BOEHNER PLANS TO PLAY HARDBALL WITH THE SENATE AND THE PRESIDENT

As Rush stated it is the Senate Democrats that refuse to bring the bill up for a vote because it does not have Provisions to support Obama's Illegal over reach unconstitutional change of the Laws that was already on the books. Now lets see if thee Mindless Obama Ass Kissing Numbnuts support Illegals or the Safety of this Country, and lets see If the Obama propaganda News outlets blame the Republicans for not wanting to support Obama's Illegal over reach?

The United States government is days away from the shutdown of the Department of Homeland Security, but the Speaker has made it clear: the House is not budging. The ball is in the Senate's court, and the president has been given his options.
Speaker of the House John Boehner appeared on "Fox News Sunday" for an interview. According to Boehner, it's Senate Democrats blocking the House-passed bill that would provide funding for the DHS after February 27, not the House.
The bill the House sent to the Senate would provide funding, but contains provisions that would block executive actions that President Obama took for immigration. Democrats in Senate have called for the House to draft a new bill, but without the provisions added. The House refuses.
“The House has done its job under the Constitution. It's time for the Senate to do their job,” said Boehner, standing by the bill. He says if DHS funding is shut down, it’s the Senate’s fault.
Boehner also criticized President Obama's request for military force against ISIS. He says it's too restrictive, and he's not sure it will be approved. He feels the president's plan is weak.
“We need a robust strategy to take on ISIL. No one has seen one from this White House yet. In addition to a robust strategy, I think we need to have a robust authorization. And I don't believe what the president sent here gives him the flexibility, or the authority, to take on this enemy and to win.”
Hearings on the request have yet to begin, but bipartisan support will be required. Good luck with that.
