BLACK LIVES MATTER DEMANDS HILLARY CLINTON PARDON ‘VICTIMS’ OF 1994 CRIME BILL

The Maggots are making more Stupid demands

Black Lives Matter activists don’t understand a lot of things, and negotiation is at the top of that list. They are currently demanding that Hillary Clinton pardon all of the so-called victims of the 1994 crime bill, without offering anything in return. Never mind that Hillary, as First Lady, did not pass that bill or that her current status as unemployed grandmother doesn’t grant her the power to pardon anyone.

Blacks and whiney liberals blame The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994, signed by Hillary’s hubby Bill, for the mass incarceration of black people. Mind you, nobody is trying to say that the black people in prison are innocent, they just argue that it’s racist to imprison black people for crimes they have committed. And let’s face it, that’s a pretty weak argument.

A BLM offshoot known as The Philly Coalition for REAL Justice has taken this weak argument and turned it into a weak demand. This is what they want from Hillary and it’s in all-caps so you know they are serious:

– THE PRESIDENT HAS THE POWER TO PARDON ANY FEDERAL PRISONER.

– HILLARY SUPPORTED THE ’94 CRIME BILL THAT DIRECTLY ANS INDIRECTLY CONTRIBUTED TO MASS INCARCERATION.

– DEMAND HILLARY ATONE BY COMMITTING TO PARDON ALL CURRENT AND FORMER FEDERAL PRISONERS UNJUSTLY CONVICTED OR SENTENCED AS A RESULT OF THE ’94 CRIME BILL.

I’m sure you can see the first problem with this demand: Hillary Clinton is not the president. The only thing she can pardon is herself for passing gas at an inopportune time. Though she will likely be running against Donald Trump, she is also likely to be indicted for her illegal private e-mail server. Chances are, Hillary Clinton will never be president, but she will probably join black federal prisoners in begging for a pardon.

The next problem concerns the “unjustly convicted” part of the demand. Everyone in federal prison was given a fair trial and convicted of crimes that are on the books. These are not innocent people sitting in prison on made up charges.

The basic gripe from the “justice reformers” is that blacks are jailed disproportionately for drug offenses. This demand also misses on that front as most people in federal prison are there for something other than drugs. Were talking rape, battery, murder, and weapons convictions. Even the ones in for drugs have rap sheets a mile long with violent crime convictions. These are bad people we do not want back on the streets.

Lastly, the vast majority of prisoners in the federal penitentiary system are not black. This shouldn’t even be a race issue because most prisoners are white. I somehow doubt Black Lives Matter is fighting to get white criminals out of jail.

Like all Black Lives Matter demands, The Philly Coalition for REAL Justice, is not trying to negotiate in good faith. They are just saying, “do it or else!” What they fail to understand is they are not negotiating from a position of strength and they have no bargaining power. There’s only a small handful of guilty liberals that take their whacko bullshit seriously, and even they will only play lip-service to their demands.

Hillary Clinton might pretend that she hears what BLM is saying and will continue to fight for them, but in reality, she like everyone else on the left, will not suddenly decriminalize crime and flood our streets with violent criminals in the name of social justice.
