On Wednesday night, Democrat candidates savagely attacked each other in Nevada, while the audience cheered on socialized medicine, wealth taxes, and identity politics. Meanwhile, also on Wednesday night, Trump-supporters in Arizona cheered mightily as two men reverently carried a 100-year-old WWII veteran to his seat at a Trump rally.
From the beginning, Democrats have denigrated not just Trump, but his supporters. Immediately in the wake of the election, the word went out from Democrat headquarters: Trump supporters are evil, racist, sexist, homophobic people who must be shunned. Every Trump-supporter remembers being "unfriended" on Facebook, harangued on the streets, hated in Hollywood, and attacked on every media platform.
The reality is different — as reality always is once you step back from the Democrat narratives. After all, Trump-supporters are the direct political descendants of the sunshiny Tea Party people who left rally sites cleaner at rally's end than they were when the rallies began.
That same fundamental decency was on display again during the Trump rally in Phoenix on Wednesday night. The event generated a viral video showing Trump supporters carefully carrying 100-year-old World War II Navy veteran Ervin Julian down to his seat at the rally:

Trump's team instantly caught on to the fact that something special had happened, and Trump reported that information to the assembled crowd. More than that, Trump gave a big shout-out both the veteran and the men who carried him — and personally delivered signed hats to them, right at the rally:

I LOVE THIS SO MUCH.
This is who Trump and supporters are. They support people for their deeds, not their skin color or victim identity status.
One of Hillary's campaign slogans was "love trumps hate," but the reality is that the left is riddled with hate. Leftists hate the capitalism that has brought more people out of poverty than any other system in the world throughout the long span of human history. They hate "toxic" white men. They hate the patriarchy. They hate straight people. They hate Jews. They hate traditional Christians. They hate the military. They hate the Constitution. Most of all, they hate Donald Trump, who symbolizes everything they hate.
Meanwhile, in Trump's world, people love America, love the Constitution, love the military that's sustained freedom for so long, love the free market system, and love Israel and traditional Judeo-Christian values. Most importantly, they approach people without regard to race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, or anything else that tells one nothing about a person's heart and a person's values.
And yes, one can see all of that from a video showing two men reverently carrying a frail WWII veteran, as well as a rapturous crowd and the American president celebrating that moment.
