Dr. Carson as the spawn of Satan in the minds of millions? One thing we do know is Democrats and their Leftist media operatives are shameless. They will not be deterred by their obvious hypocrisy.
As a matter of fact, the fact that Dr. Carson is a black conservative Republican will heighten the Left's resolve to destroy the stupid Uncle Tom traitor-to-his-race SOB. The Left only likes blacks who further their lie that blacks are victims in eternally racist America. Sadly, a majority of blacks have been brainwashed into believing the lie that Democrats are their saviors, offering government programs, lowered standards and fighting off the majority of Americans who are racist.
Now get this, folks, evidence that the American dream is working for blacks is everywhere. In the humble black Baltimore suburban community where I grew up, kids and grand-kids grew up and replaced the original homes with mansions. And yet, even many of these successful blacks still believe the Democrats' lie that blacks can't catch a break in our country.
Self-confident uppity blacks like Dr. Carson who achieve world renown via education, hard work, and morally right choices really p--- the Left off.
One Democrat tactic to destroy Dr. Carson will be to sell the notion that he is not authentically black. The Democrats will assign their media buddies to drill Dr. Carson on the last time he visited a KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken). “Dr. Carson, name one rap artist you enjoy.” Don't laugh, folks. This is what the in-bed-with-the-Democrats media did to Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz, drilling him on what Hispanic foods he likes and his favorite Hispanic musical artists.
I envision a Leftist journalist releasing an explosive hit-piece article exposing the fact that Dr. Carson can't dance, is void of rhythm. There will be talk of a viral photo of Dr. Carson, caught eating sushi.
“Dr Carson, when is the last time you ate watermelon?” Okay, the Leftist media probably will not go there.
Oh, I almost forgot, one glaring “tell” that Dr. Carson is not authentically black is I am pretty sure he has a photo ID. The Left/Democrats have said acquiring a photo ID is far too challenging for blacks. Therefore, requiring a photo ID to vote is racist and disenfranchises blacks. So, if Dr. Carson has a photo ID, he is obviously nothing more than a white guy in black skin.
Dr. Carson boldly professes his Christianity. The Left/Democrats will exploit Dr. Carson's faith as another way to demonize him -- claiming it automatically makes him a hater of homosexuals.
Rather than convincing voters of the superior merit of their agenda, Democrats usually win elections by convincing voters that Republicans are evil. For the Democrats to win the WH, they must convince millions of voters that retired neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson is evil. That is a huge mountain for the Left/Democrats to climb. For crying out loud, the guy specialized in saving kids’ lives (pediatrics).
In 1987, Dr. Carson became the first surgeon to successfully separate conjoined twins joined at the head -- the Binder twins.
If the Left really gave a rat's derriere about inspiring urban blacks that are dropping out of school and killing each other in record numbers, the Left/Democrats would celebrate Dr. Carson rather than launch a full court press effort to destroy him. Dr. Carson should be held up high to black youths as a shining example of what can be achieved in America if you do the right thing. Ironically, this is the reason the Left/Democrats feel they must destroy him.
I am not endorsing Dr. Carson for president. In all honesty, Ted Cruz is at the top of my list. However, it is too early to go all-in for a candidate. I just thought it interesting to ponder how the Left-wing (mainstream media) /Democrats would go about destroying this remarkable, good, decent and honorable man who epitomizes all that is great about America.
