Obama to Sharpton: Helping rich only thing that 'binds' GOP together

This is Class Warfare and flat out a Liar. He is definetly going after the Low information voter here! He again would veto anything that would stop this, and now this POS is blaming everyone else because they are not fixing it. I would say screw you, fix it yourself. Oh and by the way he got his wealthy tax hikes and spent all that already in Sandy relief and other bull crap spending. Now this Liberal Ass wants more taxes from the wealthy and Corporations, and to do what??  Spend more?    No Cuts??  No Way! He has no Balanced approach.....Taxing, Spending, no Cuts.......That is not to balanced!

Appearing on Al Sharpton's radio program on Thursday, President Obama said the only thing keeping the Republican Party together is its desire to help rich people, Politicoreported.

“My sense is that their basic view is that nothing is important enough to raise taxes on wealthy individuals or corporations," he said. "And they would prefer to see these kinds of cuts that could slow down our recovery over closing tax loopholes, and that’s the thing that binds their party together at this point,” headded.

Obama also claimed that "75 percent" of the country support his "balanced approach" of tax increases and spending cuts, but attackedRepublicans for arguing there needs to be more cuts.

“Unfortunately, I think Republicans right now have been so dug in on this notion of never raising taxes that it becomes difficult for them to see an obvious answer right in front of them,” he said.

Obama's comments did not go over well with conservatives like PJ Media's Bryan Preston who wrote that his words "are proof that Barack Obama is a bigot" and, he added, "you can’t argue with bigots."

"They’re closed-minded and impervious to facts and reason. He’s an arrogant Daily Kossack with real power, uneducatable to any view that he does not already hold," he wrote.

But Preston was just getting warmed up.

"Tactically," he said, "it’s stupid to insult people you’re negotiating with if you want to reach a deal, as Obama has done here, but it’s obvious that he doesn’t want a deal."

According to Preston, Obama simply wants to fight and "careen" from one manufactured crisis to another.

"He’ll ruin us and laugh about it the whole time," Preston said.

Hot Air's Guy Benson said that Obama's "uncharitable caricature comes as no surprise."

Breitbart's Ben Shapiro noted that Republicans just signed off on tax increases less than two months ago to avoid the so-called fiscal cliff.

"But to admit that would be to give the lie to Obama’s central thesis: his opposition isn’t principled, it’s venal," he added.
