During the assault at the Thomas Terry apartments, the woman was punched and stomped by several women, and a male suspect kicks a 4-year-old girl in the head.

The child had minor injuries, but the woman had a concussion and a broken finger.

Two adults and a 14-year-old were arrested and set to be charged with mob action, aggravated battery, and battery to a child.
