Former GOP Rep to Brother of Slain Border Patrol Agent: ‘I Met With AG Sessions to Get Fast & Furious Documents and He Said NO’

On Saturday, former Utah GOP Rep. Jason Chaffetz told Kent Terry, the brother of slain border patrol agent Brian Terry he asked AG Sessions for the Fast & Furious documents and the Attorney General said NO.

Brian Terry was a border patrol agent who was killed on December 14, 2010 because of former AG Eric Holder’s ‘Fast and Furious’ criminal gun running operation.
On Saturday, Kent Terry, brother of murdered border patrol agent Brian Terry pleaded with President Trump to reopen Obama’s criminal gun running scandal.
Kent Terry tweeted: #FastAndFurious @realDonaldTrump Sir it’s been 7 yrs .my family ask you reopen Obama’s gun scandal that cost my brother his life..I talk to you back on the campaign trail here in Michigan and you offered to reopen the books into this senseless scandal .thank you.God bless
Fox News contributor and former Utah GOP Rep Jason Chaffetz responded to Kent Terry and said he met with AG Jeff Sessions to get the Fast and Furious documents and Sessions said NO.
Chaffetz responded: I met with AG Sessions to get the Fast & Furious documents. He said NO and decided to let it continue to play out in court. Frustrating and disappointing to say the least. @realDonaldTrump #FastAndFurious
As The Gateway Pundit previously reportedon December 14, 2010 Border Patrol agent Brian Terry was gunned down in Peck Canyon along the Mexican border by Mexican drug cartel.
The gun used to kill Terry was supplied by Eric Holder’s Operation Fast and Furious while Terry was forced to defend himself with bean bags.
Holder’s Fast and Furious is responsible for over 200 murders including the death of a Mexican police chief Luis Lucio Rosales Astorga.
After the public and family member of Agent Brian Terry demanded answers from the Obama administration, in 2011 the courts decided to seal the records detailing his death. Agent Terry’s family then filed a $25 million lawsuit against the ATF for wrongdoing.
On June 29th, 2012, the GOP-led House voted to hold then-Attorney General Eric Holder in criminal contempt of Congress for failing to provide answers on Operation Fast and Furious.
Since Holder’s DOJ employees refused to prosecute their boss, it is time for Trump’s DOJ to reopen the Fast and Furious investigation.
Calls for Sessions to resign are growing.
Lou Dobbs and Judge Pirro both hammered Sessions this week calling for his resignation and harshly criticizing him for his inaction to prosecute in the face of overwhelming criminal activity by Obama’s DOJ and FBI.
