California Gov. Jerry Brown Pardons Convictions of Five Men Facing Deportation

A True Un-American Classless Hack!

Jerry Brown (AP)

California “sanctuary state” Gov. Jerry Brown has empowered the lawyers for five convicts facing deportation with pardons for the crimes upon which their deportations are based.

Between the five foreign nationals are convictions of domestic violence, threatening a crime with intent to terrorize, drug possession, dealing drugs, obstructing a police officer, kidnapping, robbery, felon in possession of a firearm, and auto theft. Sokha Chhan and Phann Pheach face deportation to Cambodia, and Daniel Maher faces deportation to China, according to the Sacramento Bee. The home countries of Daniel Mena and Francisco Acevedo Alaniz were not immediately known.
Brown’s pardon of Maher for kidnapping, robbery, felon in possession of a firearm, and use of a firearm included a reinstatement of Maher’s “right to own, possess, and keep a firearm” to the extent allowable under the state penal code.
Brown issued 56 pardons in total and 14 commutations. The governor’s office posteddocumentation of each online.

The governor signed California’s sanctuary state policy into law last year. It went into effect at the start of 2018. The United States Department of Justice has fought back against this policy, with Attorney General Jeff Sessions threatening to withhold some federal funding.
President Donald Trump responded Saturday morning to Brown’s pardons, pointing to the crimes of the foreign nationals and asking if such pardons were the will of Californians:
Governor Jerry “Moonbeam” Brown pardoned 5 criminal illegal aliens whose crimes include (1) Kidnapping and Robbery (2) Badly beating wife and threatening a crime with intent to terrorize (3) Dealing drugs. Is this really what the great people of California want?
Asian Law Caucus immigration attorney Anoop Prasad told the Bee that the pardons “provide enormous benefit to immigrants facing deportation.” The deportations are based on the convicts’ crimes, and, as such, the pardons could help lawyers keep the foreign nationals from being deported. This is not the first time Brown has pardoned those at risk of deportation. According to the report, this is the third such instance.
Chhan, Pheach, and Maher have been in the U.S. with permanent residency, according to the Bee.

Brown has pardoned 1,519 individuals as governor of California in the late 70s and early 80 and since he returned to office in 2011.

The problem with all the criticism of Trump over Amazon

The Wall Street Journal ran an editorial on Friday titled "Trump Targets Amazon." The piece had a pull quote that said: "The President's tweets make any regulatory action seem political."
While they cited a few comparable examples of this from President Obama's time in office – Staples for high compensation, Anthem for high prices, and the Koch brothers for opposing renewable fuels, I do not recall them going after Obama as hard with the insert about him being political during his eight years in office.  The Obama administration was filled with huge examples of targeting private companies for punishment, and this targeting was obviously because of a political agenda.
Some examples:
  • Before Obama even took office, he said his actions were going to bankrupt coal companies and make utility rates skyrocket.  That was obviously political.  He was always favoring solar and wind over all fossil fuel companies.
  • Oil companies would get fined if they killed migratory birds, but wind and solar were basically given a pass.  If Obama, the EPA, and others actually cared about the wildlife wind and solar wouldn't get a pass.
  • Obama blocked pipelines – not based on environmental studies but based on the agenda of seeking to destroy fossil fuels.  It is actually safer to take oil underground versus above ground.
  • Obama went after for-profit universities but never held not-for-profit or public universities to the same standards.  Profit seemed to be a dirty word for Obama's administration.
  • Obama went after payday loan stores because he basically didn't like them.  If anyone wants to see fees that are way above usury rates, they should look at what government does.  For example, parking fees are routinely doubled if they are paid 21 days late.  Why is that acceptable, but not a fee on a payday loan?  The government under Obama was seeking to destroy the businesses.  I may not like the fees, but for a lot of people, that is the only credit they can get, and equating the fee to an interest rate is pure garbage.
Obamacare is the best example of a purely political agenda:
  • Obama and the Democrats always wanted single-payer government health care, and they knew they couldn't get that by the public, so they wrote a law that intentionally destroyed competition.  They continually trashed private health care companies for too much profit and greed.
  • Obama and his spokespeople knew that the law they were writing would not allow people to keep their doctors or health plans if they liked them, but they continually, knowingly lied to the public.  They also wrote the law with massive mandates, regulations, taxes, and fees, and yet they lied to the public that it would lower their costs.  The costs have skyrocketed.
  • As they told the public the law would expand competition, it was intentionally written to destroy competition.  There is no way that small and medium-sized companies could handle rules like no annual limits, no lifetime limits, and no ability to underwrite risk.  For years, the losses have been buried with billions of subsidies from the taxpayers.  The intent was always to destroy private industry, and once there were fewer choices for the public, the Democrats would say there was no other choice but government-run health care.
  • If Obama and the Democrats actually wanted to lower costs and get more competition, they certainly would not have taken away freedom of choice as to what type of policy to buy.  They would have just expanded high-risk pools, put in tort reform, allowed the purchase across state lines, and allowed freedom of choice as to what to include in policies.
Everything with Obamacare, including all the intentional lies, was political in nature to move over 15% of the economy from the private sector to the government.

As for Amazon:
The president is right that the people at Amazon shouldn't get away with what they do.  Anyone who sells his product through the Amazon website should collect and remit sales taxes.  Small vendors that sell out of their houses or local stores certainly don't have the capability to comply with sales tax laws, but Amazon does, so if people sell through Amazon or eBay, they should charge the tax so there is not an unfair advantage.  Amazon and eBay get fees if they sell the products so they should collect and remit the tax.
As for the Post Office, we know that the Post Office operates at a huge loss every year, so we have no idea if Amazon helps reduce its loss or increase its loss.  For example, if the Post Office has to pay overtime and higher pensions and keep more trucks on the road, does that increase or reduce their loss?
If the Post Office cost is $20 per package but gives Amazon and others a discounted price of $18, that increases the loss.  More volume doesn't necessarily produce better results.
Think of a gas station whose cost is $2 per gallon but decides to sell its gas for $1.90 per gallon.  Will it help or hurt if its volume doubles?
In Japan, the Japanese version of the FTC is going after Amazon Japan for unfair monopolistic practices.  It would be wise if our government made sure Amazon wasn't using its size to attain a bigger unfair advantage than they already have.  Our president has good instincts.

‘I Would Love to See Her Go’: Teen Tyrant David Hogg Wishes Laura Ingraham Into the Cornfield

This Little worthless Piece of Shit is being coached by someone or group of progressives. As stated earlier below he is not communicating with his former friends and as Rush stated he calls his fellow classmates "children" If he doesn't graduate High School I can see a College not wanting a dropout. It actually kinda reminds you of   Colin Kaepernick Saga if no College wants him. The same Maggots coaching his are the one's that wanted Hannity off. I say Tough Shit to this Little Bastard

Liberal Parkland school shooting activist David Hogg is now publicly calling for conservative Fox News Channel host Laura Ingraham to be fired as he succeeds with an advertiser boycott against Ingraham after she hurt his feelings with an innocuous tweet about his self-publicized problems getting accepted by elite colleges.
Ingraham apologized to Hogg, but he rejected it, initially demanding that, in Maoist Cultural Revolution style, she denounce her employer Fox News. He has since added other demands including she apologize to basketball star LeBron James.
“I would love to see her go,” Hogg told The News in a phone interview earlier Friday evening.”
Ingraham announced Friday night she is taking a week long vacation starting Monday. Hogg taunted Ingraham in return.
Seventeen-year-old high school senior Hogg has become like young Anthony Freemont in the Twilight Zone episode, It’s a Good Life, in which the tyrannical tyke Anthony ruled the family home through power and fear, viciously attacking those who got on his bad side and eventually wishing them into the cornfield on the family farm.
Hogg has a history of smearing and trying to destroy those who cross his path. He has gone on previous boycott rampages targeting companies doing business with the NRA. He tried to wreck Florida’s tourist industry and tried to tank FedEx stock.
CNN’s Alisyn Camerota told Hogg on Friday it appears he has “a lot of power” and asked how he feels about it. Hogg said the boycott success against Ingraham shows, “they cannot push us around.”
“I think it’s great that corporate America is standing with me and the rest of my friends,” Hogg said on CNN. “Because when you come against any one of us, whether it be me or anybody else, you’re coming against all of us. And I think it’s important that we stand together as both corporate and civic America to take action against these people and show them that they cannot push us around, especially when all we’re trying to do here is save lives.”
At least seventeen sponsors have stated they are stopping advertising on Ingraham’s Fox show as of Saturday afternoon according to Mediaite.
Hogg, who calls his opponents “child murderers” and tries to destroy their careers and businesses, hid behind his youth in his interview with the Daily News.
“I’m a 17-year-old kid, she’s bullied people before and I think people are just sick and tired of it,” he said. “She needs to acknowledge what she has done wrong.”
Be careful what you say or David Hogg will wish you into the cornfield.

The Nuclear Option — Revealed: Incontrovertible Evidence the Left Doesn’t Care About Fairness, Equal Justice

Only in Washington would it be a scandal for the government to ask a person who wants to be represented in Congress if they are an actual U.S. citizen.

That there are elected public officials out there publicly denouncing the Census Bureau for wanting to ask the simple question reveals just how utterly unserious political leadership in America has become today.
The census is a ritual required by the Constitution every 10 years to determine exactly how many congressional districts get apportioned to each state. This is to ensure equal representation in Congress. No small thing.
Over the years, the Census Bureau has asked all sorts of questions.
Do you have running water? Do you use a toilet? Bath or shower? Working telephone? What is your monthly mortgage? What color is your skin?
These are all fun questions. But none of them has anything to do with whether the people in the residence should be counted for the purpose of determining equal representation in Congress.
advertisement
“Are you a citizen?” That most certainly does.
We could have a debate about whether legal residents who are not citizens — but in the country legally — should be represented in Congress.
But how dare any politician dilute the rights of legal American citizens by granting the exact same rights and representation in Congress to illegal aliens.
These are the same devious politicians who proclaim most loudly to want to protect and guarantee equal representation in Congress for minority citizens such as black Americans. Yet they eagerly diminish that representation by lumping in illegal aliens.
Illegal aliens are people who by definition are in the U.S. against the law. Of course, many of these people might have the potential to offer much good to this country. But flouting the law and breaking to the front of the line to get into this country is not a very good start.
Beyond that, aliens living illegally in the U.S. are also afforded rights and liberties not granted to American citizens.
For starters, they are being permitted to break the law without being punished for it. Is there any other similarly protected class in America today? How is that “Equal Justice Under Law?”
Also, despite the dishonest spin from ridiculous leftist politicians, identity theft is not a “victimless” crime. When an illegal alien steals a legal American citizen’s identity so that they can take a job (away from an American or legal resident), the person whose identity is stolen is almost always hurt in the process.
There are even states, such as California, that offer in-state tuition rates to illegal aliens living in the state. How on earth is that fair to every American student paying full freight from out of state?
The answer is that these people do not care about fairness. They do not care about “Equal Justice Under Law.”
Aside from their unshakable romance with lawlessness, these ridiculous leftist politicians see illegals as future indentured voters. And they want them to be counted just as American citizens to increase their own representation in Congress.

In the end, if you cannot ask a person living in this country if they are a citizen, then what does it even mean any more to be an American citizen?

Brave 6th Grade Girl Records Unhinged Teacher in 15 Minute Anti-Trump Rant

Sixth grader Josie Orihuela got tired of her history teacher constantly trashing the American president.
So one day she recorded her teacher smearing President Trump in a 15 minute rant.
On Saturday Orihuela went on FOX and Friends Weekend to talk about it.
Josie Orihuela: “It just kept getting worse and worse.”
Josie went on to tell FOX and Friends host Abby Huntsman: “I’m just kind of disappointed in the fact that teachers have such a big impact on kids. As a child I know you have to believe what adults say… I know she was using that to, you know, have more people on her side.”
Here’s the teacher’s rant that was recorded by her student.

NO CLASS: Jeb Bush Goes After Trump By Smearing His 12-Year-Old Son Barron

Here we have a good example of a Low life or Snake Shit in other words. This Inbred Pussy attacking a "child" and no one goes after him? Laura tells the truth about David Hoggfart and the left goes Apeshit.

Jeb Bush has never gotten over losing the 2016 Republican nomination to Donald Trump. That is no excuse, however, for attacking Trump’s 12 year old son Barron.
All Jeb Bush has done here is prove that Republican voters made the right decision by passing him over.
Classy, dignified, substantive Jeb Bush attacks 12-year-old Barron Trump
Jeb Bush, the man who was supposed to be the Republican nominee for president in 2016 until his birth-right was stolen from him by the crass, vulgar and despicable Donald Trump, has taken his psychological obsession with his own failure to a new low… he has attacked Trump’s 12-year-old son, Barron.
Speaking at Yale University, the former Florida Governor first claimed he would not get into a re-hash of the 2016 election (what would he have to say about it, anyway? He got 3 delegates after spending $150 million of other people’s money) But, according to Yale News, he eventually exorcised some demons by looking at the sunny side of his crushing defeat.
At one point, Bush described the current president as “Republican in basically name only.” And earlier in his speech, Bush said that after the 2016 Republican primary in South Carolina, he returned home to children who “actually love me.” His comment was met with raucous laughter from the crowd, and several audience members interviewed after the event said they interpreted Bush’s comment as a jab at Trump.

How pathetic. Find a new hobby, Jeb. You clearly need something to take your mind off of politics.

Can Huber Investigate His Boss Rosenstein?

While it is reassuring to note that A.G. Jeff Sessions has climbed down from the back side of the milk carton, where his missing visage had been hiding, long enough to appoint Utah U.S. attorney Peter Huber to independently investigate claims of FBI abuses in surveilling the Trump campaign and other matters, one question remains.  Can he investigate the commission of his boss, Rod Rosenstein's, of a fraud upon the FISA court by signing a FISA warrant application that relied on a fake British-Russian dossier financed by Team Hillary and the DNC?
It is about time we had someone who can convene a jury and subpoena witnesses, but can he and will he present the case mounting against his boss to that grand jury and present his boss with a subpoena?
Some who have long been investing the Deep State coup don't think so.  House Freedom Caucus member Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) exploded on The Ingraham Angle on Fox Thursday night on both the justification for a special counsel and the Mueller-like conflict of interest inherent in Huber's appointment:
"When the attorney general writes Congress and says, only under 'extraordinary circumstances' do we appoint a second special counsel, well, how about these facts, Laura?" Jordan asked.
"James Comey's been fired; Deputy Director Andrew Mccabe has been fired; Jim Baker, former chief counsel of the FBI, has been demoted and reassigned; Peter Strzok, former deputy head of counterintelligence, has been demoted and reassigned; and Lisa Page, former FBI counsel, has been demoted and reassigned.  If those aren't extraordinary circumstances warranting a second special counsel, I don't know what the heck is.

"So I don't know why the attorney general keeps postponing this," Jordan continued.  "Everyone in town knows we need a second special counsel to get to the bottom of this. How can Mr. Huber – he's probably a great lawyer, I don't know much about Mr. Huber from Utah – but how can he investigate his boss, Rod Rosenstein?  That's who he reports to.
House Freedom Caucus chairman Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) echoed Jordan's sentiment, reciting his mistrust of anything the DOJ, which has been dragging its feet in cooperating with House investigations, says or does:
"I disagree with the attorney general, and I can tell you tonight, I went through and reviewed some redacted things that were given to our committee, and on seven pages, there were 12 material facts – material facts, not just names – material facts that were omitted by the Department of Justice," Meadows said.
"It's time that they come clean and give Congress what we need," he continued.  "When we look at the multiple reactions that have taken place, this Department of Justice is not complying with the subpoena and with the oversight responsibility we have in Congress.  For the attorney general to suggest that there is not enough there is just extremely disappointing."
Former House Oversight chairman Jason Chaffetz noted in a tweet:
Rosenstein is asking Huber to do something that's unfair and inappropriate.  You're asking Huber to investigate his boss.
It can be said that Huber's appointment has all the advantages of a special counsel and none of the disadvantages.  Sessions can fire Huber if he strays off the reservation or just doesn't do his job properly.  But would he?  Sessions is the man who recused himself from the Russian collusion investigation when he didn't have to.  This is the A.G. who had to be dragged kicking to this point despite evidence a first-year law student couldn't ignore.  This is the A.G. who fought to prevent testimony from the FBI informant in an earlier FBI investigation into Russian attempts to gain access to U.S. nuclear resources such as uranium, an investigation in which both Mueller and Rosenstein were up to their eyeballs
Rod Rosenstein misled the FISA court and signed off on the FISA application to spy on Trump's campaign adviser, Carter Page, actions documented in the four-page House Intelligence Committee memo:
A secret, highly contentious Republican memo reveals that Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein approved an application to extend surveillance of a former Trump campaign associate shortly after taking office last spring, according to three people familiar with it.
The renewal shows that the Justice Department under President Trump saw reason to believe that the associate, Carter Page, was acting as a Russian agent[.] ...
The memo's primary contention is that F.B.I. and Justice Department officials failed to adequately explain to an intelligence court judge in initially seeking a warrant for surveillance of Mr. Page that they were relying in part on research by an investigator, Christopher Steele, that had been financed by the Democratic National Committee and Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign[.]
Rod Rosenstein committed a self-evident fraud upon the FISA Court.  And now his subordinate is going to investigate him?  Can the swamp drain itself?  Carter Page has vehemently denied the allegations in the dossier and has sought the release of the memo to show its falseness and to show that the DOJ of Rod Rosenstein and the FBI of Andrew McCabe colluded with the Democrats to keep Hillary Clinton out of prison and Donald Trump out of the White House:
The former Trump campaign adviser who was spied on by the U.S. government prior to the 2016 election is "very much" in favor of the release of a controversial congressional memo alleging abuses of the surveillance warrant application process[.] ...
Page pressed for the release the FISA application in a May 14 letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.
"If FISA warrants indeed exist as has been extensively reported, wide-ranging false evidence will be inevitably revealed in light of the fact that I have never done anything remotely unlawful in Russia or with any Russian person at any point in my life," he wrote.
What remains unanswered about the application for the warrant on Page is how heavily it relied on the dossier and whether the FBI and DOJ vetted the allegations made about him by Steele[.] ...
Page has vehemently denied the allegations made against him in the dossier, which was put together by former British spy Christopher Steele, commissioned by opposition research firm Fusion GPS, and financed by the Clinton campaign and DNC.
In the 35-page dossier, Steele alleges that Page was the Trump campaign's main backchannel to the Kremlin for the purposes of campaign collusion.  Steele claims that Page was working with former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort, and that during a trip to Moscow in July 2016, he met secretly with two Kremlin cronies, Igor Sechin and Igor Diveykin.
The dossier also alleges that it was Page who "conceived and promoted" the idea of having hacked DNC emails released through WikiLeaks in order to swing Bernie Sanders supporters away from Hillary Clinton and into the Trump camp.
Page denies all of the claims.  He says he does not know Manafort and has never spoken with Sechin and Diveykin.
Needless to say, Rosenstein did not grant Page's request to see the FISA application to determine how much it was based on Steele's fake dossier.  Nor has he expressed any dissatisfaction with the Mueller witch hunt he was responsible for launching,
In an interview with a local D.C. TV station, Rosenstein admired the monster he created, who now runs an alleged investigation into supposed Russia-Trump collusion that quickly morphed into what amounts to a silent coup against a sitting president of the United States:
The U.S. Department of Justice official who appointed special counsel Robert Mueller to investigate Russian efforts to influence the 2016 presidential election said he is satisfied with the special counsel's work[.] ...
"The Office of Special Counsel, as you know, has a degree of autonomy from the Department of Justice.  But there is appropriate oversight by the department.  That includes budget.  But it also includes certain other details of the office.  It is part of the Department of Justice.  And we're accountable for it."
Yes, Mr. Rosenstein, you certainly are accountable for the Mueller witch hunt.  Mueller has picked staff and prosecutors as if he were stocking Hillary Clinton's Department of Justice.  He has picked a bevy of Clinton donors, an attorney who worked for the Clinton Foundation, a former Watergate assistant prosecutor, and even a senior adviser to Eric Holder.  Objective professionals all.
Oh, what tangled webs Rosenstein and the FBI have woven.  Republican lawmakers, needless to say, are not amused at all this, casting the obvious doubts on Rosenstein's praise of Special Counsel Mueller:
Several conservative lawmakers held a news conference Wednesday demanding more details of how the FBI proceeded last year in its probes of Hillary Clinton's use of personal email and Russian election interference. This week, the conservative group Judicial Watch released an internal Justice Department email that, the group said, showed political bias against Trump by one of Mueller's senior prosecutors[.] ...
"The question really is, if Mueller was doing such a great job on investigating the Russian collusion, why could he have not found the conflict of interest within their own agency?''  Rep. Mark Meadows (R-N.C.) asked at the news conference.  Meadows, leader of the Freedom Caucus, cited a litany of other issues that he said show bias on the part of the FBI and Mueller, including past political donations by lawyers on Mueller's team.
A good question Rosenstein won't answer.  Rosenstein is satisfied with Mueller, and why shouldn't he be?  The two go back a long way and cooperated in the cover-up of an FBI investigation into Russia's use of bribes, kickbacks, and money-laundering to grab U.S. uranium supplies and real collusion with Hillary Clinton, only to resurface years later to chase phantom collusion between Team Trump and Russia.
Mueller and Rosenstein were both involved in the FBI investigation dating back to 2009, with current Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller, as noted, up to their eyeballs in covering up evidence of Hillary's collusion, bordering on treason, with Vladimir Putin's Russia:
Prior to the Obama administration approving the very controversial deal in 2010 giving Russia 20% of America's Uranium, the FBI had evidence that Russian nuclear industry officials were involved in bribery, kickbacks, extortion and money laundering in order to benefit Vladimir Putin, says a report by The Hill[.] ...
John Solomon and Alison Spann of The Hill: Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show[.] ...
From today's report we find out that the investigation was supervised by then-U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein, who is now President Trump's Deputy Attorney General, and then-Assistant FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who is now the deputy FBI director under Trump.
Robert Mueller was head of the FBI from Sept 2001-Sept 2013 until James Comey took over as FBI Director in 2013. They were BOTH involved in this Russian scam being that this case started in 2009 and ended in 2015.
If evidence of bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and money-laundering in the Uranium One affair were not grounds for a special prosecutor assigned to investigate Hillary Clinton, what is?  Rosenstein's goal apparently has long been to shield Hillary Clinton from prosecution for her crimes and to use any means to bring down the Trump administration he supposedly was appointed to serve.  Now he has stooped so low as to employ a fake Russian dossier in a witch hunt the late Sen. Joseph McCarthy could only envy
Rosenstein, Mueller, McCabe, et al. have used the office of special counsel and a politicized FBI and DOJ to conduct a silent coup against a duly elected president and are unindicted coconspirators in Hillary's crimes and should be the targets of their very own special counsel.
Rod Rosenstein should be the target of an investigation, not the overseer of one.  Maybe the question before us is not whether a second special counsel is needed, but whether one is needed to investigate just Rod Rosenstein and his Deep State activities.  One wishes Mr. Huber luck.  He will need it.
