There are a few things that we should keep in mind about Ahmed Mohamed and the clock he alleges to have “built.” Among the first things we need to know is that he did not build an actual clock.
In a recent video that was posted shortly after the story broke, Thomas Talbot claims that the clock Ahmed claimed to invent was a simple, commercial bedside alarm clock and nothing more. In fact, he doesn’t even think Ahmed even put it together.
Talbot has uploaded his own video of a personal clock-like device that he created several years ago.
Talbot said, “This is a commercial alarm clock as you would purchase in any department store and use at your bedside. All that he did was remove the plastic case from the alarm clock. This is not an invention. This is not something that someone built or even assembled.”
Watch the short video and Talbot demonstrates his claims. I have no reason to believe he is anything but trustworthy in his assessment.
However, the question comes to mind as to why this took place in Irving. If you recall, earlier this year, Muslims were up in arms in Irving and specifically angry with mayor of Irving Beth Van Duyne over a bill that would ban all foreign law in Texas, including Islamic Sharia.
Van Duyne warned Islamist that she would not be deterred nor bullied because of their temper tantrums, and encouraged them to “respect, obey and embrace” the laws of Texasand the US.
And who was spearheading all of the attacks on the mayor and the city council? None other than designated terror group CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations), the same organization that is backing young jihadist Ahmed Mohamed.
Also, keep in mind that Irving is the outpost for a Sharia Tribunal, which was set up in Dallas. Interestingly enough, Obama’s former Homeland Security Advisor and pro-MuslimBrotherhood Islamic imam, Mohamed Elibiary, left DC for Texas last year to work in his Freedom & Justice Foundation, located in nearby Dallas.
Doesn’t anyone find all of this suspicious? It seems to me that the area of Irving, Texas is a testing ground for pushing Sharia. This latest bit of propaganda by Ahmed seems to me to push people to be afraid and cower to the religion of pieces, but I think it’s time the people of Irving put their foot down about Sharia once and for all…. And about Islam too!
One also has to wonder at the entire timeline of events regarding Ahmed and his being handcuffed. If someone seriously thought his clock was a bomb, why wouldn’t they have sought to get everyone away from it, instead of doing what the police did?
In my opinion, the whole thing smells, and smells bad. My guess is this is just anotherattempt to either terrorize the community into submission or look to sue the town of Irving for the idiotic actions of Ahmed Mohamed. Either way, you can rest assured there is an agenda going on here and that CAIR is behind it.
