After nearly two days of hoopla over the so-called “deal” we struck with Iran, the unthinkable happened. Finally.
Someone — a journalist, no less! — asked President Obama about the four American hostages who remain held by Iran. You know, the four American citizens whose freedom was left off the negotiating table in they “historic” deal?
Well, it was about time someone brought that up. But President Obama sure didn’t like it.
Watch his face closely as Obama scolds CBS’s Major Garrett, the one who dared ask:
Kudos to CBS’s Major Garrett for not giving President Obama a pass on this important question. Seeing how our flatlining president struggled to maintain his cool — and restrain his visible anger — you clearly struck a nerve. Which is good to see, given how much our government’s apparent dismissal of these four Americans has been getting on our nerves.
