Senator Tom Cotton threw more cold-water on the Democrats’ latest Trump-Impeachment fantasy Monday; saying the Senate has no authority to Impeach a “man who left office three weeks ago.”
“I think that it is beyond the Senate’s constitutional authority to have an impeachment proceeding, the point of which is to convict and remove from office a man who left office three weeks ago,” said Cotton.
