VIDEO: RACE WARS AND REALITY – Behind the scene in Ferguson

In this hard hitting video Bill Whittle explains the epidemic of “White on Black” crime that is purported to be occurring all across our nation. An epidemic of white cops shooting unarmed black teens simply because they are black. An epidemic that, from what we hear on the news, is sure to be infiltrating every village in our land.
Since the Ferguson, MO, shooting of Michael Brown by a white policeman, American media has told us, yet again, that there is an epidemic of crime against black people in this country. Before we proceed to right this wrong there is one critical question that must first be answered:
Is there really a race war epidemic? And if so, who is actually waging it?
When Obama was elected, his promises were over the top, his fan base was reeling, and his “hope and change” mantra resonated with the people who were wanting more. I heard nothing in the way of a plan to accomplish these objectives, but I did have one great hope. When Obama was elected my one great hope was, if he accomplish nothing else, that the lines of racial division would fade, the cries of black inequality would disappear and his legacy would be to leave behind a racially healed nation.
In that hope I have been sorely disappointed. Rather than interpret the self-evident Presidential election as a major victory for a post-racial future, the racial crevasse has only been deepened, severely deepened. Yes, Mr. President, it is noble to comfort the loved ones of the deceased, but why are they usually black? Yes, justice must always be served, but why Mr. President, do you come out in support of black criminals before you know anything about the crime. Yes, it is tragic that Treyvon Martin could be your son, but so could all of the white youth that have died on the streets of America. What about them?
For the first time in our world a primarily white society elected a black man to the highest office in the land. Surely that was an olive branch of the highest order. Surely the sordid inequality of our dark ages had finally become a thing of the past.
Surely the dreams of Martin Luther King had finally come true.
There are few things in this world that I hate, but I hate the fact that we as American elected a president who, rather than seize upon his unique opportunity to further integrate the American people, has consistently acted to enhance the racial rage that has served him so well. It is only when this stops and we erase the racial line in the mind of every American that we will finally have the racially healed nation we so ardently desire.
Is there an epidemic of racial violence loose in America today?
Watch this video to see what goes on behind the scene in the race wars of America . . .
