The new attack on Justice Kavanaugh is not about the judge as much as trying to delegitimize him, but extension the Supreme Court itself. Which would give blue states an excuse to ignore SC rulings.
A new SC session is starting soon and 3 major cases are coming up which the left are expecting to lose.
1. A case that will allow citizens to carry in N.Y. outside the house. This will effect several states. (NJ, DC, CA to name a few)
2. Citizenship question on census
3. Trump's authority to get rid of DACA
ALL 3 cases will effect the left agenda for decades to come.
So remember, it is not about Kavanaugh as much as it about trying to delegitimize the Supreme Court.
