Joe Biden CAUGHT funneling THOUSANDS of boxes of documents— CLASSIFIED?!

 Remember, a Vice President or Senator has zero authority to take classified material aka Article 2 like an out going President does.  Obama supposedly came out and said he declassified them for him.  Flat out LIE!  Obama can't change article two.
