Levin: This One-Minute Video of Democrat Witnesses Is ‘Case Closed’ on Impeachment

“I don’t need 24 hours; I don’t need three days” to prove President Donald Trump is innocent and should be acquitted in his Senate impeachment trial, Constitutional Scholar and “Life, Liberty, and Levin” Host Mark Levin said on his Sunday television show.

Levin said Americans should consider what Democrats’ own key witnesses testified during the House impeachment hearings:

“Let’s look at what the individuals who Adam Schiff and Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats – by the way, almost all of them are hearsay witnesses, first-hand witnesses to nothing – but, what did they have to say about impeachment and ‘high crimes’ and all the rest of it?

“Let’s take a look.”

Levin, then, played a video montage of Democrat impeachment witnesses testifying under oath that they do not have any evidence of quid pro quo, bribery, any criminal activity, “any nefarious motivations to withhold aid to Ukraine,” or “strings attached” to the aid:

·         Former U.S. Special Envoy to the Ukraine Kurt Volker

·         Former European Affairs official Tim Morrison

·         National Security Council Official Lt. Col. Vindman,

·         Under Sec. of State David Hale

·         Former Ambassador to the Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch,

·         Former Acting Ambassador to the Ukraine Bill Taylor

Both Democrats and Republicans were given up to 24 hours and three days to make their cases, but this one-minute, ten-second video is all that’s necessary to declare “case closed,” Levin said:

“That was a minute, ten seconds. Now, you won’t see any of that video – not on the Democrats’ side. House managers didn’t play it.

“That was a minute and ten seconds. I don’t need 24 hours. I don’t need three days.

“Case closed.”
