Judge Emmet Sullivan is demanding Special Counsel Robert Mueller to release the original 302 report from the Michael Flynn interrogation in January 2017.

The original 302 report is still missing!
Mueller HAS NOT turned it over!

The only known 302 report provided by Robert Mueller to Judge Emmet Sullivan this week was a report created on July 19, 2017, six months after the setup of Flynn by FBI agents in the White House in January.

 

Attorney Sidney Powell argued on Sunday that recent facts revealed that Robert Mueller has destroyed evidence and obstructed justice in the Michael Flynn case.

On the eve of Michael Flynn’s sentencing hearing tomorrow, the judge has ordered Mueller’s office to publicly file a redacted version of the 302 (interview notes) that an FBI agent prepared after Flynn’s Jan. 24, 2017 interview — the one he later admitted lying at according to his charges.

Mueller failed to file the original 302 report as Jordan Schachtel and others suspected!
