State of the state speech I got out of it that we need to invest, invest, invest? That means spend spend spend. Where is the money going to come from.....more taxing? This state is the worst of 50 states(57 to obama) and Quinn acts like nwe have no money problems. What a loser!! Him and Obama must be sleeping together to have the same ideas!
