House Intel Committee Postpones Hearing on Trump Dossier After FBI Misses THIRD Deadline to Hand Over Subpoenaed Docs

The House Intel Committee postponed a hearing on the debunked Russian dossier scheduled for Thursday after the FBI missed their THIRD deadline to hand over subpoenaed documents.

The House Intelligence Committee has postponed a quietly scheduled open hearing intended to nudge the Department of Justice into complying with a subpoena related to a controversial dossier linking President Trump to Russia.

 Talks are ongoing between the Justice Department and the committee over what information the department will provide and how. Committee Chairman Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) is scheduled to meet with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on Thursday as part of the negotiations.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) blasted the Justice Department and FBI for not complying, “Why is the FBI so focused on keeping Congress in the dark?”

The Gateway Pundit reported Friday that a third deadline passed for the FBI and Justice Department to hand over subpoenaed documents to the House Intelligence Committee relating to the debunked Russian dossier.

The big question is, did the FBI actually use this garbage dossier to obtain a FISA warrant like reports suggest?

CNN reported last Monday that Obama’s FBI indeed wiretapped Trump’s campaign manager, Paul Manafort before, during and after the 2016 presidential election. CNN is even admitting that Trump himself may have been caught up in the surveillance.

The Obama FBI used a secret court order to wiretap Manafort. We the people deserve to know if the debunked dossier was used to obtain this FISA warrant in order to spy on Trump’s camp.

The Washington Examiner reports:

Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes originally set a Sept. 1 deadline for production of the dossier documents. The FBI did not comply. Nunes then extended the deadline to Sept. 14. The FBI did not comply. Then Nunes extended the deadline again, to Sept. 22. Now, again, the FBI has not complied.

There’s a lot at stake. Nunes is currently traveling in the Middle East, so it is not clear what the next step will be, or when it will happen. But so far, the FBI and the Justice Department do not appear to be in the mood to comply with the subpoena.

 What we do know is that Comey cited this dossier in some of his briefings:

FBI Director James Comey has cited the dossier in some of his briefings with lawmakers in recent weeks as one of the information sources used by his bureau to bolster its probe, U.S. officials briefed on the investigation told CNN.

We also know that Fusion GPS, the company that commissioned the dossier is a Democrat oppo research firm. Via Paul Sperry of the New York Post:

A secretive Washington firm that commissioned the dubious intelligence dossier on Donald Trump is stonewalling congressional investigators trying to learn more about its connections to the Democratic Party.

Fusion GPS was on the payroll of an unidentified Democratic ally of Clinton when it hired a long-retired British spy to dig up dirt on Trump. In 2012, Democrats hired Fusion GPS to uncover dirt on GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney. And in 2015, Democrat ally Planned Parenthood retained Fusion GPS to investigate pro-life activists protesting the abortion group.

With just ten days to go before he was sworn in as America’s forty-fifth president, the political establishment went nuclear on President-elect Donald Trump with a double-barreled blast of “leaked” “intelligence” reports by CNN and BuzzFeed.

The documents contained explosive, but unverified, opposition research that alleged intel ties between Russia and Trump and also claims Russia holds sexual blackmail material over Trump.

One of the most outrageous unconfirmed allegations in the report claims the Russians recorded Trump watching Russian prostitutes urinate on each other in a Moscow hotel room previously occupied by President and Mrs. Barack Obama.

 According to the “leaked” “intelligence” documents: Trump disliked Obama so much that he hired two Russian hookers to piss on a bed that Obama slept on in Russia.

And the liberal media and Secret Service and John McCain believed this nonsense?
