Tom Cotton is a veteran and a rising star in Conservative politics. He doesn’t mince words, and his latest declaration from Washington D.C. sounds like a Hollywood “who done it.”
Tuesday on the O’Reilly Factor, Tom Cotton revealed that he knows who wiretapped and leaked the Flynn phone details.
So far only one thing is clear. Flynn was tapped. The NSA refuses to confirm or deny whether they did it. However, as O’Reilly pointed out, most of these taps happened at the Russian Embassy. As everyone knows the Russian Embassy is not part of the United States. In other words, the Russians aren’t tapping themselves, but we tap them. Nothing new.
However, what is new is tapping Trump Towers.
Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch, wants answers. The conservative group has filed a lawsuit against the CIA, the DOJ and the treasury. Fitton wants the American people to know exactly from where these taps came. He wants to know what information they contain and why Flynn was tapped in the first place.
“President Trump is on to something,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said in a statement. “The Obama-connected wiretapping and illegal leaks of classified material concerning President Trump and General Flynn are a scandal.”
The lawsuit is asking for any and all records of Flynn’s conversations to be released.
Meanwhile Tom Cotton has the answers.
Cotton might be the youngest Senator on Capitol Hill, but he knows what’s going down. Cotton is a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee. He stated that the committee just received documents and are investigating.
Below is a partial excerpt from his conversation on The O’Reilly Factor. Cotton confirms the communications between Flynn and Russian ambassador were wiretapped. Further, he admits knowing which agency was in charge of the tap and who ordered it.
O’REILLY: “Do you know who ordered it?”COTTON: “Bill, as a member of the intelligence community, I am aware of and I follow up closely —O’REILLY: “So you know, you know — now we’re getting somewhere. We you know who did it. I understand it is classified, but you know President Trump could make it unclassified like that. You can tell me who ordered it. Let’s hope he does that.”
Not only did Cotton reveal that the DOJ has been leaking classified information, he went into more detail. He knows the information trail from the FBI to Obama staffers. Cotton went so far as to say they know which Obama administration employees leaked said info to the press.
The plot has indeed thickened. This will end up a blockbuster on the big screen.
But there will be no Hollywood ending for quite a few Leftists.
