BREAKING: Rush Limbaugh Exposes the Fatal Flaw That Could Take Down Amnesty for Good

There has been ample discussion over the past several months relating to President Barack Obama’s dictatorial pronouncement that he intended to grant amnesty, in the form of deferred deportations, to millions of illegal immigrants.

Many people have been confused by this, and have mistakenly assumed that Obama issued yet another executive order, making use of his infamous “pen and phone.”

But in reality, Obama never signed any order relating to amnesty for illegal immigrants, and instead had Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson sign a memorandum directing the DHS to use “prosecutorial discretion” in dealing with illegal immigrant deportations.

There is only one problem with that though, albeit a big one, as the memorandum was never officially filed and publicly published with the Federal Register, as is required by law.

The undisputed king of conservative talk radio, Rush Limbaugh, says that this seemingly minor oversight could very well be the “fatal flaw” that ultimately brings down Obama’s amnesty plans.

According to WND, Limbaugh pointed this out on his Wednesday show, as he was making note of how the federal judge in Texas had issued a temporary injunction against the Obama administration, preventing them from moving forward with implementation of their plans.

Limbaugh said that many analysts “are now saying this judge is craftier and smarter than people originally thought because people began to analyze it really before they read all 128 pages of opinion.”

“And this is – it appears to be obscure, what do you mean, he didn’t publish this? He didn’t give public notice. Well, they got Al Capone on tax evasion, not murder.”

So is Rush Limbaugh right, and the Obama administration and DHS ruined their own plans by failing to file and publish the memorandum outlining their policy?

If so, this is just further confirmation of the utter incompetence exhibited on a routine basis by this administration.
