HUGE WIN! Appeals Court Rejects Arizona Democrat Secretary of State’s Request to Withhold List of 218,000 Registered Voters Who Did Not Provide Proof of Citizenship – He Must Produce List Today!

 

 

Last week America First Legal won big in a lawsuit against Arizona’s Democrat Secretary of State Adrian Fontes.

The Superior Court of Arizona last week ordered Secretary Fontes to release the list of up to 218,000 registered voters who did not provide proof of citizenship as required by law.

Secretary Fontes was ordered to release the list by Monday, but he appealed the judge’s ruling to the appeals court.

On Monday, the appeals court rejected Secretary Fontes’s emergency motion for a stay and ordered him to release the list immediately.

 

Fontes previously claimed a computer glitch allowed more than 200,000 people in Arizona to register without proof of citizenship so America First Legal sued him on behalf of Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona, known as “EZAZ.org.”

“At trial, Secretary Fontes testified that his office only possesses a partial list of 98,000 of the 218,000 affected individuals because the Arizona Motor Vehicles Division has not yet provided him with a complete list. However, the court found that Secretary Fontes “provided inconsistent testimony on this point” and that “[h]is testimony suggested that he lacked detailed familiarity with the AZSOS’s efforts with regard to the issue and with regard to the records in the possession of the AZSOS related to the 218,000 individuals.” The court’s order requires Secretary Fontes to produce the list of 98,000 individuals that he has along with any other personally identifying information that he has about the 218,000 individuals,” America First Legal reported.

“Secretary Fontes announced in September that a longtime computer glitch had allowed 218,000 individuals to register to vote without providing proof of citizenship, even though Arizona law requires such proof. Earlier this month, AFL sued to obtain this list on behalf of the Strong Communities Foundation of Arizona, known as “EZAZ.org.” Arizona’s Public Records Law requires Secretary Fontes to produce this type of voter information for members of the public who request it, and Secretary Fontes’s Office regularly produces voter lists in response to such requests. After Secretary Fontes violated the law and refused to hand over these records, AFL swiftly sued to demand accountability,” AFL reported.

Harris Campaign Says Results Could Take ‘Several Days’ After Dems Threaten to Flood Airwaves if Trump Declares Victory Before ‘All Votes’ are Counted

The Harris campaign has said election results could take “several days” to come in.

The claim comes just days after Democrats threatened to flood social media and the airwaves if former President Donald Trump declared victory before all votes were counted.

“We believe this race is going to be incredibly close,” campaign chair Jen O’Malley Dillon told reporters, according to an article from The Hill.

Dillon continued, “So, we may not know the results of this election for several days, but we are very focused on staying calm and confident throughout this period as the process goes through. And we really know that we as a campaign have a really important role to play in keeping people calm and communicating and being transparent about our process.”

“O’Malley Dillon outlined that by the end of Tuesday night, the campaign expects ‘near complete’ results from Georgia, North Carolina and Michigan and “partial results” from Pennsylvania, Wisconsin and Arizona,” The Hill reports. “She said that by Wednesday morning, it expects ‘most results’ from Wisconsin, and additional results from Pennsylvania and Michigan and past Wednesday, it expects ‘additional results’ from Pennsylvania, Arizona and Nevada.”

Dillon said votes will continue to be counted for “many days.”

The campaign chair pointed out that ballots can arrive and be accepted until Saturday in Nevada — and Pennsylvania prohibits counting provisional ballots until Friday.

“So that just means that we’re going to continue to see new votes being reported for many days after Election Day, and that’s obviously not a sign of fraud, it’s just the way it works,” O’Malley Dillon said.

Meanwhile, Democrat operatives are threatening a digital riot if Trump dares to declare victory before every vote is counted.

A report from Reuters over the weekend cited six Democratic Party and Harris campaign officials, who said they plan to fight Trump’s declaration of victory in the court of public opinion.

“We are sadly ready if he does and, if we know that he is actually manipulating the press and attempting to manipulate the consensus of the American people … we are prepared to respond,” Harris told ABC on Wednesday.

Reuters reports, “She gave no details of those preparations, but six Democratic Party and Harris campaign officials said the initial fight against any early Trump victory claim would take place in the court of public opinion. They plan to flood social media and television airwaves with demands that all votes be counted before victories are declared.”

“As soon as he (Trump) falsely declares victory, we’re ready to get up on TV and provide the truth and tap a broad network of people who can use their influence to push back,” a top official with the Democratic National Committee told Reuters.

A Harris campaign official also told reporters on a press call that they “fully expect” Trump to prematurely declare victory.

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi stumbled over her slurred words as she accused former President Donald Trump of suffering from “cognitive degeneration.”

Pelosi, 84, made the incredibly ironic remarks during an appearance on Jen Psaki’s MSNBC show.

Trump outraged the ancient politician and pundit by saying at a Pennsylvania rally that for a shooter to hit him again, they would have to “shoot through the fake news, and I don’t mind that so much.”

“I have a piece of glass over here, and I don’t have a piece of glass there, and I have this piece of glass here,” Trump said.

“All we have really over here is the fake news,” Trump continued. “And to get me, somebody would have to shoot through the fake news. And I don’t mind that so much.”

Pelosi responded to the remarks in her usual barely coherent way.

“I think what the ex-president just said is further indication of his cognitive degeneration,” Pelosi said. “You saw recently how he was talking about whether he chose electrocution or being eaten by sharks.”

“Something’s very wrong there,” Pelosi continued. “And it also is diminishing the power of the press, which is the guardian of our freedom in our country. So, I think people who might thinking about voting for him have to know that he can’t last as president for four years with his brain deteriorating at the rate that it is, and is clearly evident. And, they may be voting President Vance, which would be a horrible thing for our country.”

Steven Cheung, the Trump campaign communications director, said that the Republican presidential nominee was referring to “threats against him that were spurred on by dangerous rhetoric from Democrats.”

“President Trump was brilliantly talking about the two assassination attempts on his own life, including one that came within 1/4 of an inch from killing him, something that the Media constantly talks and jokes about,” the statement began. “The President’s statement about protective glass placement has nothing to do with the Media being harmed, or anything else. It was about threats against him that were spurred on by dangerous rhetoric from Democrats.”

The statement continued, “In fact, President Trump was stating that the Media was in danger, in that they were protecting him and, therefore, were in great danger themselves, and should have had a glass protective shield, also. There can be no other interpretation of what was said. He was actually looking out for their welfare, more than his own!”

‘Transgender’ Biological Man Sues Hooters for Refusing to Hire Him After He Was Banned from Restaurant

 The Stupidity is strong in this one.  Companies and employers  send letters all the time to applicants that they did not meet the criteria for the job or they found someone more qualified.  Then it says he was kicked out of the building and now he wants to work there? Here is a Stupid one trying to make it about his lifestyle?

A “transgender” biological man who identifies as a woman has filed a lawsuit against Hooters for refusing to hire him — after he was already banned from the restaurant for sexually harassing waitresses.

The allegations in the lawsuit have caused leftist protesters to target the restaurant in Colonie, New York, twice.

“I’m suing Hooters for sex-based discrimination, on the basis of accommodation and on the basis of employment,” said Brandy Livingston, according to a report from News 10. “They would use male pronouns. They would refer to me as ‘he.'”

Livingston claims that the staff was also upset about his use of the women’s restroom.

“I overheard one of the servers after I left the restroom talking to one of the managers and said that, ‘Why are you allowing him in the women’s restroom?’ And the manager said, ‘Oh, I don’t like it any more than you do’,” he told News 10.

Despite repeated clashes with the staff, Livingston applied to work at the Hooters location three times.

“I said, do you want to see my experience or anything? Because I had previous jobs I had written down. And he said, “Oh, we don’t care about experience. We hire on the basis of personality. And there’s an image that needs to be met,” Livingston said.

News 10 reports:

Hooters has fired back. Saying through their lawyers, that Brandy was requested not to return to the restaurant because of what they say were her own offensive actions. They allege that Brandy on several occasions made sexually explicit comments to servers.

NEWS10’s Reporter, James De La Fuente told Brandy, “They just claimed that you had prior to transitioning and after you had, freely made multiple servers at the restaurant uncomfortable by informing them you wanted to marry them, discussing masturbation.”

To which Livingston replied, “That I never said anything about.”

De La Fuente then said, “at one point the Hooters company says that you had threatened to go to a gun range for practice for the next time you came to the restaurant.”

“My mom would take me to the gun range and for clay pigeon shooting, trap. I feel like one of the servers might have overheard what me and my dad were talking about and misunderstood what we were talking about,” explained Brandy.

The New York State Division of Human Rights determined that Hooters may have violated New York Executive Law 296 and will allow a hearing.

People with Harris Signs in Panic After Receiving Letters and Postcards Thanking Them for ‘Volunteering’ to House Migrant Families

Kamala Harris supporters across the country have been left rattled after receiving letters and postcards suggesting they will be “volunteering” to house migrant families.

While Democrats have championed open borders and humanitarian migrant policies, it seems when the issue is brought to their own doorsteps—literally—enthusiasm fades.

One Harris supporter in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, was shocked after receiving what appeared to be a postcard from Harris’s campaign.

When she flipped it over, the message informed her that a family of migrants from Nicaragua would be moving into her home, even specifying the date and listing food and transportation needs.

Similarly, in California’s Fresno County, several households with “Harris-Walz” yard signs were reportedly mailed letters suggesting their homes were selected as “sanctuary residences” for illegal immigrants, according to News Nation.

The letters, with messages in English, Spanish, and Arabic, warned that their homes would be listed as “sanctuary residences” for migrants if they left their signs up. Laval noted that the FBI and Fresno County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the incident.

“Somebody drove around our neighborhood, jotted down all of the street addresses that had Harris signs in their yards and sent them this letter,” said Carole Laval, a Democrat voter.

“To receive something like this, it’s un-American,” Laval said. “We’re exercising our right to free speech. This is not right.”

“I was angry. And it’s not deterring me from taking down my signs. I came down here to buy more signs,” Michele Richtel, a registered Democrat, said.
