This excellent report from Reason TV on the Gibson Guitar raid by DHS and the Fish and Wildlife Department explains a lot about the bureaucratic overreach involved.
'They...come in with weapons, they seized a half-million dollars worth of property, they shut our factory down, and they have not charged us with anything,' saysGibson Guitars CEO Henry Juszkiewicz, referring to the August 2011 raid on his Nashville.
Note the sneering, smirking Environmental Investigation Agency employee who counters the Gibson CEO's claims. Insufferable.
